Treat tomatoes with epin. Epin's solution for indoor plants - instructions for use and useful tips

In 2014, the Japanese company Takii seed introduced a petunia with a striking salmon-orange petal color. By association with bright colors southern sunset sky, the unique hybrid was named African Sunset (“African Sunset”). Needless to say, this petunia instantly won the hearts of gardeners and was in great demand. But in the last two years, the curiosity has suddenly disappeared from shop windows. Where did the orange petunia go?

In our family Bell pepper love, so we plant it every year. Most of the varieties that I grow have been tested by me for more than one season, I cultivate them all the time. And every year I try to try something new. Pepper is a heat-loving and rather whimsical plant. About varietal and hybrid varieties of tasty and productive sweet pepper, which grows well with me, and will be discussed further. I live in middle lane Russia.

Meat cutlets with broccoli in bechamel sauce - great idea for a quick lunch or dinner. Start by cooking the minced meat, while bringing 2 liters of water to a boil to blanch the broccoli. By the time the cutlets are fried, the cabbage will be ready. It remains to collect the products in the pan, season with sauce and bring to readiness. Broccoli needs to be cooked quickly to keep its bright green color, which either fades or turns brown when cooked for a long time.

Home floriculture is not only a fascinating process, but also a very troublesome hobby. And, as a rule, the more experience a grower has, the healthier his plants look. And what about those who do not have experience, but want to have houseplants at home - not elongated stunted specimens, but beautiful and healthy ones that do not cause guilt by their extinction? For beginners and flower growers who are not burdened with a long experience, I will tell you about the main mistakes that are easy to avoid.

Lush cheesecakes in a pan with banana-apple confiture is another recipe for everyone's favorite dish. So that cheesecakes do not fall off after cooking, remember a few simple rules. Firstly, only fresh and dry cottage cheese, secondly, no baking powder and soda, and thirdly, the density of the dough - you can sculpt from it, it is not tight, but pliable. good dough with a small amount of flour, it will turn out only from good cottage cheese, and here again, see the “firstly” item.

It is no secret that many drugs from pharmacies migrated to summer cottages. Their use, at first glance, seems so exotic that some summer residents are perceived almost with hostility. At the same time, potassium permanganate is a long-known antiseptic, which is used both in medicine and in veterinary medicine. In crop production, a solution of potassium permanganate is used both as an antiseptic and as a fertilizer. In this article we will tell you how to properly use potassium permanganate in the garden and vegetable garden.

Pork meat salad with mushrooms is a rural dish that can often be found on festive table in the village. This recipe is with champignons, but if possible, use Forest mushrooms, then be sure to cook it like this, it will be even tastier. You don’t need to spend a lot of time preparing this salad - put the meat in a saucepan for 5 minutes and another 5 minutes for slicing. Everything else happens almost without the participation of the cook - meat and mushrooms are boiled, cooled, marinated.

Cucumbers grow well not only in a greenhouse or conservatory, but also in open ground. Cucumbers are usually sown from mid-April to mid-May. Harvesting in this case is possible from mid-July to the end of summer. Cucumbers do not tolerate frost. That's why we don't sow them too early. However, there is a way to bring their harvest closer and taste juicy handsome men from your garden at the beginning of summer or even in May. It is only necessary to take into account some features of this plant.

Polissias is a great alternative to classic variegated shrubs and woody ones. The elegant round or feathery leaves of this plant create a strikingly festive curly crown, and the elegant silhouettes and rather modest character make it an excellent candidate for the role of big plant in home. Larger leaves do not prevent him from successfully replacing Benjamin and Co. ficuses. Moreover, poliscias offers much more variety.

Pumpkin cinnamon casserole is juicy and incredibly tasty, a bit like pumpkin pie, but, unlike pie, it is more tender and just melts in your mouth! This is the perfect sweet pastry recipe for families with children. As a rule, kids do not like pumpkin very much, but they never mind eating sweets. Sweet pumpkin casserole is a delicious and healthy dessert, which, moreover, is prepared very simply and quickly. Try it! You'll like it!

The hedgerow is not only one of essential elements landscape design. It also performs various protective functions. If, for example, the garden borders on a road, or a highway passes nearby, then hedge just needed. "Green walls" will protect the garden from dust, noise, wind and create a special comfort and microclimate. In this article, we will consider optimal plants to create a hedge that can reliably protect the site from dust.

