Loft style house. Projects of country houses loft

When building and decorating a country cottage, it is very important to correctly determine the architectural style. Many homeowners choose a calm and discreet classic. Some are closer to ethnic directions. But in recent years, more and more preference is given to functional modern styles, and perhaps the most daring and expressive of them is the loft. It combines modern design and interior. industrial premises. In this article, we will talk about how to design a loft-style house, how to clad it on the outside and how to decorate it inside.

What is loft style

Despite the fact that this direction arose in the first half of the last century, popular in the domestic suburban construction he only became last years. To understand the essence of the loft, you need to know the history of its appearance. It all started in New York City, when a real estate boom forced entrepreneurs to move their factories out of the city center to the outskirts and vacate industrial buildings. Premises in factory and factory buildings, and especially their upper floors attracted New York bohemia. Thanks to large sizes, high ceilings and good lighting, these rooms turned into excellent workshops.

Gradually, workshops in industrial buildings settled down and became something between housing and a fashionable art studio. Currently, the first loft apartments have become so legendary and elite that they are no longer available for creative bohemia. Now successful lawyers and financiers live in them. And the style itself has become widespread as a daring alternative to the correct and boring classics.

Style characteristics

Loft (industrial style) is characterized by a combination of opposites - expensive finishes and rough production materials, high artistry and complete disregard for it, urban elements and the latest technologies. There are several main features of this style that you need to consider when using it.

On our website you can find contacts construction companies who offer design services country houses. You can directly communicate with representatives by visiting the exhibition of houses "Low-Rise Country".

layout

Loft-style houses are designed with a minimum number of partitions. All rooms that can be combined are combined. First of all, this applies to the daily group of premises, including the entrance hall, living room, dining room and kitchen. Often there is also an office or workshop.

Sleeping quarters can also be combined with rooms for other purposes. For example, part of a spacious bedroom can be used as an office, library or dressing room.

Zoning

Spacious rooms are usually divided into functional areas using a contrasting combination of colors and textures of finishes, as well as differences in floor or ceiling levels. However, the interior of a loft-style house is characterized by the absence of any zoning. Separate zones simply exist in a single space without distinction. Here it is important not to "cut" the space, but to preserve it.

High ceilings allow you to divide the room vertically and equip the second level (mezzanine). The upper level is reserved for the placement of cozy bedrooms. You can make a small library or just a place to relax.

If zoning is carried out using partitions, then they usually choose a material that does not “eat up” the space. This is primarily glass (transparent or frosted), as well as metal and mirrors.

Lighting

Loft-style houses are characterized by large panoramic windows without drape, and the open floor plan provides daylight from two or three sides. In some cases, guest areas are designed, illuminated from all four sides. The height of the premises makes it possible to make living rooms and studios with a second overhead light.

Artificial lighting is selected in such a way as to make the rooms even more voluminous. Mainly used ceiling lamps, and quite rarely - wall. Lamps are set with a bright but diffused white light. The exception is bedrooms, where muted lighting fixtures can be used.

Lighting fixtures mostly have a modern design and are installed in whole lines. The exception is individual original lamps, performing the function of an accent in the interior.

Finishing

The walls in the interior of the loft are surfaces without a fine finish. In modern homes, facing is used, but it often imitates rough brickwork or a concrete wall covered with plain whitewash or paint.

The floors in the original version of the loft were mostly concrete. But this is not practical and inconvenient. In modern houses, designed in this style, the floors are usually wooden, lined with boards. Sometimes they are laid out of stone or made in bulk.

High ceilings can be wired ventilation system, as well as roof rafters. All this is not hidden inside the walls and ceiling, but is left in open form. Often, decorative ceiling beams and elements of ventilation pipes are installed to give the interior an urban character.

For industrial style Wood trim is perfect. It is especially appropriate when using loft design in wooden house. But it’s not worth it to completely finish all the walls with panels or boards; brick or concrete surfaces must be present in an industrial interior.

Decor

Loft style does not accept embellishments. It is minimalistic and functional. Its diversity arises from the use of non-standard solutions. So, for example, all kinds of heaters, fireplaces simplified in form, and even barrels of fire serve as a reference to the original appearance of the habitable factory attics. It is these decorative elements that serve to decorate the design of the premises.

