I stage

Within three banking days from the date of signing the Agreement, the Customer shall make payments to the settlement account of our organization advance payment in the amount of 50% of the cost of materials specified in the Contract.

II stage

The rest of the amount for materials and advance payment for work is transferred within 3 banking days from the date of delivery of the house kit and building materials, as well as the arrival of our team at the Customer's site.

Stage III

The final settlement between the Parties is made after the Contractor completes the work under the contract. (After the actual delivery and acceptance of the result of the work and the signing by the Parties of the final Acceptance Certificate of the work performed.)
