Russian academy of natural sciences (rayon): address, phone, reviews. members of the Academy of Natural Sciences of the Russian Federation

Public Russian Academy Natural Sciences was established in Moscow in August 1990. The abbreviation RANS has been adopted for the abbreviated name of the organization. Its address can be found in the article below. At the moment, the academy consists of 24 central sections, more than 100 thematic and regional departments, united in eight blocks of scientific centers.

Compared to the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences is characterized by easier promotion scientific works(there is its own register of discoveries, which are confirmed by their own diplomas). Under institutions, scientists often have to work, faced with problems in official science. RANS is also actively used to develop alternative directions that are not officially recognized by the world community. In particular, they include alternative medicine.

Charter

According to the Charter, the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences (RANS) is a creative scientific association of scientists in the humanities and natural scientists, designed to serve the development of science, culture and education.

The coat of arms of the organization contains a portrait of Vernadsky V.I., a well-known Russian and Soviet scientist. academy Natural Federation has nothing to do with the Russian Academy of Sciences.

Founders, composition

  • A.M. Prokhorov, mathematician and physicist, creator of the laser, Nobel laureate;
  • IN AND. Gol'danskii, physicist and chemist, academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences;
  • D.S. Likhachev, philologist, academician;
  • A.L. Yanshin, geophysicist, academician, is the founder of the Siberian Branch of the Academy of Sciences;
  • G.N. Flerov, physicist, academician.

And also a number of scientific associations and societies, institutes, ministries and departments can be added to this list. The academy has up to 4 thousand members. Among them are Nobel laureates (21 people), members of the Russian Academy of Sciences (124 people), members of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences (30 people).

Powers

In accordance with Russian legislation and in accordance with the Charter of the organization, the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences takes part in the coordination of scientific and scientific and technical research. The state may, on a voluntary basis, involve scientists in conducting examinations and preparing draft decisions. In addition, on the basis of competitions, they are involved in the development of scientific and scientific-technical projects and programs that are financed from the federal budget.

Story

The first and its organizer (1990-1992) was a prominent Soviet scientist, geochemist and mineralogist D.A. Mineev. In 1997, an Armenian branch was organized. In 2002, the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences received the authority of a non-governmental organization that has consultative status with the UN ECOSOC. This status provided access to UN documentation and participation in ECOSOC consultations and conferences. But its receipt did not imply the inclusion of the academy in the UN system. The members of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences and the organization itself have not acquired the rights to any immunities or privileges. In 2003, the list of members of the Academy was up to 4 thousand people. In the same year, in the building of Moscow University. M.V. Lomonosov held a general meeting of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. In 2010, its participants were received by the Column Hall of the House of the Unions.

The Russian Academy of Natural Sciences includes an autonomous non-profit organization "Research Institute of Atherosclerosis of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences", which at one time was severely criticized in a letter to the President of the Russian Federation D.A. Medvedev, signed by 540 scientists.

The main printed organ of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences was the Bulletin of the Russian Academy of Sciences. This publication is included in the list of VAK journals under No. 107. It is registered with the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Television and Radio Broadcasting, Press and Mass Media. Since 2001, the publication has been published four times a year. Its circulation is 1 thousand copies.

European Academy

EAEN Natural Sciences) is one of the projects of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. The public organization, established in 2002 in Hannover (Germany), has about 35 branches, including in the Russian Federation.

Every year, EAEN holds Euro-ECO and Euromedica conferences, in the words of their opponents, "positioned as scientific." They usually include 2 days of scientific presentations and a 3-day tourist bus ride. In addition, the organization is engaged in publishing activities, it issues patents and diplomas. A significant part of the EAEN staff is mercilessly criticized by various authoritative scientific organizations, in particular the Russian Academy of Sciences. They are classified as representatives of non-academic areas. Most of them are members of the RANS.

The President of the European Academy is Professor Tyminsky V.G., Doctor of Philosophy, Candidate of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences, one of the organizers and co-founders of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. The Vice-President for Germany is Prof. H. Hahn, Director of the Institute of Immunology (Berlin). He also acts as the president of the medical society named after R. Koch. The vice-president for the CIS is R. G. Melik-Ogandzhanyan, professor, deputy editor of the IANPO magazine "Alternative Medicine", president of the Armenian branch of the academy.

Criticism

The Academy of Natural Sciences of the Federation (RANS) is subjected to merciless criticism from a number of academicians and members of the RAS. So, Yu.N. Efremov, Yu.S. Osipov, V.L. Ginzburg believe that among the members of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences there are people with insufficient education, who are far from science and who do not have officially recognized jobs. For example, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Kruglyakov E.P. it is stated that the Academy of Natural Sciences of the Russian Federation, "in addition to truly respected and honored scientists," contains "rogues" in its composition.