Originality is very important for a loft. Therefore, it is advisable to come up with your own special “zest” for the interior, something that will become individual. hallmark this particular house. For example, on the wall there may be a graphic author's drawing in charcoal or chalk. In the corner of the living room can stand Street light or an old telephone booth. Real road signs will do, as well as garden benches, deck chairs, chain swings.

Colour

This style requires the use of strictly restrained and limited colors. Usually choose two or three contrasting colors and beat them. The main colors are gray, black, white, brick.

To accentuate the interior, red or blue shades are used. Silver colors are often used in the loft, which go well with glass and metal surfaces. But often loft-style rooms are decorated in one color with a couple of bright accents.

Furniture

When choosing furniture, one of two fundamentally different approaches is used. The first of them is the selection of the minimum set of interior items with the most modern design. Moreover, the furniture should be restrained in design and multifunctional.

Another approach involves the choice of furniture with a pronounced outdated design, which is associated with past cultural eras. These can be items with a worn surface, peeling paint, missing parts.

Main directions

In the process of its development, this style was divided into several directions. The main ones are:

    glamorous;

    industrial;

    boho loft.

Industrial direction

Requires a minimum of funds and effort to recreate. To get an interior in the style of an industrial loft, a room with high ceilings and without decorative finishes, furnish simple airtight furniture with no frills and fill the space with some elements that create an atmosphere of an industrial building.

As a decor, wires, chains, wooden trusses, valves and pipes tied into knots are suitable. All this, when used correctly, creates a rather powerful flavor. Instead of a wardrobe, it is recommended to install open hangers and shelving. However, in order to feel comfortable and confident in such an environment, you need to have a certain temperament or a great love for modern architectural art.

Glamor direction

It differs from other areas in the use of pastel shades in the palette. The design of a loft-style house, in its glamorous version, can be made not in the traditional gray and white tones, but, for example, when combined white color with beige or orange.

In a glamorous loft, accents in the form of shades and lampshades are especially important. There should be a lot of them, and all of them must certainly be unusual and memorable. Can also be used original furniture, for example, in the Baroque style, which will contrast with the rough finish of the room. It is important that the furniture is flashy expensive, otherwise it will not work out enough spectacular contrast with factory finishes.

Although the glamorous loft allows for the use of soft shades and decorations, it is, in fact, even more eccentric than its basic version. It's all about even more daring combinations of the incongruous. It is quite difficult to adopt such a style without having the qualifications of a designer. There is a risk of getting an unaesthetic interior "vinaigrette". But for professional architects, it reveals ample opportunities in creating unique artistic solutions.

Boho loft (bohemian style)

Bohemian style differs from a simple loft by the presence of art objects in the interior. Basically, these are paintings, sculptures and photos of unknown, but talented authors of our time. All these elements must be chosen with artistic taste. In addition, posters for exhibitions, experimental or underground theaters, pop art posters, etc. are hung on the walls.

The main rule here is no extra items and no "consumer goods". It is better to let the rooms look empty and ascetic than to furnish furniture and decor without a special artistic idea. Furniture and decor are purchased at antique shops or flea markets. Suitable shabby furniture made of expensive wood and leather, as well as items with forging elements.

Living room

In a loft-style house, the living room is a single room that accommodates the entrance hall, dining room, kitchen and the living room itself. It should have large windows and high ceilings. This entire area can be decorated in the most daring way, as it is intended for daytime use and does not have special design rules, such as a bedroom or a nursery.

Regardless of what techniques are chosen for the design of the living room, one of its walls should be decorated to look like brickwork. The brick wall is business card loft. Moreover, recently this style has become so popular and recognizable that now even a small fragment of a brick wall is enough to designate it.

Since standard techniques for delimiting zones in a loft are almost never used, zoning is carried out mainly using correct placement furniture. It's not at all difficult to do this. So, the territory of the kitchen is limited to its working area. The dining area, in the form of a dining table and a set of chairs, is located next to the kitchen. The place of the living room is at the window or exit to the terrace.