In the first weeks of development, many cultures need a pick (and not even one), while others need a transplant “contraindicated”. To "please" both of them, you can use not quite standard containers for seedlings. Another good reason to try them is to save money. In this article we will tell you how to do without the usual boxes, pots, cassettes and tablets. And let's pay attention to non-traditional, but very effective and interesting containers for seedlings.

Healthy vegetable soup red cabbage with celery, red onion and beets - a vegetarian soup recipe that can also be cooked in fast days. For those who decide to lose a few extra pounds, I advise you not to add potatoes, and slightly reduce the amount olive oil(1 tablespoon is enough). The soup turns out to be very fragrant and thick, and in fasting you can serve a portion of soup with lean bread - then it will turn out satisfying and healthy.

Surely everyone has already heard about the popular term “hygge”, which came to us from Denmark. This word is not translated into other languages of the world. Because it means a lot of things at once: comfort, happiness, harmony, spiritual atmosphere... In this northern country By the way, most of the time in the year - cloudy weather and little sun. The summer is also short. And the level of happiness at the same time is one of the highest (the country regularly ranks first in the UN global ranking).

Epin (Appin) who have tried it, plant growers compare it with ginseng per person in terms of its effect on their pets. Epin is unique not only in that it is the first phytohormone, fully synthesized in the laboratory using nanotechnology and in that it does not show negative reviews and contraindications, but also in that an increase in yield with the help of epin by 10-15% costs not more expensive than 80-100 rubles. per hundred. What is this amazing substance?

Epin is a trade short for 2,4-epibrassinolide; this is a representative of brassinosteroid phytohormones, the role of which in plant life has become clear relatively recently. The mother solution of epin with a concentration of 0.25 mg of active ingredient per 1 ml is sold in 1 ml ampoules (for giving and indoor plants), 5 ml, for commercial household plots, 500 and 1000 ml for large farms. 1 ml stock solution gives approx. 50 drops, which the drug is dosed to prepare a working solution.

Action

The use of epin for plants is based primarily on its adaptogenicity; in this it is similar to the effect of ginseng and eleutherococcus on humans. These plants are close relatives; Eleutherococcus infusion is the basis of the Baikal drink. Unlike long-known auxins, brassinosteroids do not cause plants to become depleted, expending internal reserves to quickly reach a certain phase of the life cycle, therefore, say, brassinosteroids are of little use for rooting cuttings.

Brassinosteroids have a general strengthening effect on plants, enabling them to make better use of available resources and, conversely, replenish internal reserves. In this regard, epin for plants is superior to ginseng for humans. Planned top dressing of productive plantations using epin (see below) allows not only to overcome stressful situations(frost, heat, drought, disease, pest attacks, mechanical damage), but also to achieve a stable increase in yields on marginal lands while reducing the cost of agrochemistry, i.e. with improved marketability and environmental friendliness of products. Epin is the first soft-acting phytohormone on the agricultural chemistry market. Figuratively speaking, he is not a dope for an athlete to set a single record, but a seasoning for a healthy, hard-working man. Not being essentially a growth stimulant, epin adds appetite to plants and encourages them to work.

Epin is especially effective for indoor plants: they all have to exist in a stressful environment compared to their natural environment. Treatment ornamental plants epinom has certain features (see below), but this drug allows room gardeners of medium and lower levels to successfully grow such sissies as azalea and have already taken root quite well in room culture phalaenopsis orchids, and for the more sophisticated of such magnificent, but extremely whimsical exotics, such as cattleyas, dendrobiums, vandas, odontoglossums, tropical venus slippers, paphiopedilums, etc. For the culture of orchids with the help of epin and other modern biological products, see, for example, video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K0-Tbcrf9Es.

Note: epin is also remarkable in that it also acts on fungi that no longer belong to the plant kingdom. Preliminary processing mycelial epinom (see below) increases the resistance of the mycelium and the collection of fruiting bodies per unit area of the container.

What is epin extra?

Brassinosteroids have been most fully investigated in the Russian Federation and epin is an original Russian development. Prior to 2003, 2,4-epibrassinolide was isolated from plant matter; he went on sale just like epin. Then, using nanotechnology, the active substance was synthesized in a chemically pure form. The improved drug was called epin extra. Its difference from the simple one is not in increased concentration, it is the same, but in a more directed action. If, for example, plantations treated with simple epin can withstand a single frost of -2 degrees, then when it is replaced with extra epin, it will also be repeated in a week to -5 (!).