Academician and President of the Russian Academy of Sciences Osipov Yu.S. noted that some time ago, the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences suggested that “its members”, who are members of “dubious academies”, leave them. But this call was ignored by many.

V.L. Ginzburg, academician and Nobel laureate, believed that the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences is "pseudoscience in its incarnation". The prominent scientist believed that those “who are not honored to be elected to the RAS” go to this “voluntary organization”.

RANS has also been criticized for instances where memberships are sold without a proper background check.

As a result of the ease with which titles are awarded in the RANS, a chain reaction of reproduction of "Academies" has arisen, scientists note. So, in 2005, the Academy of Fundamental Sciences of Organisms was organized, most the participants of which are academicians of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. The institution announced the creation of a "new fundamental science”- organismics, which establishes the basic principle of constructing world objects and revises such modern key concepts as “matter”, “energy”, “mass”. Given science gives them new meaning and provides new opportunities.

In the scientific world, it is believed that the efforts of members of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences are discrediting the very title of "academician".

Scandals

Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Velikhov E.P. the proposal to run for the RANS was rejected. They were given the condition that the academy should officially answer the question: does it consider it acceptable to support scientists trying to extract energy from a vacuum? According to Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences E.P. Kruglyakov, the question was not honored with an answer.

In 2006, the vice-president of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences Lagutkin A.V. was presented to Kadyrov R.A. (Deputy Prime Minister, and later the President of the Chechen Republic) a diploma of an honorary member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. For congratulations on being awarded the title of “Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences”, the scientist personally arrived in the city of Gudermes. In addition, the event was marked by the presentation of a commemorative silver badge to Kadyrov. In an interview with ESQUIRE magazine, Academician Ginzburg V.L. (now deceased) commented on the event, calling it "sad and funny".

Academician Kapitsa S.P. in a speech on Echo of Moscow, he also gave his comments, saying that he personally actively objected to the acceptance of R.A. Kadyrov. in RAN. He also said that, as far as he knows, this decision was made under great pressure.

In 2006, the medal of the Academy "For outstanding scientific achievements in the field of noospheric technologies” was awarded to the infamous charlatan Levashov N.V.

Russian Academy of Natural Sciences: reviews

A number of authoritative sources emphasize that there are huge differences between the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences and the Russian Academy of Sciences. They stipulate that with the similarity of the name, the difference between organizations may seem insignificant to some only at first glance. In fact, it is fundamental - this is the difference between public and scientific organizations.

On the Web, the “pseudo-scientific”, according to users, ideas of some members of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences are sharply ridiculed:

  • Creation of the first torsion installation on a commercial basis (A. A. Akimov, G. I. Shipov).
  • Creation of the "occult" theory of the wave genome (P.P. Garyaev). Users who consider themselves involved in true science reproach its author for esoteric studies - he allegedly “eats up” in the field of healing.
  • Attempts to resurrect the dead (Grabovoi G.P.). The "scientist" is also known for being convicted of fraud and sentenced to imprisonment (8 years).
  • Attempts to claim that the inhabitants of the North American continent knew Russian 80 thousand years ago colloquial and writing (Chudinov V.A.). The author of the idea managed to read the Russian inscriptions on the Moon, on the bottom of the ocean, on the Sun, on Mars, and even on the death mask of the great Pushkin. "Researcher", according to reviews, actively travels around with tours of universities and academies.
  • Attempts to create a panacea for all kinds of cancer (Kutushov M.V.).
  • Creation of an information-energetic teaching that allows mass miracle healing using portraits of a healer (Konovalov S.S.).
  • Creation of a pseudo-scientific astrological system of "structural horoscope", the assertion that astrology is a science (Kvasha G.S.).

There are statements on the Web that it is very easy to get the title of academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, therefore, among its members, according to the authors of the reviews, in in large numbers there are "obscurantists" who were not allowed into the RAS. In fairness, the authors of the reviews nevertheless specify that “decent scientists” are also members of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. But mostly those who “do not hesitate to relate to any near-scientific get-together” join the organization. RAEN - "this is a diagnosis", some users claim, and for a reputation in scientific world, in their opinion, it is better to "go to the janitors, wave a broom or collect bottles" than to enroll in the academicians of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.

According to the authors of the reviews, some honorary members of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences do not even suspect that they are members of this organization. They were introduced into the composition in absentia for advertising. The bad thing, some users believe, is that the majority of the population of the Russian Federation does not understand "all these academies." The RANS is often perceived as a decent scientific organization. Or in general, many confuse it with the RAS. Unfortunately, users write, this reduces the value of real science in the eyes of compatriots and undermines the authority of its representatives. Some netizens believe that the very existence of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences scandalizes Russian society. Many are opposed to calling this organization an academy, and its members enjoying the status of academicians, as this misleads people.

