Transparent concrete is the decorative material of the future. Luminous brick road: Mexican invented cement with photoluminescence

Landscaping of suburban summer cottages or adjoining territory consists not only of beautiful fragrant flower beds and a well-groomed garden, but also of neat paths, for the manufacture of which luminous paving stones can be used.

Remember, when you were sitting on the banks of a river or the sea in the evening and saw how the moonlit path sparkled, then, for sure, you wanted to walk along it. Dreams are sometimes destined to come true. If not on the sea, then in your garden on the path a luminous paving slabs creating the illusion of magic.

The glow-in-the-dark tile produces the greatest effect in the first hour after sunset. But, do not worry, the manufacture of luminous paving slabs involves the use of a special luminescent substance that can start glowing even after turning on an ordinary flashlight for a few moments.

What is needed for the production of luminous paving stones?

Isn't pretty complex process and it is quite possible to make it yourself. In order to engage in the manufacture of this luminous product yourself, you need to have some equipment available.

Of course, you will need a concrete mixer, special molds, a large bucket of 10 liters, a shovel, gloves and racks on which you will store the tiles you have made. In addition, you will need to purchase the starting material for making tiles: plasticizer, luminescent composition, substance for and granite screenings.

How is it made

The simplest thing to do before starting the production of tiles is to lubricate the molds with a special solution. It contains 50 grams of oil per 1.5 liters of water. Pour the oil into the water and mix well, while the solution should be shaken. Lubrication is very important during the demoulding process and will also keep your shape for later use as you can easily clean it off after you finish the job.

Next, prepare the concrete mixer. To do this, rinse it with a bucket of water. After rinsing, take required amount plasticizer and luminescent substance. The ratio of plasticizer to the total weight of the dry mixture should be 0,5% , and for a luminescent substance, this indicator is 2% . Never use a dry plasticizer. Before use, mix the powder with hot water until it completely dissolves. In hot water should be poured gradually in small portions. To do this, for one liter of liquid, the temperature of which is 70-80 degrees Celsius, add 200 grams of plasticizer powder.

The technology for preparing the luminescent substance is the same. 800 grams of powder is dissolved in 3 liters of water at a temperature of 70-80 degrees Celsius.

In order to reduce the cost of producing luminous paving slabs at home, we recommend using two-layer filling. In this case, the bottom layer will consist of a mixture of sand and concrete, and the top layer will contain luminous powder.

Thanks to the use of a luminescent substance, a sufficiently deep impregnation of the decorative layer, which is located at the top of the tile, will occur. In this case, you can be sure that no rains or snowstorms will affect the glow of your product.

Durability of the luminescent substance or phosphor is about two hundred years old. Rather, over time, the destruction of the tile will occur, rather than it will lose its luminous properties.

After preparatory phase start mixing concrete. In order for the finished product to be durable, certain technologies must be followed. How to do good concrete? To obtain a high-quality mixture, 70% water should be taken for 100% cement. If it is easy to explain, then, for example, three buckets of cement should be poured with two buckets of water. We clarify that in the water there should already be a mixture of plasticizer and phosphor.

Next, start the concrete mixer and first pour water into it, and then gradually add cement. When you see that the liquid mixture is spinning in the apparatus, you can add screenings, while not stopping mixing it all. After obtaining a homogeneous mass, pour the plasticizer and luminescent substance into it and mix it all until fully cooked.

After that, prepare the greased ones and fill them with concrete. Then put it all on the vibrating table. Turn on the vibrating table for five minutes, and then turn it off for a short time. Continue this series of operations until a white foam appears on the top of the concrete. This is what will become a sign that all the air has left. When you shake concrete on a vibrating table, the amount of concrete is reduced by removing the air mass. It should be added to the mortar forms and continue shaking.

After you have finished processing on the vibrating table, put the forms in a place where the sun's rays do not reach. The next day, the product will dry, and you can start demoulding it. When you pull the tiles out of the molds, wash them with a salt solution. Lay the finished tile on the racks and let it stand for another week. Just then, you can take your product ready for use, take a photo of it, put it on the Internet and brag to your friends.

The most colorful business, as well as the one that does not require large financial and resource costs, is the painting of facade stone and tiles with a special Glow in the Night Paint TAT 33.

