The Supraline gas floor standing boiler is designed for use in buildings with a heated area of up to 600 m2 (in a cascade up to 1200 m2). All models are adapted to Ukrainian gas pressure standards.

The boilers have a heat output of 2.5 MW (2.15 Gcal/h) and 1.1 MW (0.94 Gcal/h), respectively, and are designed to operate on gas or light heating (diesel) fuel. Depending on the type of fuel, the boilers are equipped with burners gas type GG-1, GG-2, liquid fuel RGM-1, RGM-2 or combined RGMG-1, RGMG-2.
The boilers are fully automated, they can operate in the modes of "large" and "small" combustion, which saves fuel. Other positive quality are their small dimensions, compared with boilers of other types of similar performance. The boilers do not require a foundation for installation and can be used both in the construction of new boiler houses and in the reconstruction of existing boiler houses with a lack of space.
On the basis of these boilers, block modular boiler houses of various capacities are also produced.
Short description boilers.
Type of boilers - water tube, horizontal with forced circulation, with one-way movement of gases. The boilers operate on water prepared for heating networks, they are easy to operate and repair.
The fuel is burned in a furnace formed by four walls of pipes with a diameter of 51x4. The space between the pipes is sewn up with plates, which creates a gas tightness for the boiler. Further, flue gases pass through a convective beam formed by horizontal screens of pipes with a diameter of 28x3. After that, the flue gases go into the chimney.
Network water at t=70°C from the return line of the heating network it is supplied to the upper collector of the front wall and, having made several passes through the pipe system of the boiler, returns from t=95°C to another part of the upper front collector, from where it enters the heating network.
The boiler block includes a combustion chamber, a convective bundle, thermal insulation with sheathing, a burner, control cabinet, water fittings.

The boiler FOX-2.5-115GM (KV-GM-2-115) is made in a gas-tight design, horizontal layout. The materials of elements working under pressure are selected in accordance with the strength calculation of stationary boilers and steam and hot water pipelines RD -10-249-98, agreed with Rostekhnadzor of Russia.
The combustion boiler block FOX-2.5-115GM (KV-GM-2-115) consists of two side screens, each of which is screened with pipes Ø60 × 3mm with a pitch of 85mm, inserted into the upper and lower collectors. Collectors Ø133×6mm.
Strips 40 mm wide are welded between the pipes. 3 mm thick, ensuring the gas tightness of the panels and the furnace of the boiler FOX-2.5-115GM (KV-GM-2-115). From the front of the boiler FOX-2.5-115GM (KV-GM-2-115) there is a panel with a replaceable loophole for burners various manufacturers, a manhole for access to the furnace volume of the boiler and an explosive valve.

Boiler FOX-2.5-115GM (KV-GM-2-115) of span type along the gas flow. The convective heating surface is located immediately behind the furnace block and consists of serpentine heating surfaces made of pipes Ø28×3mm with a pitch of 50mm and 70mm. Explosion valves are located in the upper part of the convection unit, which also serve to inspect the heating surfaces during scheduled inspections. The convection block is sheathed with heat-resistant and heat-resistant steel sheets, which create the first gas-tight layer, which allows the boiler to operate under pressurization.
The boiler block is self-supporting on a base frame with installed sliding supports having two degrees of freedom, allowing not only to move the elements of the FOX-2.5-115GM (KV-GM-2-115) boiler, but also to rotate the furnace and convection unit around its axis during work. Moreover, the angle of rotation of the furnace block is 25º to the left and right side, and convective - 150º around the axis of the supports. This solution allows you to repair work on the boiler, associated with the replacement of pipes without powerful lifting mechanisms.
The direction of movement of the FOX-2.5-115GM (KV-GM-2-115) boiler block is from the front to the back. To control the movements on the boiler, a benchmark is installed. To ensure gas tightness between the two elements (furnace block and convection block), a lens compensator is welded in, which allows moving elements up to 40 mm.
For the FOX-2.5-115GM (KV-GM-2-115) boiler, a special foundation is not required on the frame. The design of the foundation is developed by the organization designing the boiler room.
As insulating materials, mineral mats on a fabric basis are used, attached to the strips (welded between the pipes) with the help of pins.
Funnels are mounted on one of the side walls of the boiler to drain the coolant from the overhead lines. The free drain lines from the furnace block and the convection block are led to one side of the boiler. Drainage pipelines have a diameter of 28×3.
To complete the boilers, gas, liquid fuel and combined burners of various domestic and foreign manufacturers having the appropriate technical specifications with a description and technical documentation supplied with the burner.
During the installation of the burner, the space between the barrel of the burner device and the removable burner embrasure is filled with refractory material - silica cord filled with type SHKN (X) -1-22 or other materials with a fire resistance of at least 1000º C.
Delivery of the boiler FOX-2.5-115GM (KV-GM-2-115) is possible in a gas-tight version for operation under overpressure or on a balanced draft, depending on the type of burner and the design of the boiler house.
To install the boiler, the packaging parts are first removed from the convection unit and the frames are joined according to the installation drawing. Simultaneously with the installation of bypass pipes, the blocks are docked with the installation of a lens compensator for thermal movements of the boiler. After installing the compensator and ensuring the gas tightness of the block junction circuit, thermal insulation. Install the inlet - outlet collectors of the coolant. Next, you should install the necessary direct-acting devices and automation sensors, mount air vent lines and pressure discharge pipelines.
Steel hot water boiler KVA-2.5 LZH/G (KVGM-2.5) for operation on liquid and gaseous fuel, with a thermal power of 2.5 MW, produced by Energomash (Barnaul), is intended for heating and hot water supply of industrial and housing and communal facilities. This boiler works in open and closed systems heating with forced water circulation. The boiler is a welded gas-tight monoblock consisting of furnace and convection parts. The furnace is completely shielded. The location of the convective part is upper, with two flue gas passes. The boiler block is thermally insulated with basalt mats and lined with steel sheet. The hull has hatches for inspection and cleaning. convective surfaces heating. At the front of the unit there is a hinged loophole for mounting the burner, which is also a manhole into the furnace space of the boiler. The following fuels can be used as fuel for the operation of the boiler unit (when an appropriate burner is installed): gas, fuel oil, diesel fuel, oil, waste oils.
Thanks to the fan and smoke exhauster, KVA-2.5 (KVGM-2.5) works with balanced draft. It is installed as the main source of heating in residential and industrial heating boilers, where it works with a constant flow of water. KVA-2.5 operates with a working pressure of up to 6.0 MPa with a coolant temperature at the boiler outlet of 95°C. At the front of the combustion block there is a manhole on which the burner is mounted, which allows servicing the burner without dismantling the boiler. The fuel for these units is liquefied gas, oil, diesel fuel, fuel oil.