Their opponents object that it is world practice. Scientists have a right to this. And if in Russia they are not yet accustomed to this, this is not a reason to deny the right to be considered academicians to members of public academies of sciences. Many people emphasize that the RANS is not recognized as a pseudoscientific organization. The fact that the RAS recognized as pseudoscientific the works of some members of the scandalous academy is not a reason to consider the entire organization as pseudoscientific. The RANS, the authors of the reviews note, consists of academicians of the Russian Academy of Sciences, as well as other branch state academies. This must be taken into account.

Russian Academy of Natural Sciences: address

Many people ask for the coordinates of the organization on the Web. For those who are interested in where the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences is located, the contacts of the institution:

  • address: Moscow, st. Warsaw highway, house 8.
  • Opening hours: weekdays from 10.00 to 18.00.

For those wishing to contact the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences (Russian Academy of Natural Sciences), organization phone: + 74959542611 (+74959547305).

Why are more and more people afraid of GMOs, catching aliens, ordering astrological forecasts, are treated with homeopathy and drink well-structured water? Because quackery is simpler and more attractive than science, and its sellers know how to work well together. They settled down especially comfortably in an organization with a seemingly serious name - the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. Put on your tinfoil hat and enjoy!

“The Russian Academy of Natural Sciences is a complete fake, it is a voluntary organization, where those who were not chosen by the Russian Academy of Sciences or other real academies go” Academician V. L. Ginzburg

Scientists tear the remnants of hair from the tops, talking about the collapse Russian education on all fronts, from schools to universities. The late V. L. Ginzburg said that science in our country is slowly turning into a profanation, because presumptuous ignoramuses breed presumptuous ignoramuses, and the scientific community has let go of the control over the conscientiousness of research and scientific work. Individual desperate citizens are still trying to somehow fight plagiarism - remember, for example, the wonderful free network community Dissernet, which hunts officials with stolen dissertations. But in the fight against charlatanism, volunteers are powerless.

No one can forbid a person to sincerely believe that a well-trodden frog can cause rain. There is no law (and thank God!) that prevents you from telling about the fact that Alexander the Great was an Udmurt by his mother, and even from writing books about it. At all times, charlatans and "mentally ill for science" citizens fought in one way - they were not allowed into a decent scientific company. I mean, you have the right to create a great theory of a flat earth resting on giant shrimp, but in the Royal Society of London there is a big, big broom with a tag "For misunderstood geniuses" right at the door. And you can bypass this broom only by providing convincing evidence that your work is not nonsense on vegetable oil. In other words, all this boring stuff is necessary: scientific method, confirmed data, experimental base and other tyagomotina.

Therefore, the broom's chosen ones tend to create their own hobby groups - with their own blackjack and diplomas. If adult boys do not want to hang out with the discoverers of torsion fields, we will create our own research institute, our own fund of ufologists, our own bureau of alternative biology! Even better and prettier!

Usually, all these almshouses drag out a miserable existence - ignored by both society and business, politicians, and grant givers. The poor people feed mainly on the tabloid press, which likes to do interviews with them about killer tomatoes, Martian pirates and Jewish conspiracies.

In Russia, however, things are somewhat different. Our charlatans live much more freely: they are often accepted by the authorities, the media and society better than real scientists. And the RAN played a significant role in this. It is also the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, which has long and tenderly taken under its wing the most odious representatives of the world of parallel (and sometimes completely perpendicular) science.

“It is a pity that a good deed, started by worthy people, in a couple of decades has come to the point that the words “Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences” on business card looks like a confession of quackery or incompetence” M. S. Gelfand, Professor of the Faculty of Bioengineering

You should not think that the RANS was specially founded as a haven for crooks. Not at all. On the contrary, the goals were the most noble. By the end of perestroika, the Academy of Sciences of the USSR was a gigantic organization with huge property stupidly used, a structure riddled with bureaucracy and, to be honest, rather stagnant and mossy. Ancient academicians in the breaks between resuscitation and enemas angrily pressed fresh ideas youth, and the youth of sixty rebelled.

In 1990, a group of scientists decided to give up on the USSR Academy of Sciences and create a new academy. It was supposed to present those branches and directions that were ignored in the old academy for various reasons. It would not depend on the party and the government, and on the state in general, but would flourish magnificently and freely on its own. Among the founders of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences there were many extremely decent people. Academician (real) Likhachev, for example. The remarkable geochemist Dmitry Mineev became the first president. The people in the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences poured in, since it was not necessary to leave other organizations to participate in it, and besides, it is always nice to receive the honorary title of academician. The hospitable doors of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences were opened to virtually everyone. The secretaries did not have time to print documents on the formation of new sections, including non-traditional ones. Today, the RANS includes such excellent sections as the section of noospheric education, humanities and creativity, intersectoral environmental and economic system research, etc.