Properties, features, application

Nothing is perfect and epin is not without drawbacks: the active substance decomposes in the light and is neutralized in an alkaline environment. Since there are alkalis in the acidic soil, plants are not watered with epin, they are only sprayed. When additionally diluted with ordinary tap water, the working solution is stored for up to 48 hours in a dark place in a tightly closed container made of food-grade plastics, but it is better to use it immediately, because. the activity of the solution during this time steadily decreases. It is also necessary to remember that epin itself is not a medicine, not a biocide and not plant nutrition. Based on such conditions, the instruction for the use of epin looks like the following. way:

  1. Prepare PPE, see below;
  2. Check the acidity of the working water with indicator paper or a pH meter;
  3. If the pH value is > 7, acidify the water to pH = (6.2-6.8) with a few crystals of citric acid or drops of alcohol table vinegar. The use of inorganic acids and fruit vinegars is unacceptable, i.e. combine epin treatment with top dressing boric acid it is forbidden!
  4. In the order of planned seasonal treatment (see below), fertilize the planting 2-3 days before spraying with epin. It is highly desirable - in a foliar way;
  5. To use epin in the process of plant treatment and pest control, start treatment with epin a day after the use of the main drug;
  6. The use of epin as an anti-stress agent is made either in advance in a predictable situation (for example, 1-2 days before the start construction works among the plantation), or immediately after its passage, for example, as soon as the sun warms after a frost;
  7. Spraying should be done in the evening. From morning it is permissible until dawn, if the day is expected to be overcast with low dense clouds;
  8. Spraying should be carried out from a sprayer that gives a foggy stream without visible splashes;
  9. Spray only the vegetative (green) parts of the plants, directing the jet slightly obliquely upwards so that as much of the working solution as possible falls on the undersides of the leaves;
  10. Upon completion of the treatment, neutralize the remnants of the drug in the container and working containers, like spilled epin, see below.

Precautionary measures

Due to the negligible concentration of the active substance, epin belongs to the 4th, the lowest, hazard class. However, 2,4-epibrassinolide is strong and somewhat volatile in solution. From here follow the basic rules for working with it and special ones for use in residential premises. Outside, you need to work with epin in glasses, a petal respirator and latex gloves. Processing is carried out, keeping from the windward of the jet. If the working solution comes into contact with the skin, immediately wipe the affected area with a swab moistened with a solution of baking soda and rinse large quantity pure water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention immediately. If swallowed, drink the solution baking soda 1 tsp in a glass of water, drink plenty of water or weak cold tea, then induce vomiting and also consult a doctor.

Appin' in the room

Using epin for indoor plants, you must also be aware that its solutions, especially the uterine one, spoil the finish and many types decorative coatings. For a better response to epin, houseplants need to increase their usual stress for a short time, and the main stress factor for them is the lack of light. 50 drops of epin according to the typical scheme (see below) are designed to process 250 square meters. m of planting, and the task of microdosing arises in the room. Therefore, it is necessary to use epin in indoor gardening, observing additional conditions:

  • Transfer the plants to a bathroom with active ventilation and place in the bath.
  • Use a plastic rain cover in addition to outdoor PPE.
  • Take microdoses of the drug with an insulin (1 ml) medical syringe, piercing the cap of the ampoule without opening it.
  • Seal the puncture from the syringe needle immediately with tape.
  • Spraying should be carried out using a microspray, see fig. on right.
  • After processing, leave the plants in the dark for 12 hours without depriving them of air access.
  • After working with epin, wipe the bath with a clean cloth, abundantly moistened with a solution of baking soda, and rinse. Accidentally spilled mother liquor is removed in the same way, but immediately.

Norms and limits of concentration

Ornamental plants do not eat, therefore, their treatment with epin is carried out with a working solution of increased concentration. Typical schemes processing epin ornamental plants are given in table. For individual cultures, they may differ, because. excess 2,4-epibrassinolide is deposited in plants in reserve or decomposes without inhibiting them. However, it is undesirable to exceed the concentration of the working solution over 4 drops per glass of water, as for orchids. In the garden for the treatment of plants and during pest control, a standard dosage is used - an ampoule of 1 ml per 5 liters of water per 2.5 acres of planting area. Treatment in this case is carried out once a week until the cure or the danger has passed. If the lesion is severe and it is no longer a question of completely saving the crop, it is permissible to increase the dose to 2 ml per 5 liters of working solution.