For arranging the guest area, a massive sofa with a wide but squat table is suitable. In general, all the furniture in this part of the house should be large enough, otherwise it will look bad against the backdrop of a spacious room with wide glazing. Interior Design country house loft style requires non-standard solutions. And this is especially true of the "heart" of the home - the living room.

One of the characteristic elements of the loft-style living room interior is open fireplace. It should either resemble primitive devices for heating factory premises, or have an unusual original design.

Bedroom

In the bedroom you need to create a calming and cozy interior. Even if it's a loft-style bedroom. If style features are quite pronounced in the design of the living room, then only a slight hint of it can be applied in the bedroom. Walls can be simply plastered. Perfect option- artificially aged and worn plaster. The floor in the bedroom, of course, should not be concrete or self-leveling. It should be covered parquet board any natural color.

There should be a minimum of furniture in the bedroom. However, it should be quite massive. It will look good a large bed with a high headboard. Suitable simple-shaped cabinets from natural wood. Instead of a closet, it is better to install open system to store things.

It is important that wide aisles are maintained between pieces of furniture. If you put them close, the main effect of the loft will be lost. However, this does not apply to bedrooms equipped on the upper level of the living room.

The bedroom is a private room intimate area hosts. However, in a loft, it can be integrated into the common space of the house, just like a kitchen or dining room. Of course, this option is not suitable for everyone. But with proper zoning and high-quality heating, a combined bedroom can be very convenient and comfortable.

Kitchen

When decorating the kitchen, you can safely use the most practical materials - stone, ceramics, glass, metal. Chrome plated kitchen equipment is ideal. All utensils should be hidden in cupboards. In plain sight, you can leave a couple of items that emphasize the chosen architectural style.

Dining room

To decorate the dining room, you just need to put a wide one next to the kitchen. dinner table and chairs. Dinner Zone to refer to the interior of the factory canteens should be designed for a large number of seats(at least 6).

You can designate the dining area with separate lighting. In this part of the house, it will be especially appropriate round lamps on long chains. There must be several.

Children's

The loft style is considered too informal and extreme for decorating children's rooms. In fact, it can be very interesting to beat, soften and stylize it. The result is a very stylish and cozy nursery. A hint of a loft can be a brick-decorated wall and street lamps. But most importantly, this style allows you to use the center of the room to place interior items that are not accepted in other styles - swings, sports equipment, etc.

Bathroom

In the bathroom, you need to apply a ceramic finish, made to look like an old worn tile. It would be appropriate here too. Brick wall. It is advisable to avoid plastic parts instead, use as many shiny metallic elements as possible.

The bathroom, if there is enough space, can be placed in the center of the room, lifting it with a small podium. Moreover, it should be round or oval. The contrast of the rough wall finishes and the smooth rounded shape of the bathroom always looks great.

Design

Loft-style houses are designed simply rectangular shape, with wide glazing, often one-story and with a flat roof. But for those cases when you need to build small cottage loft or big house on a compact plot, there are projects of two-story or attic buildings.

If a loft house is designed with an attic, then it should have a simple form gable roof. At the same time, double light is often planned in the guest area.

In houses with a flat roof, a roof terrace is often provided with metal or glass railings.

For the embodiment of a daring and brutal loft, materials such as burnt brick, concrete and even metal are used. These wall materials, if possible, are left without exterior finish. If the building needs to be additionally insulated and protected from external influences, the simplest cladding is chosen.

They perfectly convey the mood of the building style, in which different wall materials are combined, for example, brick, concrete and metal.

Loft-style houses built entirely or partially from sea containers are very expressive.

There is a softer version of the loft as a modern architectural style. It allows the asymmetry of the silhouette of the building, finishing with light plaster or facade board, the use of modern and aesthetic finishing materials.

Project of a small one-story house

Below is a small project one-story house loft style. This example shows how all rooms in the guest area can be combined. However, the sleeping area here is taken out in a separate wing and designed according to usual rules design. The second bedroom is intended for guests of the house, but it can be arranged as a nursery.

Project of a large two-story house

The next project was designed for a family of several people. The layout provides for everything for working at home - there is a small reception entrance group and an office at the back of the first floor.