Many became honorary academicians of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences famous people who, having unexpectedly received a diploma with a million congratulations, did not find the strength to resist this beautiful sign of attention and, shrugging their shoulders, hung a framed piece of paper between others in their office. Here is Kapitsa, and President Gorbachev, and the clown Kuklachev, and the famous American economist, laureate Nobel Prize Milton Friedman...

Others had to pay for the honorary title of academicians and other close associates. But what can you not do for the sake of being in a glorious cohort with Gorbachev and Friedman next door? Twenty thousand rubles - an entrance fee for the title of corresponding member of the academy - and not expensive at all. Well, a recommendation-nomination is required, but any research institute and any creative union will do for this.

It is not surprising that swindlers, charlatans and lunatics of all stripes poured here in an avalanche, a considerable part of which the harsh filter of the academy recognized as fit for use. Having met each other, they converged in ecstasy, creating a powerful mutual responsibility for all their unconventional inventions and breakthroughs that exceed human understanding.

Breakthroughs and discoveries

It is worth, perhaps, to get acquainted with some of the great projects being developed under the auspices of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.

New chronology

One of the most famous academicians of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences is, of course, Anatoly Fomenko. By the way, he is also an academician of the present, state academy(RAS), but they agree to deal with him exclusively as a mathematician, which he is. But they try not to mention the fact that Anatoly Timofeevich is also a historian. But in the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, the great historical discoveries of Fomenko went with a bang. Thanks to him, humanity has learned that The World History is a fiction invented by European pranksters. In fact, Christ and Moses lived around the 10th-12th century, China is no more than a thousand years old, there were no ancient Greeks, because they were invented in the 18th century. This wonderful chronology pleased many patriots, who were always offended that Russia was somehow suspiciously absent from the world historical map almost until the 16th century, and now, when it turned out that the vile Chinese and Europeans simply forged their history, everything fell into place. To date, Fomenko and his associates have published more than 90 books on the "new chronology". Almost all of them came out in Russia. In Europe, where there is a habit of keeping documents and parish books for centuries and millennia, such ideas look quite amazing. It is in a country whose favorite hobby is the destruction of archives that the "new chronology" has at least some chance of being understood.

Wave genome theory

Doctor of Biology Petr Garyaev, academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, can often be seen on TV. True, he received his doctorate in one non-state sharashka office, but these are trifles. Most of all, Mr. Garyaev became famous for his theory of the wave genome. According to Garyaev, in the beginning was the Word - and so it is written in the Bible. And this Word is a wave that still sounds in the DNA of all living beings. All genetic information exists in the form of this wave. Thanks to it, DNA can hear our conversations, take into account our wishes and also contact with all sorts of lasers with which you can reprogram our body - according to the method of the academician. After reprogramming, organs rejuvenate and diseases disappear (and if a person does die, then for another forty days he will exist in the form of a wave phantom supported by his DNA information). The academician also knows how to contact office equipment at the DNA level - for example, with his printer, which refuses to print his texts if they contain inaccuracies, and puts question marks in incomprehensible places. Other down-to-earth scientists characterize Garyaev's work as complete nonsense, containing many errors even in formulas, references and terminology, not to mention their content. But this does not prevent the doctor from regularly explaining to the viewers of Channel One how to exterminate cancer at home with prayer and a laser. The academician also periodically uses real scientists, inserting their names into his works and claiming that they are his ardent supporters. Some scientists, caring about their reputation, are forced to come up with denials, while others either do not know about their support for the wave genome, or prefer not to mess with a person who is clearly unhealthy.

archeonics

Doctor of Philosophy Valery Chudinov, head of the Institute of Ancient Slavic and Ancient Eurasian Civilization at the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, disagrees with Anatoly Fomenko. He claims that civilization has existed for at least two million years. And this is Slavic, Vedic civilization. All the languages of the world are descended from Russian, which was once written in runes, which Dr. Chudinov was able to decipher. Everyone else thinks that these are just scratches on the pyramids, stains on boulders and crevices on ancient figurines, but in fact these are our primordial runes. Our ancestors celebrated Christmas time, built temples, revered the goddess Mokosh and brought the light of civilization to the savages, who in hundreds of thousands of years would become the ancient Egyptians and other Mesopotamians, and even then there was no talk of the Greeks. For the most part, the ancestors scratched on the stones all sorts of swearing (IBI HVUI KUSA VULVA, etc.), because these were the prayers of Mokosh, a great lover of reproduction in all forms. In addition, runic Slavic inscriptions were discovered by Chudinov on the skins of living animals, on old portraits, and even on the Sun, Moon and Mars. “If in March there were processes on the Sun related to the optimization of physical conditions in solar system(the words IRIY, PARADISE OF THE KIND, PARADISE OF YAR), now the word RUSS comes to the fore - therefore, the optimization of conditions for the supporters of Yar, the Aryans, as well as all the inhabitants of Russia, especially Russians ”(V. Chudinov). Well, it’s good that at least a vulva with a vulva has not yet been found in the Sun.