Note: indoor and greenhouse crops horticultural crops are treated as outdoor, not as ornamental!

Regulations and schemes of application

General regulations for the use of epin for plant crops and fungi are given in Table. For individual phases of their development and growing conditions, there are special schemes, see below.

planting material

Soaking seeds in epin not only accelerates the emergence of seedlings, but also largely restores the germination of overdue seeds. The effect of epin on the grain mycelium of fungi has been discussed above. See the table for the treatment schemes for seeds and mycelium with epin. All the time of soaking, the seed must be in an open container from food grade plastic In the dark.

The use of epin for seedlings increases its survival rate, accelerates development and increases resistance. Epin-treated tomato seedlings in the middle lane can be planted a week earlier than usual. Anyone who runs a commodity economy knows that this will come out in money thanks to an early harvest.

The schemes for processing seedlings and cuttings with epin are given in the following. tab. But keep in mind that epin is not heteroauxin and not root; you can not use them together with epin! In epin, like seedlings, cuttings are soaked before planting, which have already taken root and whose growth points have awakened!

In the garden and garden

Schemes of the current seasonal treatment with epin vegetable crops are given in table. The processing of greens is carried out with restrictions: with the beginning of the formation of edible parts, the use of epin is stopped. For cabbage - before the formation of a head of cabbage. Onions for greens during the growing season are not treated with epin at all; seed bulbs can be sprayed with the same solution as for potato planting material.

The processing of fruit and berries by epin also has features, see next. tab. From the beginning of flowering to the end of fruiting, perennials no longer need 2,4-epibrassinolide, they have enough of their own. Boron will help to increase the yield here in the form of top dressing on the leaves with boric acid and other microelements, but by autumn the plants will then come up “tired”, especially in not very auspicious year. It was then that the epin would come in handy to help for the remaining heat and light to properly feed for the winter.

Note: curious results are obtained by using epin for cut flowers, 2 drops per liter of water in a vase. Carnations, snowdrops, lilies of the valley, freesias, alstroemerias stand in such water without losing their appearance for more than a week. Roses, etc. on lignified cuttings for a month or more. Orchids, whose flowers are already long-lived, seem to be completely eternal. The thing is, orchids are fake plants. They save on flowering by not producing either excess edible pollen or nectar, and they attract pollinators by stimulating their sexual instincts in ways that sometimes make even experienced professional researchers go crazy.

Side considerations

Epin gives excellent results in the Russian Federation and China, but the West stubbornly ignores him. This circumstance is used in anti-Epin propaganda, since there is nothing more to say against it. But to attribute epinophobia to Russophobia and sanctions means to draw foam without understanding where it comes from.

They say that in the West, epin is simply not needed, there, they say, agricultural technology is so well-established that plants are always good. Is the weather good too? Are there frosts, heat waves, dim light from air pollution? By the way, in the West, epin is quietly used, as well as buying other Russian products, from which there will be a profit. O rocket engines and feed grain everyone has heard, but this is just the tip of the iceberg. As for epin, they saw it in souvenir, gift and flower shops orchid flowers in mini vases? They stand in their original packaging for up to a year (with a guarantee), because in water there is epin extra.

In agriculture, the West is afraid of epin for other reasons. Epin, without exaggeration, the first swallow new era food production. A bold statement, but remember and compare: the Internet and mobile connection were published at the same time, in the mid-70s, only 4 decades ago. First mobile phone for general sale weighed 14.5 kg and worked on a single charge for 4 hours; it had to be carried in a shoulder bag. A megabyte of traffic at a speed of 4800 bps (!) cost $6 on the initial Internet. And then science fiction writers did not write about search engines, Internet media, Internet banking, smartphones and tablets.

According to the UN Food Organization, now in the world 3/4 of the population is malnourished. In countries with developed agriculture, huge money is being made on this; drug mafia and arms dealers never dreamed of such a sweet dream. By the way, the leading producers are still systematically destroying part of the crop in order to maintain market prices. What is hidden from the general public in the most ingenious and tough ways.

The widespread use of mild phytohormones will not only increase the productivity of existing sown areas, but also introduce into agricultural circulation many lands that are now considered infertile, which will solve the global food problem.