If you are one of those people who are eager to open some new business for themselves, then before doing this, you should decide where to start it. You need to try to look at this or that traditional occupation from a completely new angle. Need to think about what will be absolutely in demand in the future? Absolutely everything that is connected with the construction and repair! How can you find your niche in this market? The answer is simple - it is necessary potential buyer offer something new and unexpected for him! In this article we will talk about a simple, but pretty profitable business― production and sale of a finishing stone glowing in the dark called “lumino concrete”, or rather a stone that is covered with phosphor paint.

So, what is lumoconcrete?

This fully corresponds to the production of such a new material as luminous concrete, which is a finishing stone that glows in the dark. It is coated with luminescent paint TAT 33 (luminous powder). It can fully glow in the dark from 6 to 12 hours. But full attenuation begins after 40 hours. It can be painted from concrete surfaces to light alloy car rims cars. The service life of the luminescent pigment is 200 years!

Higher-quality stones are made by hand - for this, phosphor powder is added to the cement. Thus, the finished finishing stone will constantly glow at night!

On the present stage in our country, this type of business is new, respectively, and competition in this area is minimal with a fairly stable demand. High quality and modern materials designed for interior decoration, are in demand at all times, so the production of such products will be guaranteed to generate income regardless of a particular season.

Such a coating accumulates light throughout the day. At the onset of darkness, it begins to emit a pleasant glow of a certain color (green, red, orange, dark pink, yellow, blue, blue, pink and other colors). The most important thing is that luminous concrete looks great externally, not only in the dark, but also in relatively bright sun. Phosphor paint is a special clean materials which are absolutely safe for indoor use. Its only drawback is the expensive price.

One kg of phosphor paint (powder) costs about 200 euros. When ordering from 20-30 kg, suppliers usually make a significant discount - 20-30 euros per kg.

In order to proceed directly to this, it is enough profitable business, office space not required. It will be enough for these purposes to use a garage or other room suitable for installing equipment for manufacturing decorative stone. The production of luminous concrete is a business that requires minimal financial investments, since everything that is necessary for its conduct, including the production technology itself, will cost the entrepreneur approximately 60-100 thousand rubles

But! If you want to fully produce facing stones that glow at night, then 300 thousand rubles will not be enough for you to start such a business.

Buying paint (most expensive), some others expendable materials(brushes, solvent, heaters to keep the room warm in winter period time) and room preparation. All materials (tiles and other finishing) are provided by the customer.

You need to add transparent lacquer (suitable for your surface to be painted) to the luminescent paint (powder) TAT 33 itself and apply it on building tiles or stone, then let it dry.

Glow in the Dark Powder TAT 33 is a powder that glows at night and is applied to stone, concrete, wood, metal, plastic, PVC and other surfaces (a separate mixture is used for each surface). The phosphor must be diluted with a colorless varnish, which is intended for a special surface.

Video on how to make glowing phosphor powder with your own hands at home (instruction):

At the first stages, potential customers will need to be found on their own, for example, through Internet portals, newspapers, with the help of acquaintances, etc. But over time, the news about an unusual material of this kind, like luminous concrete, will spread through the so-called "word of mouth", and your employees will only have time to fulfill constantly incoming orders on time. In the process of demonstrating material samples to your potential customers, you should definitely tell that new world technologies in the field of construction today provide an opportunity to easily and beautifully decorate absolutely any furniture, all kinds of panels (mosaic paintings), fireplaces, as well as the facade of a cottage / at home or a stone path in the garden!

You can get a luminous composition using a simple technology - add 20-30% phosphor to the glass-resin mixture and get a stunning deep glow effect for 6-8 hours without additional illumination.

Liquid glass (silicate glue), turpentine can be used as thinners for such luminous paints. You can mix this paint with dammar varnish, which includes: dammar resin 52%, xylene 43% and Castor oil 5%. The resin is poured with xylene and mixed thoroughly, after dissolving the resin, castor oil is added. The resulting mixture is filtered through suede. The varnish has a straw-yellow color, evaporates easily, so you need to store it in glassware with lapped stopper. If over time a precipitate appears in the dishes, then the varnish must be filtered again. 2.5 parts of luminous paint are dissolved in 1 part of Dammar varnish, and the mixture is thoroughly mixed.

Scope of glow in the dark facing tiles: decoration of borders, paths, facades of houses.

You can cast luminous elements of small architecture (columns, sculptures, flowerpots, etc.). In the dark, they look very impressive.

However, luminescent paint can also cover stone, metal, ceramics and any other objects (even flowers). It is absolutely harmless, inert, does not emit harmful substances(unlike phosphorus) and can even be found in children's toys.