Ophthalmogeometry

Colleagues at work assure that as an ophthalmologist-surgeon Ernst Muldashev is a genius. And he deservedly takes the place of the head of the Eye Microsurgery Center in Ufa. And as for everything else... um... Well, you know, a person can have his own twists. The twists of Ernst Rifgatovich, however, were highly appreciated in the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, which is proud of the unique discoveries of its academician. Muldashev created the theory of ophthalmogeometry - measurements of human eyes in order to study the origin of homo sapiens. The most correct eyes, according to the ophthalmologist, are those of the inhabitants of Tibet, which means that it was there that people were born. Having traveled through the Himalayas, Muldashev found out that our ancestors - the Atlanteans and Lemurians - were three-eyed. (Where we, their miserable descendants, have put our third eye is not explained in detail, but, of course, our vices are to blame for everything.) Now both the Atlanteans and the Lemurians peacefully doze in the Himalayan caves in a state of suspended animation. Higher power they save them in case the earthly civilization destroys itself - then these canned food with a valuable gene pool will come in handy. And along the way, Ernst Rifgatovich found in the Himalayas also the entrance to the country of the gods of Shambhala, but these are already trifles.

Conceptual foundations of ufology

Vladimir Georgievich Azhazha has been an academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences for 15 years already - as a revered catcher of aliens. According to Ajaja, aliens are hiding on the far side of the moon and poking us non-stop to their base. Every tenth earthling took part in their experiments in one way or another, but no one remembers anything, because these bastards have learned to erase memory perfectly. And not only from the kidnapped, but sometimes from members of his family, if there is a risk that they will ask too persistently where this daddy was wandering for three days. But, of course, the aliens do not try to wipe themselves completely - they simply do not know that on Earth there are powerful intellects of the level of Vladimir Azhazhi, who study any anomalies in the sea and on land and create a picture piece by piece. And the picture is terrible. It is already clear that aliens are doing something with our genetic code (although what exactly is unknown). They also affect our plants and animals - they cut out, for example, the kidneys of horses and burn patterns in corn fields. It is good that there is Vladimir Azhazha in the world with associates who do not leave us in trouble. In the preface to the book "UFO. Reality and impact” they write like this: “We want to contribute to the huge and good cause of preserving the human race, which exists serenely under the cap of the civilizational system of Other than human Mind.”

In addition to ufological research, Vladimir Azhazha likes to lie a little more about his regalia. He unpretentiously appointed himself a laureate of the UN Prize and promoted himself to a Ph.D., ignoring any tactless attempts to find out why those who should have assigned them are completely unaware of these titles and awards.

Use of torsion fields

By itself, the term "torsion field" is not criminal at all. This is the name of a hypothetical physical field resulting from the torsion of space. The existence or presence of such a field is not something that has not been proven, but, as it were, is not very interesting yet, because if it does exist, then we do not see any consequences of its existence - at least with the modern level of sensitivity of the equipment. In general, this concept refers to such a jungle of theoretical physics that only a very, very limited number of scientists can really understand the issue.

But it is unrealistic to understand the issue, there were a lot of lovers. Since no one really knows anything about these fields anyway, it's time to plow them properly. Today, numerous salesmen roam the provincial apartments, selling radiculitis removers and potency-improving drugs that work on torsion fields to pensioners.

There is no rest from these fields: they are accused of oncological diseases, with their help they make perpetual motion machines and grow cabbage, people sew metallized hats to protect against torsion fields, revive the dead with fields and structure water.

But we must not forget the pioneers, one might say, the forerunners of modern traders in torsion fields. Gennady Shipov and Anatoly Akimov, both glorious members of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, back in the 80s drove the State Committee of the USSR Council of Ministers on Science and Technology crazy with them, promising the party and government the latest psychotronic weapon - a psionic death ray that works on torsion fields. And after all, the guys managed even then to get funds for this business! And only later, when it was possible to completely ignore the evil critics from the Russian Academy of Sciences, the torsion shop turned around with might and main. Today, researchers of torsion fields are carefully sponsored by the state, and the mysterious units assembled by them are sent for testing into space at the expense of taxpayers. So, in 2010, the “torsion engine”, called “Gravitsap”, was placed on the Yubileiny satellite in order to test it in orbit. And in vain all sorts of commissions for the fight against pseudoscience languidly shout "guard!" Since they themselves do not really know anything about torsion fields, what can they explain to the military and officials? But the torsion workers tell in detail what huge incomes their nanomotors in torsion fields will very soon bring, how they will sprout spring crops and increase milk yields ...

