Which document is most often drawn up by any responsible construction worker? Of course, this is the general work log (GW), do not confuse it with the work production log.
In general, this document is the face of the construction project. It contains all the key records from the first days of construction until completion.
But despite this, young specialists often do not know how to formalize it correctly.
Usually, foremen and foremen at sites maintain only section 3, but there are many more sections - as many as 7, plus title pages, which are the most difficult to fill out. Let's start with them. But first I would like to recommend that you read RD 11-05-2007 - this is a guiding document for the design general journal works
A must read. There is also the KS-6 form, but in this article we will look at the RD sample.
First, we write down the number, since there can be several magazines, we number them in order. Next, we indicate the type of activity: construction, reconstruction or major repairs. The next step is the name of the object and its address.
It can be simpler - the developer is the one for whom the building permit is issued.
Here you must indicate the name of the developer's organization, the number and date of issue of the state certificate. registration (often not indicated, since few people pay attention to this), ORGN, TIN, postal details and telephone.
If the developer individual, then indicate your full name, passport details, place of residence and telephone number. Everything is according to the wording.
The next stage, similar to the developer, is registering the customer. It should be noted here that the concept of customer is absent in the Town Planning Code, there is only the concept of technical customer. This is indicated in Part 22 of Art. 1 GrK RF:
That is, instead of the customer, we indicate the technical customer, or the state. customer. But this is only if you have them. If not, then we do not document anything in these lines and tables.
And we format it as follows:
The next step is filling in the designer’s data. In the table itself we indicate representatives of the author's supervision. You can specify several representatives. We draw up the table if there is an author's supervision agreement. Since author’s supervision is not always required, we draw up the table only if author’s supervision is available.
We finally got around to completing the examination. project documentation. Here again you need to fill out if you have an examination. Do not pay attention to the fact that the screenshot indicates state expertise, it’s just that when RD 05/11/2007 was issued there was only the concept of state expertise. And at the moment, a project can undergo both state and non-state examination. If you want to find out more about this, then read article 49 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The next item is the data of the person carrying out the construction. Here everything is designed similarly, but due to changes Town Planning Code from July 1, 2017, as an authorized person carrying out construction, I advise you to indicate the chief engineer of the project (construction organization specialist), who is in the National Register of Specialists.
Also, as the second representative, indicate the responsible manufacturer of the work, since according to the requirements of clause 8 of RD 11-05-2007, the persons indicated on the title pages must keep records in the general work log. And section No. 3 will accordingly be led daily by the responsible work performer.
And here is an example of the design:
And now there are authorized representatives of the developer or customer on construction control issues and an authorized representative of the person carrying out the construction on construction control issues. According to Part 2 of Art. 53 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, construction control is carried out by the person carrying out the construction, but if construction or reconstruction is carried out on the basis of a contract (that is, the developer and the person carrying out the construction are different persons), then construction control must also be carried out by the developer or the technical customer.
Therefore, we format it as follows:
We are moving towards the end of the title page and the next stage is “other persons carrying out …”. This is data on subcontractors.
Next comes information about state construction supervision. Here, mostly specialists from state construction supervision make entries themselves. These records are made only in the case of state construction supervision in accordance with the requirements of Art. 54 Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The next point is general information about the capital construction project.
Next, indicate the start date. We do not have an end date yet. We also indicate how many pages. Before this, we number the sheets of the magazine, stitch it and secure it with the signature and seal of the organization developer.
If the developer is an individual face, then we confirm it only with a signature.
We also put the developer’s signature and seal on the title page in the indicated place.
That is why the general work log should always be kept by the developer and handed over to the contractor for completion.
Next comes the registration data of the state construction supervision body. In general, the general work log and all special logs are submitted with notification of the start of construction to the state construction supervision authorities for registration. This is only in cases where the implementation of the GOS is provided for in accordance with Art. 54 Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
There are times when authorized representatives change, or you simply have to make changes to the title pages. There is a special table for this at the end of the title page.
We are done with the design of the title pages.
In section No. 1, a list of engineering and technical personnel of the person carrying out construction is filled out in tabular form. Try to include everyone.
In the second section we indicate all the special journals that you keep in the process. You fill out this section as you create special journals.