Most main element of this layout is a spacious living room with double light, wide glazing and access to the terrace. On the second floor there are two rooms, which are in fact fully equipped separate apartments.

Compact square house project

Below is a variant of the project, which is fully consistent with the basic rules of the loft. The designed house has a rational square shape, it has a large living room with a second light, flowing into the kitchen-dining room. Everything is distributed in the layout with maximum benefit inner space Houses. Loft-style houses, the designs of which are designed specifically to embody this style, are usually very simple and concise.

Conclusion

The loft style is different from most other styles used in the construction and decoration of country houses. bold decisions and contrasting combinations. This is what attracts people who want to have housing with an individual and unique design.

The loft is associated with the city, the urban environment. At first glance, it seems strange to want to create an "industrial" outside of it, but as examples show - Vacation home in an industrial style can quite successfully fit into the surrounding landscape.

Sometimes an old mill or an abandoned winery gives an impetus to fantasy, and sometimes the owners consciously transfer their familiar and convenient image to the bosom of nature. After all, life does not stand still - many people like modern architectural forms that reflect the spirit of the new time.

This house looks like the real thing from the outside. production room fit for life. Complete harmony reigns in the interior: a metal staircase leading to the private area of the owners is painted in gray and crimson tones, the floor is “under the stone” and large open windows- typical signs of style.

This rustic cottage has been renovated from an old stable. Walls out natural stone emphasize historical character buildings and are an energy-saving factor, accumulating solar heat.

Country buildings are distinguished by high ceilings and many atypical ordinary apartment platforms, stairs, other "strange" structural elements. Therefore, they are often equipped with a second light, removing the central part of the ceiling span.

External features of the loft in the design of a country house

Such a building almost always strikes with its unexpectedness, it seems taken out of context, and betrays a consistent urbanist. Each building has its own individuality, none of them are alike. Still, there are some common features characteristic of this architecture.

    Rectangular geometric shapes, as if the house was assembled from a constructor. Unexpected chimneys, flat roofs, large finely barred windows.

    "Rough" finishing materials: brick, stone, metal, "aged" wood. More often this is an imitation, but if the base is a really old building, they try to keep its walls in their original form.

    Cantilever structures extending beyond the facade - balconies, open terraces and platforms. They perform their functions, and at the same time give the house an original quirky look.

The interior decoration corresponds to the unusual appearance of the house. Absolutely simple furniture made of natural wood, plastered walls, metal lamps create a feeling of ease. The design is harmoniously complemented by rustic decor: a bright carpet, embroidered pillows, original panel on the wall. This created a non-trivial, and very cozy mix of modern and ethnic elements, combining the new with old traditions.

House in the style of "industrial" according to a special project

An ideal option is when an old building is used for such a country house, which is restored and adapted for life, taking into account modern requirements. However, designers create many individual projects for customers who want to create something extraordinary. Often they mix the features of minimalism, loft and country in the most incredible combinations.

Very often, foam concrete and aerated concrete blocks. It is economical, in addition, they are ideal for industrial use in suburban construction.

It has a color scheme characteristic of the industrial style, massive sliding doors, clear geometry of large elements. At the same time, the rural archetype with gable roof and the outer chimney tie this design to country style.

Functionality and convenience - two "pillars" on which the loft stands

This direction is distinguished by a pronounced free attitude to the creation of its own "autonomous" space, only symbolically separated from the surrounding world. The owners equip it in the way that suits them, without taking into account the conventions and accepted canons.

It uses all the cutting-edge technical innovations:

    passive heating by natural light, solar panels are used;

    large windows are equipped with special heat-saving systems, special heat pumps are installed;

    recirculation systems provide energy savings by providing water and air heating.

External extensions - a garage, a terrace, a veranda are arranged as convenient, even if it violates the general proportions. The same principle is observed inside - a stove, a fireplace, heating pipes are not masked, but on the contrary, they give expressiveness to the design.

The interior of the house is not flashy, but noble and stylish

The exterior design of the building and the interior should match each other, only then there is a sense of integrity of the whole composition and the idea is preserved. Ideal options with mansard roof, where bedrooms and an office are usually located. Sometimes it is a workshop, if the owner of the creative profession, or an observatory.