Because only another charlatan can really fight a charlatan. Or, at least, a person not bound hand and foot by knowledge, common sense and conscience.

Good traditions

One might get the feeling that we are mourning the loss of Soviet science. No, of course we mourn. But not much. The fact is that everything that happens now comes from that era. The Strugatskys did not take their professor Vibegallo out of thin air: even then there were enough militant charlatans who tenderly wrapped the fluffy tail of demagogy and stupidity around the authorities. Tens of thousands of mediocrity scribbled dull dissertations in the style of "The work of Soviet akyns of the Western Urals in the light of the tasks put forward by the XXIII Party Congress." Most scientific journals part of the pages ahead of time was assigned to patriotic rubbish with zero significance. "Bourgeois girls" - genetics and cybernetics were smashed long before the appearance of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. They fought against cosmopolitanism, exposed doctors. Directives were sent to state farms to plant corn, chumiza and Sosnovsky's hogweed instead of the usual crops, because one party leader really liked the arguments of one party botanist about the usefulness of these measures.

And not every charlatan could then be reasoned with, everything depended very much on the connections of this charlatan at the top.

Today's RANS is also firmly on its feet, primarily due to the fact that high officials, right party members and prominent businessmen are especially eager to be invited there. No, this audience is not looking for needles on the Sun and does not spin torsion fields - it just loves diplomas, titles and titles. Collectors because. And now there are so many of these collectors that cautious people prefer not to criticize the RANS.

Yourself is more expensive. What about science? What's the science here...

Base

It was established in 1990 as a counterbalance to the State Academy of Sciences of the USSR (now the State Academy of Sciences) in response to bureaucracy and cerebral phimosis. This ambiguous act was incredibly bold at that time, for which the founder of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, a seemingly normal mineralogist Dmitry Andreevich Mineev and his fellow stone researchers are worthy of respect. They just wanted to create a normal get-together for lovers of pebbles, but that's how it turned out ...

After about a year, the party of overgrown stone lovers turned into a habitat for seasoned freaks. Naturally, the place turned out to be with blackjack and hookers. The transformation of the club of interests into a hangout for addictions took place under the strict guidance of Vladimir Georgievich Tyminsky, to whom the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences is still grateful for "the creation of many non-traditional sections and departments, which determined the modern look of the Academy."

How to get to RAN

In fairness, it must be said that decent scientists, even academicians of the Russian Academy of Sciences, are also registered in the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. Also, a certain number of corresponding members of the Russian Academy of Sciences, especially humanitarians, who do not hesitate to be in any near-scientific get-together, even if it is the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, joined the RANS.

Any student knows for sure how twice two makes four, that the RANS is a diagnosis, and that for a reputation in the scientific world it is better to go to the janitors, wave a broom or collect bottles than to enroll in such "RANS academics". In the parallel world, there is a special concept of "zapadlo" for this.

If you get acquainted with the personnel of the RANS, there will be a bunch Nobel laureates(I was especially touched by the membership in the Natural Science Academy of Milton Friedman and Wassily Leontiev, who received Nobel Prizes in Economics - frankly not natural science, and, of course, Gorbachev with his peace prize) who do not know about their membership in this organization (they were “made happy” with honorary membership in the RANS, including without their consent), but RANS needs them as advertising.

The bad situation is added by the fact that the vast majority of the population of this country almost does not understand all these faculties and faculties at all and therefore often perceives the RANS as a decent scientific organization with good goals. And even generally confuses with the Russian Academy of Sciences, which, incidentally, is not strange. This, in turn, makes it easier for all petrikas and hornbeams to be duped and nailed to death, and at the same time reduces the value of real science and its representatives in the eyes of the same gullible citizens. The result is obvious: a diploma of higher education has become just a piece of paper at the level of a school certificate. The main thing is to get it. How - it doesn't matter.

If you consider yourself smart, but barely graduated from school, if your ideas are capable of creating mega-scientific revolutions, or if you invented a perpetual motion machine, if you are an unrecognized great scientist, or there is the author of the Grubber, you have a direct road to the RAEN faculty. You can also get into the faculty of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences if you are an official, but at least former terrorist, who distinguished himself in such an intellectual field as politics.