In China, this is no longer an idea, but a really operating system. This is what frightens both agribusiness dealers and the entire ruling elite. After all, then they will have to say goodbye to huge profits, to revise land cadastres and the entire procedure for land use. How to approach the resulting tangle of problems, in the ossified cleaner former USSR society of the Great Bright Present, beyond which there is nowhere, it seems that no one has the slightest idea.

If you prefer not high matters, but your own income and well-being, use epin without fear. The theory does not give any contraindications to its use and is not found in practice.

Epin instructions for use for seedlings and indoor plants which is presented in this article, is a growth stimulant that improves the quality of seedlings. Epin extra occupies a leading position among drugs with a similar effect. It is used for the processing of various crops, as well as for the care for indoor plants and flowers. After treatment with Epin, immunity increases in plants, they develop well and give a rich harvest.

Let's talk in more detail about the growth stimulator Epin, its composition and effect on plants, as well as how to use it correctly.

What it is?

Growth stimulator Epin is sold in ampoules of 1 ml and in vials of 50 ml and 1 liter. The drug emits an odor of alcohol and forms foam during the preparation of the solution.

The main component of the biological product Epin extra is phytohormone epibrassinolide is an artificial copy of the phytohormone brassinolide. Plants produce it themselves, but in very small quantities.

Penetrating into plants, epibrassinolide reduces the production of absicizic acid and ethylene - these are hormones that slow down the growth of seedlings. Epin extra activates ontogeny, while not causing deformation of leaves, stems and fruits.

Important! If foam does not form during the preparation of the solution, then this is a fake. It is not worth treating plants with such a tool, it will only bring harm.

The action of the drug

Seeds before planting in the ground are pickled in a solution of Epin extra to stimulate the growth of seedlings and houseplants. For irrigation, this remedy is not used, since it is absorbed exclusively by leaves and stems.

After seed treatment with Epin, germination increases, sprouts germinate faster and become more resistant to adverse weather conditions.

When plants are sprayed with this agent, their immunity and productivity increase, and the fruits ripen faster. All thanks to the action of the phytohormone epibrassinolide, which improves the interaction of plant cells. It activates and corrects the processes of growth, photosynthesis, flowering and fruiting.

Advantages and disadvantages of Epin compared to other means

  • Absorbs quickly and spreads throughout the plant.
  • Not a fungicide does not push them to grow and build up root system and also bear fruit.
  • It is not a fertilizer, there are no useful microelements in the product. Phytohormone only activates the protective functions of plants.
  • Evaporates quickly when exposed to sunlight.

Epin is much better for plants, because, unlike Kornevin or Heteroauxin, it does not push plants to accelerated growth. It only improves their immunity, making plants more resistant to stressful situations.

Instructions for use

For each type of culture, the consumption rate of the drug is different, so you need to read the manufacturer's recommendations on the package and use the product according to the instructions.

Important! Epin is used at any stage of plant growth.

This tool can be processed:

  • seeds before sowing;
  • plants at the stage of growth, flowering and fruiting.

For 2 weeks, the growth stimulator is completely dissolved in the plant, after which it can be re-treated.

How to prepare a solution

Epin is diluted in filtered water. Add to it citric acid(0.2 g per 1 l) to maintain required level acidity.

Important! Alkaline water reduces the effect of the drug.

The finished raster can be stored for no more than 2 days in a dark place. During this time it must be used. If there is no acidic or slightly acidic reaction, or if the product is exposed to the sun, then the shelf life is reduced to 1 day.

2 weeks after the treatment of the plants, the agent in it splits and re-treatment can be carried out.

Consumption rates, timing and technique of spraying seedlings

Compatibility with other drugs

Gardeners and gardeners often mix preparations so as not to process plants 2 times with different means.

Epina extra can be safely combined with such means as:

  • Cytovit.
  • HB-101.
  • Vitalizer.

The components included in these funds do not weaken the effect of each other.

Using Epin to disinfect seeds and protect plants from diseases, you can reduce the dose of pesticides by 2 times. The growth stimulator is dissolved together with poisonous and agrochemicals. The only disadvantage of the biological product is that epibrassinolide is destroyed by light.

Many gardeners prefer to use the Zircon growth stimulator. Both drugs are good, they are used to treat seeds before planting, seedlings and adult plants.

The only difference is that Zircon has a tougher effect on plants than Epin, so it must be bred strictly according to the instructions.