Another one from possible directions- interior design of cafes and nightclubs.

There are several more options for creating luminous compositions. I will give them below.

Keep in mind that the phosphor DOES NOT DISSOLVE! In liquid (not sufficiently viscous) media, it tends to precipitate - stir the composition during application!

For painting concrete, expanded clay concrete, natural stone, slate, metlakh tiles, silicate brick and cement-sand surfaces, the following basic binder can be used:

1. Lacquer based on perchlorovinyl copolymer and acrylic resins for concrete surfaces. Single component. Transparent (yellowish shade is allowed).

2. Epoxy varnish for concrete. Two-component. Transparent (yellowish shade is allowed).

3. Polyurethane varnish (siler) for concrete surfaces. Single component. Transparent (yellowish shade is allowed).

The choice is yours. The same binders can be used as a primer coat.
To any of the listed binders is added either Russian photoluminophore with a particle size of 75-120 microns , or South Korean photoluminophore with a particle size of 10-30 microns, smaller fractions for surface cleanliness, in a ratio of 20-30% by weight and thoroughly mixed.

Before applying to the surface - clean it from dirt, dust, grease and other third-party inclusions. For these purposes, you can use 50% hydrochloric acid and a solvent.
Before applying the luminescent layer, the surface must be dried.

All. We apply to the surface with a brush or sprayer, observing the specifics of working with the indicated components. If required, we cover with varnish (or the same, non-luminescent, binder).

For glass application you can use the option indicated at the very beginning of this article, but if you need a better, stronger and more transparent coating, it is better to use a 2-component automotive varnish on acrylic base.
To dry two-component varnishes, a heat chamber heated to a temperature of 70 degrees Celsius is required.

Add to the finished varnish (already mixed with hardener) 20-30% phosphor (usually particle size up to 40 microns) by weight from the total binder. Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed. The composition is ready.

heat up glass product up to 60-70 degrees, cover it thin layer transparent varnish (without phosphor) and place in a heat chamber for 5 minutes.
After that, from the sprayer, apply the luminous composition to the prepared product.
After application - dry it in the chamber for 5-7 minutes. Ready!

In some cases, you may need colored phosphor or fluorescent pigments.

Fluorescent Pigments are used as dyes and are added in a ratio of 2-3% by weight of the entire composition.

Good luck and success!

Concrete is one of the most common building materials due to its strength, durability and a number of other advantages. However, its aesthetic component leaves much to be desired, therefore concrete surfaces always subject to additional finishing. The exception is light-conducting concrete, which, in fact, this article is devoted to, in particular, we will further consider in detail what this material is and how to make transparent concrete with our own hands.

General information

Transparent or light-conducting concrete (Litracon) was invented in 2001 by a Hungarian architect. Fiber optic glass filaments are incorporated into the fine-grained structure of this material. As a result, the material is a solid substance penetrated by thin glass fibers.

It should immediately be noted that the price of transparent concrete is very high, due to the technological complexity of its manufacture. Therefore, it is produced exclusively to order in the form of rectangular panels, the dimensions of which are selected in accordance with the wishes of the customer.

Initially, it was possible to purchase light-conducting concrete only abroad, as a result of which high price material added shipping costs. However, in recent times engaged in its manufacture and domestic producers. Moreover, they began to offer this material at much more favorable prices.

Material properties

Characteristics

Despite a certain external extravagance, transparent concrete has the structural characteristics of traditional concrete, including:

  • strength;
  • Water resistance;
  • Noise and heat insulating properties.

Moreover, fiberglass has a reinforcing effect on the material, as a result of which some of its indicators are even higher than those of ordinary concrete:

Note! Transparent concrete can be considered not only as decorative, but also structural material capable of withstanding heavy loads. Moreover, its optical properties do not depend on the thickness.

Peculiarities

The components that are used in the manufacture of light-conducting concrete are certified and undergo an environmental assessment before use. As a result, the finished material is guaranteed to be environmentally friendly and safe for health.

The disadvantages include the fact that the technology for the production of transparent concrete does not allow you to get it in the formwork directly on construction site. Litracon is manufactured on industrial enterprises who have the appropriate equipment.

The manufacture of the material is carried out by layer-by-layer imposition of fiberglass and. After setting the solution and curing, the surface of the blocks is further processed to obtain good light transmission characteristics.