The ground floor traditionally houses the living room, dining room and utility rooms. Traditional loft materials: brick, wood and metal are used in different combinations. Their quantitative ratio is dictated by the preferences and personal tastes of the owners. There are two main directions:

    with a predominance of brick, wooden furniture and natural stone (or imitations);

    with the use of concrete, plaster, paint and an abundance of metal elements, including in furniture.

The design of this room evokes mixed feelings. Inside, a nostalgic interior was created, reminiscent of childhood spent in the village with my grandmother, but in a new, modern interpretation.

The loft architectural style can be called one of the most extraordinary. Therefore, he always attracts attention. creative people. This style is based on the principle of an innovative approach to the design of facades and interiors.

Loft style house project - photo

The starting point of this architectural direction is considered the middle of the 19th century. It was during this period that the rapid development of cities took place. Therefore, most of the old plants and factories were replaced with new ones and turned out to be unclaimed. Artists drew attention to the empty huge squares and adapted them for organizing exhibitions and cultural events. All this required the reconstruction of buildings and the redesign of their facades.

Characteristic features of the loft style:

  • large areas of internal premises;
  • concise design of facades and interiors;
  • clear lines and discreet colors;
  • the maximum possible use of space;
  • numerous light sources.

A loft-style building can be distinguished by a flat horizontal or slightly sloping roof, which is used as a recreation area. The walls are built of metal and concrete. Window openings are high and wide. Finishing materials are mainly metal, brick and stone. The color scheme is in gray and brown, close to natural tones.

To decorate the facade in the loft style, you can use most modern facing materials. The walls can be plastered and painted in a single color. You should also take care of the lighting of the facade.

This style is classified as the most democratic, so expensive and presentable finishing materials are not needed. The best choice - facing brick, concrete, plaster, flat metal facade panels monochromatic color. For underlining individual elements building it is possible to use high-quality wood. It can also be used for facing the entire area of \u200b\u200bthe facade.

They will need to be covered not only with a bioprotective solution, but also with a tinting composition that emphasizes the natural texture of the wood. Coloring is inappropriate for loft-style decoration, so the cost of preparing materials will be small.

Another option for designing facades is metal or plastic panels with a relief of strict geometric shapes. Such houses outwardly resemble stylish containers or small modern industrial buildings. This impression is enhanced if the house has a flat roof.

Facade finishing with rack systems

Rack systems - relatively new finishing material on the Russian market. Distinctive feature facades lined with it - visual absence of fastening elements. The finish looks like a solid wooden or metal sheet, assembled from vertically installed narrow and flat slats. Such a facade fully corresponds to the loft style, since character traits rack systems - simplicity and clarity of lines.

This finishing material can be used not only in the external decoration of the walls of the task, but also for filing roof overhangs. flat roofs often made with long ledges hanging over the porch. bottom surface these overhangs are sheathed with the same panels as the walls.

Such facades look most advantageous in combination with glass. Therefore, window openings must be large enough. For decorating walls, various lighting, the body of which should be as simple and concise as the general appearance of the building. The main elements of rack systems are lamellae. This is the name of the flat wooden or metal slats that make up the facade cladding structure.

If you decide to use wood, you can significantly reduce the cost of facing the house. If you have a professional or semi-professional woodworking machine (for example, a thickness gauge), you can independently produce the required amount of material - planken.

You can also cover the wood with a fire-bioprotective, and later with a tinting composition, on your own. All this will significantly reduce the cost of assembling and installing the rack system, which will fully meet the requirements of the loft style, one of the most democratic architectural trends.

Design features of metal rack facade systems

Metal rack systems are hinged ventilated structures, so they can be used for wall cladding made of any materials: foam and gas blocks, wood, concrete, brick. Such a facade is distinguished by reliability and ease of installation, but requires knowledge of the technology of its construction.

The main elements of the system are protective screens and bearing profiles (combs). The screens are flat massive panels consisting of metal laths (lamellae). The main feature of the design is that from the outside of the house it looks like a monolithic shield without a hint of the presence of any connecting or fasteners.