The most basic section is section No. 3. How to fill it out correctly is indicated in clause 8.3 of RD 11-05-2007:
A small example of the design of section 3. This section must be completed daily.
In section 4, a representative of the developer or customer makes entries regarding construction control issues (technical supervision in the old fashioned way). Writes comments and sets deadlines for their elimination.
Section 5 is similar to the fourth, but only entries and comments are made by a representative of the person carrying out construction on issues of construction control.
The sixth section is very labor-intensive and dreary. Although few inspectors even look at this section.
And the last section No. 7. Representatives of state construction supervision make their notes here if necessary.
Well, that’s all, now you know how to fill out a general work log, and this site will always be a help for you.
P.s. Friends, I want to recommend you the program. This program is necessary to automate the management executive documentation. Order a free presentation right now!!!
Having received a decision from the Moscow Housing Inspectorate approval of redevelopment according to the project, the owner also becomes the owner of a small book entitled “repair magazine” construction work"(or "work production log").
Accidents and accidents are recorded on the “special notes” sheet if they occur. To be honest, we don’t know what to write there, since we haven’t had any accidents in our practice yet.
Sample work log:
And finally, in the “author’s supervision records” section, the compliance of the work performed with the developed project is noted. In case of absence designer's supervision This is done by the housing inspector. If violations are detected, the MZhI employee issues prescription correct them, which is noted in your construction work log.
The person responsible for the repair (foreman) or the foremen, if the work is carried out in shifts, must fill out the work log.
Upon completion, all completed sheets of the repair and construction work log are stamped and signed by representatives of the contractor and architectural supervision. When submitting the journal, the title page is stamped with the seal of the district branch of the Moscow Housing Inspectorate.
Attention! If it is necessary to fill out a work log, as well as draw up acts for hidden work, our company can provide assistance in carrying out technical supervision (we have a partner with SRO approval in construction and repairs!
In what order and how to submit the journal after completion:
The procedure for submitting documents changes periodically. Today the following practice exists:
To call a housing inspector at one MFC window, you must write an application and attach a completed log of repair and construction work, a contract and hidden work reports.
Further, after the inspector of the housing inspection leaves, the owner is given an act of completed redevelopment, which must also be signed by the builders, the organization that developed the redevelopment project, and also submitted through the one-stop service to the housing inspection for signing.
And after the scheduled deadline, pick up your copy of the act of completed reconstruction, with which you can contact the technical inventory bureau to receive the final BTI documents, which will reflect the new layout of the apartment.
General journal of construction work, sample filling which will be described below, is the primary document. It reflects the sequence, quality, timing and conditions of construction and installation work. The document is drawn up according to the KS-6 form.
The document is drawn up when carrying out construction work on individual (groups of the same type), simultaneously constructed buildings located within the boundaries of one construction site.
Who fills out the general log of construction work?? The responsible person is the direct executor: senior workman or shift manager, site manager or foreman. As a rule, entries are made from the words of foremen and foremen.
Specialized organizations maintain a special journal. It is in storage at responsible persons performing the work. Upon completion, the document is transferred to the general contractor.
Title page general work log must be completed before construction begins. Several people are involved in filling it out. Information is entered, in particular, by the general contractor, the customer and the design organization. The cost of work is indicated in accordance with the contract. This sheet also indicates the details of the construction permit issued in the prescribed manner.
IN sections of the general work log The following data is entered:
The pages of the journal must be numbered. The document itself is laced, certified by signatures on the title page and the seal of the company that issued it.
Upon commissioning of a completed construction project, the logs are transferred working commission. After acceptance of the object, the documents are handed over to the customer or, on his behalf, to the operating organization for permanent storage.
If the object is controlled by Gosstroynadzor, then the log must be registered.
Order filling out the general journal of construction work (samples some sections of the document can be viewed in the article) developed in accordance with Article 54 of the Civil Code, subp. "b" clause 13 of the Regulations on the conduct of State Construction Supervision. This act was approved by government decree No. 54 of 2004.
The Procedure RD-11-05-2007 establishes the rules for maintaining journals in which work is recorded during reconstruction, overhaul and construction of structures.