In the photo - a lamp made of transparent blocks

Application area

For the first time, transparent concrete was used to make a whimsical cube-shaped lamp. This piece of furniture weighed more than 10 kilograms. Gradually, the scope of its application expanded.

Recently, Litracon has been used in modern architectural compositions, for the implementation of various design solutions in urban construction, as well as to create unusual interior elements.

I must say that the fantasy of designers on this moment only very limited high price material.

Manufacturing

Main difficulty self-manufacturing is that the technology of transparent concrete requires the inclusion of exactly 4 percent of the fiber in the structure of the total mass of the material. Moreover, all its threads should be located strictly in one direction.

materials

So, to create your own litrocon, you need to prepare all the necessary materials:

  • Dry fine-grained cement mixture;
  • clean water;
  • Fiberglass with a diameter of 0.25-3 mm. The length of the fiber must match the thickness of the board.

Manufacturing technology

Instructions for the manufacture of light guide panels are as follows:

  • First of all, you need to make a design that resembles a box. In fact, this is a floating formwork, which, as the mortar sets, should smoothly move upwards.
  • The resulting box should be installed on a flat horizontal surface and pour a small amount of solution into it, distributing a thin layer.
  • Across the freshly poured layer, fiberglass is evenly laid and slightly recessed.
  • After the solution has set, the next portion of the solution is dosed and a layer of fiberglass is also laid on top of it.
  • This procedure is repeated until the formwork is completely filled.
  • When the last layer of mortar hardens, you need to remove the formwork.
  • Then the side surfaces of the block are sanded and polished, to which the fiberglass is perpendicular.

Advice! Formwork can be made of plywood, plastic or other sheet material.

This completes the manufacturing process of this material. Of course, this work requires some time, perseverance and perseverance, but the result justifies all these difficulties. After gaining some experience, subsequent samples may turn out to be of higher quality.

Conclusion

Transparent concrete is modern material, which in addition to high strength, has excellent decorative properties. Perhaps, its disadvantages include only the high cost, however, you can get Litracon at home, without any special costs ().

admin May 25, 2016

Greetings, dear visitors of my site, today I want to introduce you to unique technology- paving slabs glowing in the dark, how can you produce these products yourself.

I had to meet these products laid on personal plot And I have to tell you, it looks really nice.

Now just a little about the theory of the glow of processed objects.

I want to reassure you, no, this is not phosphorus, which is harmful to humans and animals.

I will not burden you with a deep theory, but I will briefly explain it all the same.

In other words, the product is covered with a special paint, and then covered with a transparent varnish.

Therefore, in principle, the glow of products in the dark can be carried out by 3 methods of processing or painting:

1 Luminescent method - paving slabs or other products are covered with a special luminescent paint - it accumulates sunlight and then gives it away after dark.

Paving slabs or other items coated with fluorescent paint will then glow spontaneously as night falls.

2 Fluorescent method - ultraviolet paint is applied to the product, and the object, in our case paving slabs or other product, will glow, but only when this object is exposed to an ultraviolet lamp.

The rays of this lamp must be strictly directed to the object of radiation.

3 Reflective effect - the object is covered with a special paint and it will glow in the dark when a beam of light hits the object covered with this paint.

Basically, this method is used in road works.

It should be noted that the most significant effect light reflection will be noticeable mainly from the side from which this beam of light was directed.

We will use only the 1st method for processing paving slabs, the rest I showed you simply, as they say, for a general understanding of these processes.

However, about 2 other methods, I may also write where they are, and why it is more appropriate to use them.

Paving slabs glowing in the dark, technology and production features.

1 For those who just want to make a few square meters of paving or facing tiles themselves (of course, we will take ready-made tiles).

2 More details for those who want to make this technology a new direction for business, that is, to become a professional in this production.

So, briefly in 1 (first) direction.

The photo shows all the layers and stages of applying the phosphor to the product

I would advise limiting the number of layers in this process to 3x:

The 1st layer is, of course, a PRIMER, it is mandatory - its role is to ensure that the substrate (as indicated in the diagram), that is, the body of the tile itself or other product, does not absorb fluorescent paint.

And yet - the tile or other product must be clean and always dry.

2nd layer - this is the most important "Base with phosphor and pigment"

This is the most important layer and it consists of 3 main components, we will dwell on this in more detail:

The first component in this layer is the base, it can be varnishes, resins or silicone compounds, the main requirement for them is that they must be transparent and quick-drying.