Advice! Epin should not be used in conjunction with Bordeaux liquid, as it has an alkaline reaction.

Precautionary measures

If the drug has entered the respiratory tract and trachea, it is necessary:

  • Drink 0.5-1 liter of water, induce vomiting, then drink a couple of activated charcoal tablets.
  • summon ambulance, indicating the name of the agent that has entered the body.

Storage conditions and shelf life

It is forbidden to freeze the drug. The shelf life from the date of production is 3 years. Ready solution store no more than 1-2 days.

Epin will fully work if the plants receive proper nutrition, moisture and lighting.

Do not forget that Epin is an activator vitality plants, not fertilizer.

Application of Epin for indoor flowers

The dosage and method of application of the product for indoor plants depends on the goal pursued:

Processing technology

When treating plants with Epin's solution, you must adhere to the following rules:

  1. The procedure is best done early in the morning or in the evening, when the plants are not exposed to direct sunlight. Otherwise, burns may appear on the leaves. In order for the product to be better absorbed, you first need to wipe the leaves from dust with a damp piece of cloth or cotton wool.
  2. It is recommended to carry out the procedure by placing flowers at the bottom of the bath. Spraying is carried out from a spray gun, holding it at a distance of 40-50 cm from the plants. Next, the flowers are left in a dark place for a couple of hours so that the product is better absorbed. After all the manipulations, the bath should be washed well with detergents.
  3. Epin should not be combined with alkaline drugs, as they reduce the effect of the drug. Read the instructions carefully before combining 2 drugs together.
  4. Epin is used only for spraying plants. There is alkali in the soil, which reduces its effect. It is quickly absorbed through the leaves.
  5. The solution must be made from filtered or boiled water room temperature. To enhance the action of the phytohormone epibrassinolide, a couple of grains of citric acid are added to the water.
  6. A medical syringe will help make a solution with an accurate dosage.

In contact with

Biochemical studies conducted by experts have shown that

Epin regulates and activates the protective functions of the plant cell itself, and therefore the whole organism for survival in extreme conditions.

When exposed to high temperatures, it enhances the synthesis of special "shock" proteins,

during drought stimulates the appearance of additional roots in plants,

when flooded, it increases the absorption of water and evaporation; when there is a lack of light, it enhances the synthesis of chlorophyll.

At the same time, due to the stimulation of the natural defenses of plants, its fungicidal effect is also manifested:

after treatment with the drug, the plants become more resistant to diseases and pests: damage by late blight, powdery mildew, fusarium, black leg, various bacteria and viruses.

Plants are much less susceptible to the invasion of aphids, wireworms, and the Colorado potato beetle.

Epin is a powerful regulator. which works the more efficiently. the sooner you apply it. In the fruiting phase of tomatoes, it is almost pointless to use it.

But before picking seedlings and after - just super. And " maximum effect will appear much later.

Epin is used at all stages of plant development, starting with seeds. Scientists assure that the treated seeds germinate faster, their germination increases. Healthy, disease-resistant seedlings grow from them.

After treatment with Epin, seedlings bought in a store take root better. Epin turned out to be indispensable during transplantation: it promotes the rooting of plants. And, apparently, this drug will be especially needed in case of any unfavorable conditions for plants. weather conditions: cold snap, lack of light, heat, sudden changes in temperature. One or two treatments with an interval of 7-10 days will help revive frozen, weakened, withering plants and, as practice shows, increase the yield.

Plants are also sprayed with Epin during growth, during the period of budding and the beginning of flowering. By acting on the immune system and improving the metabolism in tissues, it, according to scientists, contributes to earlier ripening of fruits. But Epin not only accelerates the ripening of the crop, but, as they say, improves its quality. Vegetables accumulate more protein, starch, vitamins, essential amino acids and reduce the content of "environmental dirt": heavy metal salts, nitrates, radionuclides, herbicide and fungicide residues. Perhaps this drug will be very useful for you by the end summer season before the onset of cold fogs. The tops of potatoes and tomatoes processed by him in August will more successfully resist late blight, and cabbages will continue to gain mass, despite the September frosts. It has been observed that the fruits of treated plants are stored longer and are less susceptible to fungal diseases.