The document must be submitted by the customer/developer in advance, no later than 7 days (working days) before the start of construction to the State Construction Supervision Authority, if construction supervision for this facility is provided in accordance with Part 1. 54 articles of the Civil Code. The journal is transmitted simultaneously with the notice sent in accordance with Part 5 of Art. 52 GrK.
The authorized supervisory authority seals the journals received by it in accordance with paragraph 3 of RD-11-05-2007, and puts a registration entry in which it indicates the case number. After this, the documents are returned to the customer/developer. Upon completion of the journal, the supervisory authority is provided with new document marked "1", "2" and so on.
Completed KS-6 forms are kept by the developer/customer until the final inspection is completed. During the process, the documents are transferred to the State Construction Supervision Authority. After the specified structure issues a conclusion on the compliance of the constructed facility with the requirements of technical regulations and other regulatory documents, as well as the project, the magazine is returned to the customer/developer for permanent storage.
The title page of the document indicates:
Indicates all engineering and technical workers. Direct performers of specific works include only those persons who are employed in them. At the same time, all employees must have the appropriate permits.
This is about special work journals. In construction all activities carried out in accordance with the project are taken into account. The second section also contains information about the designer’s supervision logs of the entity preparing the project. Data on all acts contained in the contract with the customer must be present here.
Except titles of works, information about their beginning and completion, and their progress is indicated. The description is made based on the structural parts of the structure. In this case, there must be an indication of the marks, axes, rows, tiers, floors, rooms, sections in which they were carried out. The description is given after the date of completion of the work.
In addition, it also briefly describes the methods Construction Materials that were used, designs, products. If tests were carried out structural elements, information about this in mandatory is given in the magazine. A similar requirement is imposed in the case of trial runs of systems, devices, networks, and engineering equipment. For example, testing under load or dry, power supply, leak testing, strength testing, pressure testing, and so on.
Information about the working conditions (low temperature, precipitation, etc.) would be useful.
In addition, you can provide information about:
Entries to the general journal should be made daily. If there was downtime and there is nothing to write down, you should indicate the reason for the break.
You can, for example, write about cleaning, unloading material, storing, heating concrete, manufacturing reinforcement products, and so on.
Information about the work performed is provided in technical language. For example: “Arrangement of formwork for the F4 foundation in axes 1/A at 1.500.
As practice shows, the method of execution individual species works are not indicated. There are special journals for this (for example, on concrete works). Moreover, in none sample of filling out a general journal of construction work There is no information about materials, equipment, products arriving at the construction site. Incoming control logs are used to reflect this information.
Under each entry there should be signature of an authorized representative indicated on the title page. This may be a foreman or a site manager. Quite often, a master fills out the log. However, he does not have the right to certify the records.
Information about it is presented in section 4 of the magazine. Any body authorized to conduct control can add its comments to this part of the document. They must be eliminated and a record of this must be made in the journal.
If violations are not corrected or are corrected, but there is no record of this, at the next inspection a representative of the supervisory authority will issue a fine.
The fifth section provides information about the control of the person conducting the construction. The verification is carried out by a subject who has a special document. Control is carried out according to design schemes for performing work. It includes tests, inspection, measurements, etc. All indicators must coincide with the design ones.
Some customers with special attention refer to the information in this section and require that an appropriate specialist be present on the construction site. To do this, the contractor sends one of the employees to advanced training courses. After passing them and testing their knowledge (certification), the employee receives a document allowing him to conduct section 5. It can also provide information on input control, if there is no separate journal at the facility.
It includes acts of intermediate acceptance and hidden work. In addition, this section must contain details of the acts signed by the customer. Information about the issued building permit are not included in this section.
Sometimes there is not enough space in the partition table. Some people responsible for maintaining the log simply print additional sheet and register it with Gosstroynadzor. Meanwhile, it is advisable to check with the customer and the state control representative about the possibility of doing this.
The seventh section of the journal is filled out by representatives of the control structures that registered the document. They can issue orders and inspection reports that apply to all subcontractors.
The main part of the magazine has 46 columns. Let's briefly look at their contents:
Wherever values in rubles are fixed, it is determined general indicator. It is entered in the “Total” column and copied to the “Total” column. If overhead and other expenses have occurred, they are taken into account in the indicators.