Technical characteristics of metal lamellas

From domestic manufacturers rack systems, the most famous company is Albes. Most of the industrial buildings located in all regions of Russia are lined with its materials. Rack facade structures of this manufacturer are ideal for exterior finish residential buildings in the loft style.

Assembly of metal screens

Manufacturers of slatted facades offer several types of slats:

  • with a closed joint;

  • with decorative groove;

  • leaning type with a decorative groove;

  • leaning type with a closed joint;

  • with increased rigidity.

From the point of view of heat engineering, ventilated facades are the most successful designs. In slatted, as in other cladding systems, the slot gap is provided not by the distance between the slats, but by the gap between the load-bearing wall and the cladding. The screens of rack systems are assembled in such a way that the lamellas fit snugly enough to each other. The strength of the connections is ensured by special locks that are present on both edges of each rail.

The slats are installed in the grooves of the combs so that each next rail forms a solid canvas with the previous one. Screen assembly is as easy as mounting and dismounting. Depending on the preferences of the homeowner, the horizontal or vertical direction of the slats can be chosen. But most often choose the first.

Metal rails are durable, but at the same time quite flexible material. Due to this feature, cladding structures are able to compensate for changes in the geometric shapes of the facade, which occur due to shrinkage of the building and seasonal ground movements.

Installation of a metal rack facade

The main elements of a hinged ventilated facade:

  • thermal insulation material;
  • vapor barrier film;
  • brackets for attaching frame racks (metal hangers for drywall are most often used);
  • frame racks;
  • finishing material.

The distance between the vapor barrier layer and the facing structure is called the ventilation gap. It is he who provides the removal of moisture from the walls of the building and the materials protecting them. Installation of a ventilated facade consists of several stages.

Example - unfinished wall

Step 1. Preparing building walls for laying thermal insulation material. Remove the old cladding and strengthen the bearing surface with a cement-sand mortar.

Step 2 With a step of 60-80 cm, brackets are attached.

Step 3 Starting from the plinth, a heat insulator sheet is laid on the wall and fastened with special dowel-nails with a mushroom cap. To do this, a hole is drilled in the wall of the house, into which they drive fastener. For fixing a foam sheet or mineral wool 5 dowels are enough. One of them is installed in the middle, the rest - at the corner points.

Step 4 Lay on top of the insulation layer vapor barrier membrane, which is attached with a stapler and staples.

Step 5 Install vertical or horizontal racks of the frame. In this case, combs.

They are fixed in a horizontal direction at a distance of 100-120 cm from each other. The upper and lower combs should be installed at a distance of 10-15 cm from the edge of the walls.

Step 6 A set of rails is carried out, snapping each of them into the corresponding grooves of the combs.

Other finishing elements will also be needed to decorate the facade: external and internal corners, metal corners for closing the upper and lower edges of the facing structure. These parts are fixed with galvanized self-tapping screws.

Video - Aluminum siding PREFA on the facade

For those homeowners for whom the issue of reducing the cost of finishing the facade in the loft style is relevant, there is a simple solution: independent production and installation of cladding panels wooden slats. Moreover, these systems can be both monolithic and lattice. The latter are chosen if the building does not need insulation. Therefore, lattice systems are most in demand in regions with a warm climate.

The owner independently chooses all design parameters for finishing the facade: the width and thickness of the rails, the section of the bars for the frame, the brand protective composition for wood processing, tinting agent color.

When choosing the width of the rail, you can focus on the dimensions of the lamellas of metal rack systems. Therefore, the most successful width is 9-32 cm. The area of \u200b\u200bthe walls should also be taken into account. The larger the facade, the wider the slats should be. Compliance with this rule will help to mount an aesthetically attractive and harmonious design.

To fasten the trim elements, you will need wood screws. If for tinting rails selected light color, then the fasteners must be selected appropriate.

Can be used instead of screws adhesive compositions"Moment Joiner" or "Kleiberit PU-glue 501.0". When choosing, take into account such characteristics of the adhesive as moisture resistance and the ability to withstand high and low temperatures.