RANS members

The list of RANS members includes such bright personalities, as:

  1. Akimov Anatoly Evgenievich- the discoverer of torsion fields and the creator of the first commercial torsion installation.
  2. Shipov Gennady Ivanovich- co-author of the theory of torsion fields and colleague of A.A. Akimov.
  3. Garyaev Petr Petrovich- colleague of Muldashev and Grabovoi. Founding father of an occult theory he calls the Wave Genome Theory. Actively "eats up" in the field of healing. It is widely represented on almost all TV channels in esoteric and kakbe "scientific" programs.
  4. Grabovoi Grigory Petrovich- resurrected the dead, and sometimes the dead own death. There is no exact data on the number of resurrected. Sentenced to 8 years in prison under article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "fraud".
  5. Azhazha Vladimir Georgievich- catches lizards. There is no exact data on the number of caught. But the people are calmer - they do not break the brain "there are green men or not." Azhazha reassured - "there is, but they are hiding."
  6. Fomenko Anatoly Timofeevich- author of Truly Faithful historical chronology. How about Orwell: "Who owns the past - owns the future"?
  7. Chudinov Valery Alekseevich- a leading linguist in some (he invented) ancient Russian writing. Claims that the inhabitants of the North American continent spoke and, of course, wrote in Russian 80,000 years ago. I read Russian inscriptions on the bottom of the ocean, on the Moon, on Mars, on the Sun, on the death mask of A. S. Pushkin. With these bikes he tours the universities and academies of this country, he is incredibly enchanting in his performances. Jeff Peters and Andy Tucker rolled into one. But without gangster brutality.
  8. Shaposhnikova Ludmila Vasilievna- leader of the Roerich sect. By the way, the logos of the sect of the Roerichs and the Master Bank caught on cashing out differ in one short dash. Roerich Museum, Master Bank
  9. Kutushov Mikhail Vladimirovich- the creator of a panacea with a super-cloudy name for all kinds of oncology.
  10. Petrik Victor Ivanovich- the inventor of nanofilters for water, together with Gryzlov, was a goer for fraud, he puts the accumulated experience into practice. He started a zhezheshechku, hoping for the support of society. Support Petrik!
  11. Konovalov Sergey Sergeevich- doctor of medical sciences, a newly-minted messiah, the creator of the information-energy doctrine, who unrestrictedly conducts mass sessions of miracle healing with fap on portraits of his beloved in St. Petersburg and not only.
  12. Bolshakov Boris Evgenievich- "Sustainable development: universal principle synthesis of natural, technical and social knowledge...”
  13. Borozdin Eduard Konstantinovich- “A person is potentially capable of developing seven bodies corresponding to seven information levels, and communication with these levels, in our modern understanding, is carried out with the help of energy centers- chakra ... "
  14. Volchenko Vladimir Nikitovich- fully accepts the consistency for scientific thinking of the hypothesis of the "subtle" world and "God the Creator".

In the spring of this year, General Meeting there will be another admission to the Russian Academy of Sciences (a "large" academy - this is how it is called in everyday life "the highest scientific institution of Russia"; the wording is from the Charter of the Russian Academy of Sciences). The procedure is dreary, taking mega- and even gigajoules of physical and moral energy from applicants for the title of full members of the RAS (academicians) and corresponding members.

Nevertheless, the game is worth the candle. Academic status is, in addition to unconditional responsibility, also quite tangible and pleasant benefits. Since January 1, 2003, the Government of the Russian Federation increased by 5 times the salaries for the titles of full members and corresponding members of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

The salary for the title of academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences is now 20 thousand rubles, and the salary for the title of corresponding member is 10 thousand rubles.

However, "academic" profits can be obtained without the expenditure of nervous energy.

According to the data provided to us by the Center for Scientific and Legal Information of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, today in Russia there are 81 officially registered (in addition to six official state academies) public organizations that have the words "academy of sciences" in their names.

It is clear that the "great" academicians seem to be intolerant of "social activists". But, what is characteristic, at the same time, many of the "big" condescendingly allow themselves to be included in the composition of public academies. Thus, among the full members of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences (RANS), more than 100 are academicians of the "big" academy.

But Vladimir Trainev, president of the International Association of Non-State Academies of Sciences (MANAN), emphasizes: “We often violate the existing system of conferring academic titles. There is even a kind of competition between individual academies in conferring academic titles on heads of the government and its departments, ministers, etc. Some of them have 7-10 diplomas of academicians from various public academies, and of course, this to a certain extent discredits and devalues the very academic title."

Of course, it would be unfair to treat all public academies with the same brush. According to the president of MANAN, Vladimir Trainev, "only a small number of public academies registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation meet the requirements for academies of sciences, although they function not only as public organizations, but are also called "Academy". Of these, only about 18 correspond to it. The rest are essentially industry associations."

This conditional "Top-20" undoubtedly includes, for example, the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. According to Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, President of the Russian Research Center "Kurchatov Institute" Yevgeny Velikhov, the department of geophysics in the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences is stronger than in the Russian Academy of Sciences.

And yet, the example of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences is rather an exception to the rule.

One of the authors of this article, in the process of preparing it for publication, almost became a full member of the New York Academy of Sciences himself. Everything is very simple: you fill out a standard form on the website of the academy, send it, wait for confirmation and details to which you need to transfer a certain amount (prices are in the table). Then all you have to do is wait for the diploma to be sent to you.