Flower growers are satisfied with Epin. According to amateurs, carnation, thanks to Epin, resembles dahlias in size, and ordinary chamomile catches up the best varieties aster. Rapid growth and abundant flowering react to the drug clematis, phlox, peonies, delphiniums, bluebells. Flowers processed in the budding phase and the beginning of flowering are especially large in size.

As can be seen from the above data, Epin can be considered a very effective drug, and not only effective, but also economical. The contents of one ampoule in a 1 ml package are dissolved in 5 liters of water. This solution is usually enough to process 1-2 acres of crops. According to scientists, the drug is so pure that its use is allowed even near apiaries.

The ampoule with Epin is stored in the refrigerator. Keep it for 10 minutes before use room temperature shake when a precipitate appears. Boiled slightly acidified water is used to prepare the solution, since Epin loses its properties in an alkaline environment.

In an alkaline reaction, water is acidified with 9% table vinegar. Adding 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar to 200 ml of water reduces the acidity index by one. The solution is prepared on the day of treatment, it retains its effect for two days if stored in a dark place.

Plants are sprayed on a clear windless day in the evening hours from a spray gun with the smallest spray, that is, they are more likely to be pollinated than sprayed. Only under this condition, the droplets of the drug will linger on the microhairs of the leaves and stems, and not flow down into the soil. Under the action of Epin, the hairs become stiff and are no longer "too tough" for pests, even aphids or Colorado potato beetle. So Epin does not kill pests, he only increases the strength of the plants themselves for active resistance, forcing pests to look for more attractive food objects elsewhere. But before resorting to the help of the drug, the gardener must provide the plants with everything they need: nutrition, watering, lighting. After all, Epin cannot replace either fertilizer or water, and he is able to activate the forces only of those plants that do not need anything.

The drug was awarded three medals of the All-Russian Exhibition Center, a diploma of the Russian Scientific and Technical Society of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food and was included in the program to eliminate the consequences of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant.

FROM THE DIARY OF THE GARDENER-PRACTITIONER N. NOSYREV (section "Garden and vegetable garden" at the Central Institute of Agriculture of the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences).

For my six acres, every year I buy at least 10 ampoules of Epin. In its solution, I soak the seeds, corms, cuttings, spray the entire above-ground part plants.

Potato. Sprouted tubers are sprayed with Epin's solution 3 days before planting (4 drops per 100 ml of water). I continue processing: according to seedlings at a plant height of 10-15 cm (1 ampoule per 5 liters of water); before spring frosts if the height of the potato does not allow it to spud (1 ampoule per 5 liters of water); in the phase of budding and the beginning of flowering (with the same solution at the rate of 500 ml per 40 bushes) and two weeks later for the prevention of late blight.
I spray Epin and tubers intended for storage (1 ampoule per 25 liters of water). I use 200 ml of solution for 100 kg of potatoes.

Tomato. I soak the seeds in Epin's solution (3-4 drops per 100 ml of water, at a temperature of 20-22 ° C) for 12 hours and immediately sow. I spray seedlings before picking (2 drops per 200 ml of water). "Epin-extra" is a biostimulator of crop growth, which is especially popular among summer residents. This drug has won a large army of fans for a reason. As a result of its use, not only plant growth and productivity are improved, but also the quality of agricultural products is improved. Let's find out all the advantages and disadvantages of "Epin" and consider in detail the rules for its use.

Characteristics of the drug

"Epin Extra" is based on epibrassinolide - a substance that activates and enhances the plant's own defenses. Thanks to him, the culture is less exposed to viral and fungal diseases, and when infected with such, the process of “recovery” proceeds quite quickly. "Epin" exhibits an anti-stress effect, as a result of which the immunity of plants to an aggressive environment is significantly increased. Both young seedlings and adult crops acquire resistance to rainstorms, survive drought, frost and temperature changes.

On a note!

It is worth noting that the drug called "Epin" was discontinued several years ago due to massive fakes. Today we are talking about a new patented product called "Epin-extra", but for convenience, it can be further referred to as simply "Epin"!

The output of the tool is as follows:

  • productivity increases;
  • in contaminated soils, the harmful effects of radionuclides and heavy metals are neutralized;
  • plants acquire the ability to overcome adverse conditions;
  • the strength of seed germination is increased;
  • seedlings take root perfectly, as well as plants during transplantation;
  • shoot formation is very active;
  • storage periods harvested crop increase.