If it is decided to clad the walls of the house with monolithic wood paneling, installation is carried out according to the principle of a ventilated facade, by analogy with metal systems. If the slats are at some distance from each other, the supporting profiles of the frame can be attached directly to the walls of the facade.

Rail fastening. If you pre-drill holes for self-tapping screws, then the appearance of the facade will only benefit

FORUMHOUSE showed a frame house in the LOFT style.

The customer had a task to build in one season. Accordingly, he immediately dismissed a bunch of other design options for the house, due to the fact that it takes a long time. Frame house, even with the cost of his expensive project, he was not embarrassed, because Finland is close, and many residents of Vyborg constantly visit there, and see houses, perfectly understand all the pluses and minuses. For him, this was fundamental when choosing the design of the house.

We must also understand that the area of the house itself is quite large, and any construction works with such areas, they are still stretched in time, and therefore the choice of the customer is determined frame house. Plus, there were requirements for good insulation, because it is not known that with gas, heating is electric. According to the area, it turns out that he irregular shape, but taking into account the second light, this is a little more than 300 meters total area.

The project was developed at the request of the customer. Accordingly, the Polish project was initially chosen as the prototype. It was processed quite deeply, only parts appearance remained original. An insulated Swedish plate with a zero cycle was made, then a frame for the roof was made, and now the third stage, rough finish. It is in the final stage, inside, almost all the work is completed, only the facade work remains outside.
In terms of time, the first stage lasted 10 days, the framework for the roof was about 3 weeks, and the work on the rough finish is now a little more than 2 months. All together, it will work out somewhere around 3.5 months.

What to say about the house. I saw its construction from the very beginning, a large volume, a large house, and it's great that the customers decided on a loft. It's good that such designs are now in vogue, because it is much more interesting than the typical, classic, square, rectangular. And also, like big square glazing, windows, moreover, in the living room without interposts, partitions, a lot of light.

The foundation is an insulated Swedish slab. In this case, it is 40 centimeters high, which means that it has 30 centimeters of insulation near the floor, 10 centimeters of concrete, 20 centimeters of concrete near the ribs, 20 centimeters of insulation. We can already see only the finish of the plinth, it is made of a flat slate sheet, which is glued onto the L-blocks before installation. The insulated blind area is visible, which is covered with screenings, the storm water inlets are visible, which are installed in those places where drains from the roof will now be connected.

This house has an interesting façade. This is a tree, larch, planken, the hands have a piece, 28 millimeters thick, 45 degrees. This is a selected planken, the price is for square meter somewhere around 2000 rubles, that is, a rather expensive material, one might even say, maybe a premium class. And, as you can see, it looks much more solid and reliable than many analogues.

On the façade we see a planken made of larch, bevelled, which was painted by the customer himself. Below it is a wine gap, then windproof plates, then 20 centimeters of a frame rack, and 5 centimeters of a crate. All this is insulated with 25 centimeters stone wool. Next comes the vapor barrier and interior lining. The planken fastener itself is a snake, a hidden fastener, that is, it is visible only in the gap. Accordingly, it is done so that there are no traces of fasteners on the facade.

The first floor is 180 meters. There is a large living room, kitchen, 2 residential rooms, a boiler room, and a fairly large complex with a spa area, sauna, and a large shower room. The second floor is one big free zone, that is, there is no distinction, there are no partitions. It is possible to single out simply 3 parts of the zone: so, which adjoins, directly, the second light, and so, which is to the left there, and to the right of the second light. It turns out an extension on both sides. The structure of the terrace consists of logs made of impregnated boards, one base is attached to the UWB outlets from the foundation, the other part to bored piles, which are installed together with the slab.

The interior of a loft-style country house has some distinctive parameters that should be discussed separately. Interior specialists often call this style industrial, so it is characterized by simplicity of lines, a minimum amount of decoration.

The loft style in the interior of a country house suggests the presence of unplastered walls, for example, in a room you can see concrete or brick in its original form. In addition, it is common for a loft to leave parts of the plumbing and electrical wiring without additional decoration.

Attention! Given the specifics of this interior style, it is recommended to first think through all the details of the future interior, and only after that proceed to active actions related to the implementation of the plans.