But if the "academic crusts" from the New York Academy of Sciences can only amuse self-esteem and become a funny element of office decor, then the situation is much more serious with the academic titles of Russian public academies.

Back in 1999, Deputy Minister of General and vocational education Russian Federation, a member of the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC) Valery Kozlov noted: "Some of these academies united into the International Association of Non-State Academies of Sciences and organized their own, as it were parallel system certification of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers. They have their own dissertation councils, which, as I understand it, are held on a paid basis and according to simplified rules ... Persons who have received non-state diplomas of candidates, doctors of sciences, the titles of professors and academicians begin to apply for benefits that are provided for holders of state documents . Now it's becoming a mass phenomenon."

Chairman of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education, Vice-President of the Russian Academy of Sciences Gennady Mesyats claims that the owners of fake "crusts" often pass them off as state diplomas - according to him, regional universities bombard the commission with questions about whether it is possible to recognize diplomas of candidates and doctors of sciences issued by public academies.

However, Vladimir Trainev dismisses these accusations. "We have a Higher International Expert Commission for the approval of academic degrees and titles, which has nothing to do with the state HACs of the CIS countries, because it approves the degrees and titles awarded by the academic councils of public academies of sciences (this degree is international, not state)."

What kind these "degrees" might be can be illustrated by one example. Eduard Evreinov, First Vice-President of the International Informatization Academy, was awarded the title of "World Elder in the field of distributed information processing".

Scientists are tearing the remnants of hair from the tops, talking about the collapse of Russian education on all fronts, from schools to universities. The late V.

In other words, all this boring stuff is needed: a scientific method, confirmed data, an experimental base and other tedium.

« The Russian Academy of Natural Sciences is a complete fake, it is a voluntary organization where those who were not elected to the Russian Academy of Sciences or other real academies go » Academician V. L. Ginzburg

History of creation

You should not think that the RANS was specially founded as a haven for crooks. Not at all. On the contrary, the goals were the most noble. By the end of perestroika, the Academy of Sciences of the USSR was a gigantic organization with huge property stupidly used, a structure riddled with bureaucracy and, to be honest, rather stagnant and mossy. The ancient academics, in between resuscitation and enemas, viciously crushed the fresh ideas of the youth, and the sixty-year-old youth rebelled.

« It is a pity that a good deed, started by worthy people, in a couple of decades has come to the point that the words “RAENAcademician” on a business card or in an article look like a confession of quackery or incompetence » M. S. Gelfand, Professor, Faculty of Bioengineering and Bioinformatics, Moscow State University

Today, the RANS includes such excellent sections as the section of noospheric education, the humanities and creativity, intersectoral environmental and economic systems research, etc.

Many famous people became honorary academicians of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, who, having unexpectedly received a diploma with a million congratulations, did not find the strength to resist this beautiful sign of attention and, shrugging their shoulders, hung a piece of paper in a frame between others in their office. Here is Kapitsa, and President Gorbachev, and the clown Kuklachev, and the famous American economist, Nobel Prize winner Milton Friedman...

It is worth, perhaps, to get acquainted with some of the great projects being developed under the auspices of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.

Breakthroughs and discoveries

New chronology

One of the most famous academicians of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences is, of course, Anatoly Fomenko. By the way, he is also an academician of a real, state academy (RAS), but they agree to deal with him only as a mathematician, which he is. But they try not to mention the fact that Anatoly Timofeevich is also a historian. But in the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, the great historical discoveries of Fomenko went with a bang. Thanks to him, mankind learned that world history is a fiction invented by European pranksters. In fact, Christ and Moses lived around the 10th-12th century, China is no more than a thousand years old, there were no ancient Greeks, because they were invented in the 18th century. This wonderful chronology appealed to many patriots who were always offended that Russia was somehow suspiciously absent from the world historical map almost until the 16th century, and now, when it turned out that the vile Chinese and Europeans simply forged their history, everything has become into place.

“If in March there were processes on the Sun related to the optimization of physical conditions in the solar system (the words IRIY, PARADISE ROD, PARADISE YAR), now the word RUSS comes to the fore - therefore, the optimization of conditions for the supporters of Yar, the Aryans, as well as all inhabitants of Russia, primarily Russians ”(V.

Higher forces save them in case the earthly civilization destroys itself - then these canned food with a valuable gene pool will come in handy.

« This academy is notorious for the fact that, in addition to truly honored and respected scientists, there are rogues in it. » Academician E. P. Kruglyakov

Or, at least, a person who is not bound hand and foot by knowledge, common sense and conscience.

Tens of thousands of mediocrity scribbled dull dissertations in the style of "The work of Soviet akyns of the Western Urals in the light of the tasks put forward by the XXIII Party Congress." In most scientific journals, part of the pages ahead of time was given to patriotic rubbish with zero significance.