Preparation of working solution

"Epin" is sold in ampoules. Before using the product, the drug should be diluted with water in a certain ratio and used to treat plants - for soaking or spraying.

The working fluid is prepared exclusively using boiled or filtered water. Alkaline water is not suitable, and in order to soften it, it is recommended to add ½ teaspoon of vinegar or a pinch of citric acid for every liter!

The culture does not absorb the agent through the root system, therefore only the aerial part of it can be sprayed. Leaves and shoots should be plentifully watered with a working solution as evenly as possible. After processing, the diluted drug should be stored for 2 days, but no more, and a dark place should be chosen. If it was under the sun's rays, then its storage time is reduced to 24 hours. The same situation is in the absence of an acidic or slightly acidic reaction.

A couple of weeks after treatment, the active substance that has been absorbed by the plants is broken down.

The instructions below will tell you how to prepare and use the working fluid for a particular treatment.

Soak

In "Epin Extra" soak planting material flower and vegetable crops, as well as tubers, corms and cuttings according to this table.

After processing seedlings with Epinom Extra, seedlings do not stretch during growth, and their resistance to frost increases. If the culture is frozen or wilted, then this tool will revive it to life. After processing tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and other horticultural crops the risk of falling ovaries is reduced to zero.

Peculiarities

The use of the drug "Epin Extra" is possible in combination with many vitamins, insecticides, growth regulators, fertilizers and fungicides. The only exceptions are products with an alkaline reaction.

In any case, before combining Epin Extra with any remedy, they should be checked for compatibility!

As part of "Epin" there is a shampoo, so it is suitable for use as an "adhesive" in the treatment of seedlings and adult crops from diseases and pests.

Immediately after use, the drug begins to work actively and reliably protects plants until harvest.

Safety regulations

The drug "Epin-extra" belongs to the 3rd hazard class, as it contains technical ethanol which plays the role of a solvent. For this reason, manipulations with the solution and subsequent processing of plants must be carried out using personal protective equipment.

During the spraying of seedlings and adult culture "Epinom" it is strictly forbidden to eat, drink and smoke. For convenience, processing is carried out using a knapsack sprayer. When spraying is completed, the handler should thoroughly wash hands, face and rinse mouth.

To store closed ampoules, it is necessary to choose a dry, cool room, the air temperature in which should be between +14 ... + 23 ° C. Please note that "Epin Extra" is separate from medicines and food. The storage location must be inaccessible to children and animals and be away from sources of open flame.

Epin should be diluted according to the instructions and used only for its intended purpose. Its mixing with other drugs and subsequent use in personal subsidiary farm strictly prohibited!

We use it correctly

Spraying of adult crops and seedlings is carried out according to the following scheme.

  1. Before processing young seedlings, as well as plants that have suffered due to diseases, pests or adverse external factors, the cause of the damage should be removed - dry, diseased and damaged shoots are cut off, the pest is removed, the soil is loosened and fertilized with fertilizers.
  2. Since the active substance quickly disintegrates under direct sunlight, it is advisable to spray early in the morning and at dusk.
  3. Shoots and leaves can be processed, and the latter must be thoroughly moistened from all sides and ensure that the drug gets on lower part plates.
  4. If "Epin-extra" is used to restore the strength of plants that have suffered as a result of stress, then it should be applied several times at weekly intervals. healthy culture it will be enough to process three times per season.
  5. Since "Epin Extra" will be absorbed by the culture for two to three days, it is better to process it on a calm day, while there should be no fog, rain or dew.

The advantages of "Epin" over other biostimulants

When seedlings are treated with other biostimulants, their growth is forced, that is, the culture begins to actively develop, even while in the "sleep" phase. "Epin Extra" works differently. It fills seedlings with energy, stimulates them and helps plants develop, relying on natural physiological processes. As a result, the yield increases, and the crop does not suffer.

In addition, this drug has several other advantages:

  • does not harm the environment and does not saturate the soil with harmful substances;
  • when properly handled, it is harmless to humans and animals;
  • gently, but at the same time very effectively, protects plants from negative impact environment, pests and diseases.

The work of "Epin Extra" is reliable and really tangible. Its action is aimed solely at the growth and development of a healthy plant. Being a broad-spectrum adaptogen, it exhibits a powerful anti-stress effect and is especially recommended for excessive humidity, frost and the presence of phytopathogens and pests.

Use this tool according to the instructions and remember the safety rules. Rich harvests to you!
