This is not a construction company, but rather an office for finding clients for covenants. Everything is false, starting with "Secretary Irina". Projects of houses most likely do not exist. Builders cut the house according to the plan and the picture from the site. Someone is better, someone is worse, or even they can mess up at all. The material used is of poor quality, at bargain prices, and therefore the cost is such. There is no building base. In the best case, rent a room for temporary storage of building materials. The builders do not have enough nails and other material, everything is back to back. There are practically no guarantees. Director Alexander promises a lot in words, but does nothing. I am writing this with personal experience contact with this office. I try to write in a literary text so as not to be deleted and thereby convey information about the negative experience of communicating with this office.