The second component is the luminescent powder itself, it is desirable to take the smallest one, with a grain size of 10 - 15 microns (microns), although the finer the grains, the more expensive it will be.

The third component is the pigment, it determines what color your product will glow in the dark.

This should be the approximate ratio of components in the second layer - for every 100 grams of phosphor we take 300-500 grams of base and 10-20 grams of pigment.

Due to the fact that the base comes in different viscosities and transparency, I recommend pre-testing to select the optimal ratio.

Too much pigment can significantly reduce the afterglow - please be careful when dosing the dye into the base.

The 3rd layer is an ordinary colorless varnish, preferably quick-drying, the role of this layer is to protect it from damage, the main 2nd layer with a phosphor from damage.

So, let's sum up.

Step by step, how is paving slab glowing in the dark made?

In essence, the technology of this production is as follows:

  • We buy or produce paving or wall tiles ourselves;
  • Dry it as needed.
  • We prime the front surface with any construction primer;
  • We prepare, according to the recipe described above, a 3-component luminescent layer;
  • With a brush or roller, apply this composition over the primer;
  • On top of this layer we apply a colorless varnish, it will protect it from abrasion and damage;
  • Let it all dry;
  • We lay the tiles in place, preferably not darkened, where direct sunlight will fall on it;
  • All product is ready.

Now you can admire the work done.

Luminous paving slabs

Luminous paving slabs have recently appeared on the building materials market. A noteworthy position, despite the fact that its scope is limited and it should be considered as a fashionable element of landscape design. Albeit a truly interesting element.

Luminous paving slabs have nothing to do with the attempts to organize night illumination, which were made in the past. Do you remember the semicircular ceiling lamps that were mounted on squares, parks and summer cottages? They were installed in the cover or in the ground, the hinged dome was bolted to provide access to the light source. Such lamps illuminated the surroundings with a rather dim, inexpressive moonlight, they looked strange, looked like the upper part of a small “flying saucer” from comics, and people were afraid to accidentally step on them and crush them. They were not successful and quietly disappeared from the market. And here is a new luminous product. It is interesting to understand what she is and what she is capable of.

Introduction to samples

Acquaintance with the samples showed that today there are two main types on the market: paving slabs, which include a luminescent substance - a phosphor, and which are impregnated top part material, and paving slabs with LEDs built into it. This type, in turn, is divided into products with solar-powered LEDs and LEDs that need an external power source of 12V or 24V. However, if you think about it, the sun is also an external source ... True, more powerful.

There is also the mysterious material "Moon", which is made from pressed polymer chips. The manufacturing company does not disclose the secret of its composition, and sells ready-made polymer chips to its partners to organize production on the ground. The company's website says that it is the only manufacturer of crumbs in Russia and in the world. From the scarce information on the site, it becomes clear that the baby accumulates light during the day, and in the evening and at night “gives it away” in the form of a white-green glow. For the manufacture of sand and cement are not required. In this case, we can say that it is proposed to make actually fluorescent lamps in the form of a tile from polymer chips, which apparently includes one of the phosphors.

Production of tiles with phosphor

Since the conversation turned to the “Moon” tile, glowing in the dark, let's start with the material, which includes a luminescent substance - a phosphor. There are inorganic phosphors (mainly they belong to crystal phosphors) and organic. The former are used in fluorescent lamps and cathode ray tubes, the second found application in the production of bright fluorescent paints. There are several types of phosphors, including photoluminophors. So they have the ability to save the accumulated energy, giving it away in the subsequent glow, in the range visible to our eyes.

This concludes the excursion into the nature of phosphors and talk about the production of luminous paving slabs. It is made by vibrocasting. The technology is practically the same as conventional technology production. The only difference is the addition of a plasticizer and a luminescent substance in the form of a solution to the concrete mixture. The solution is prepared at the rate of 800 g of substance per 3 liters hot water. The mixture in a concrete mixer is mixed until homogeneous and poured into molds. In order to save a rather expensive luminescent substance, it is recommended to fill out half of the form with the usual concrete mix, and the second half - a mixture with a phosphor. Anyway, except for shrews and worms, no one will appreciate this luminous beauty from below.

In the process of mixing in a concrete mixer, the luminescent substance completely impregnates the entire mixture. Atmospheric precipitation is not able to wash out the phosphor from the composition of the product, and it will not lose its ability to emit light for very long time. Not afraid of abrasion.

After hardening, luminous paving slabs with a luminescent substance are not much different from ordinary ones. In daylight, the glow is almost invisible, it becomes noticeable after sunset. In the dark, the maximum brightness of the glow lasts about one hour, then its intensity gradually decreases. In total, the glow with different intensity lasts about 8 hours. It is curious that static electricity accumulating in the atmosphere can extend the time of continuous glow of the phosphor.

Manufacturers claim that the phosphor retains its properties for up to 200 years. So (theoretically, no one has tested it in practice) the tile will light the way even for our great-grandchildren.

Laying is done on a sand cushion using a rubber mallet. The whole is impregnated with phosphor upper layer, so you can safely act with a mallet. A vibrating plate is not required - the amount of work is small. First, the tiles are laid out in accordance with the design project, in the dark they check the correct layout, highlighting if necessary, and only then they are finally laid.

The thickness of the produced material is from 40 to 80 mm. The base color is green. Available tiles with red, orange, yellow, pink and blue glow. The intensity and duration of the glow for each color is different, it depends on the properties of the phosphor. A variety of produced colors makes it possible to create an original lighting design.

LED tile

Luminous paving slabs and luminous stones are LED lights in the shape of building material. They are made of impact-resistant glass or composite materials(resins), have increased strength, approaching the strength of concrete M700. An LED board is installed inside the luminaires. Case color transparent or opaque. Some types of lamps can operate in the temperature range from -25°С to +75°С. The number of LEDs can be different - from one to four. The difference between these two types of luminous LED paving slabs lies in the power source. One is solar-powered, the other is solar-powered. external source power supply DC 12 or 24 V. Luminaires sized 5x5 cm and 10x10 cm are mainly produced.

Some types of tiles are made from individual luminous stones. different colors. The luminous stones "Chameleon" have a built-in board with RGB LEDs, the intensity of which can be changed using the controller. The controller is able to change the shade of the LEDs and create different lighting effects.

The tile has a rough surface, resists dirt and aggressive substances well, and is easy to clean with any detergents. At daylight it is indistinguishable from the usual.

Solar panels provide charging of the built-in accumulator from any source of light. The advantage of such a luminous paving slab is that there is no need to lay wires and install a power source and controller in a protected place. The relative disadvantages include less power.

Tiles with LEDs are laid in the usual way on a sand cushion. To ensure a possible replacement in the future, the gaps should not be covered with a sand and cement mixture after laying.

Luminous paving slabs are used for lower lighting of plants and elements of landscape design, illumination of paths, playgrounds, parking lots. With the help of LED tiles, you can create an original lighting design and various lighting effects. You can even repeat the experience of Dubai and place a "map of the world" on the lawn. Only the Arabs built artificial islands, and you mark the continents with LED tiles.

Light-emitting concrete - a novelty in the construction industry

cement is indispensable material in modern construction. This is evidenced by the data, according to which last year the volume of cement production in the world exceeded 4 billion tons. It has found application in the construction of residential and industrial facilities, roads, and even in the design of the interior and exterior of private houses. This is what we know about regular concrete, what about glowing concrete? Haven't heard of this? But the Spanish scientist Dr. Jose Carlos Rubio developed such unusual material, which amazes even the most invulnerable lovers of all sorts of new products in the construction industry.

Luminous paint for concrete has become more or less commonplace, although it still causes delight among consumers. But a material that itself emits light at night is a novelty.

What is the technology for the production of luminous concrete?

For 9 years, Dr. Rubio worked on the creation unique material at the University of Michoacán in San Nicolás Hidalgo, Mexico. By dissolving ordinary cement in water, one can observe the appearance of insoluble particles, which are known to degrade the strength of concrete. The scientist made some changes to the structure of the cement by adding fluorescent particles to it, which absorb the energy of the sun, thereby achieving better material uniformity. At night, these crystals give off energy in the form of light. What is the beauty of such an invention?

  1. The aesthetic value of glowing cement is visible to the naked eye. This material can be used to decorate private houses, shopping centers, landscape design elements. Just imagine yourself walking along a luminous path that leads to small pond, decorated alpine slide emitting soft blue light. Romance, what can I say :)
  2. Savings in person. Such cement can emit light from 8 to 12 hours. Why not use such opportunities to illuminate roads, squares, private courtyards, thereby saving on electricity?
  3. This material is environmentally friendly and completely safe for humans and environment. For its manufacture are used natural materials such as clay, chalk, water vapor.