They refer to documents reflecting the progress of individual activities on a construction site.
Registration special magazines is carried out by an authorized representative of the entity carrying out construction. The columns are filled in from the date of commencement of a particular type of work until the day of its actual completion.
After completion of all activities, information about which must be included in a special journal, it is transferred to the customer/developer for storage.
This document is filled out by a representative of the entity conducting the construction. As in the case of the general journal, an entry is made from the very beginning of the installation until its actual completion.
After completion of the work, the log is given to the customer/developer.
The title page is filled out in full. Skipping sections is not allowed. If the requirements of any part of the document apply to specific type works, the corresponding fields are marked “Not required”.
The title page should contain the date the document was opened and its number. Upon completion installation work The closing date of the journal is indicated accordingly.
In the table "List of engineering and technical personnel involved in installation" all sections are filled in, except for the last one. After completion of the corresponding type of work or when replacing a specialist, a date is entered on it.
In the section with the list of inspection and intermediate acceptance certificates, the documents indicate chronological sequence. The acts confirm the quality of the type of work performed.
All information is entered in full into the main table.
The main shortcomings when filling out the installation log should be considered the lack of information about:
Installation work, like any other, must be controlled. Their quality is assessed by authorized specialists. If violations are detected, quality comments are indicated in section 8. Sometimes, if there are no comments, this section is left blank. It is unacceptable. Authorized persons must put a mark in any case (“no violations identified,” “no comments,” for example).
The magazine is laced and sealed; sheets are numbered. The last sheet should contain the number of pages, full name, signature of the general contractor, date of signing and seal.
Before actual implementation project activities, it is necessary to draw up a work plan at the site. This will ensure the required pace of activity on the construction site, and that all people working on it will perform their duties on time.
It is necessary that an appropriate place be allocated for each action. At the same time, work should be planned so that it is convenient for people to move around the entire construction site.
In addition to the immediate construction site, the following must be provided:
The proper distribution of responsibilities is of particular importance. When organizing work, the need for certain specialists is determined by a number of factors:
Regardless of the number of people at the construction site, there must be specialists monitoring the activities and recording the process in logs.
When constructing low-rise individual houses, there are usually from two to four people present at the site. This quantity is quite enough to perform basic work, including lifting structures and materials.
At multi-storey facilities there may be several teams of 4-5 people. The more people on the site, the more competently the activities and control over them should be organized. It is very important to ensure that the work of one team does not duplicate the actions of another.
As for recording the progress of work, their description, which is present in special journals, must correspond to information from the general document for the entire facility. Filling them out is the responsibility of the responsible persons. Experts recommend not to ignore the requirements of regulations and to fill out logs daily. Otherwise, after a few days you will have to remember what work was performed, in what volume, and so on. The absence of logs or information in them entails liability in the form of fines.
The unified form KS-6 is, in fact, a journal that reflects all the most important information about construction work: deadlines, objects, stages, materials used, responsible persons, supervisory organizations, etc. This document has legal significance, therefore all information entered in it must be confirmed. The main goal of the KS-6 journal is to record control over the progress of construction, installation and repair work.
As a rule, either the foreman or the site manager is responsible for preparing this log, and he must do this from the very beginning of construction activities at the site. Information about the responsible person must be indicated in the journal on the title page.

The first thing you need to do when opening a new magazine is to stitch it with white nylon thread. On the back of the magazine, a sheet of paper with the following text: “laced, numbered, sealed”, the number of sheets is also indicated here (in numbers and in words), the seal and signature of the responsible person are affixed.
With the permission of regulatory authorities, the journal can also be kept in in electronic format. But in this case it is necessary to provide him reliable protection from free access.
If the construction of a facility requires control by Gosstroynadzor, then this journal should be registered in form KS-6. To do this, approximately two weeks before the start of construction work, it must be submitted to the supervisory service, which puts its stamp on the document and also certifies it with the signatures of responsible employees.
Filling out the journal must begin by entering basic information into it. On the title page you need to enter in the appropriate lines:
So, when completed it will look like this:
Here you need to indicate all the workers who are involved in construction with the obligatory marking of the site in which they are engaged. In addition, it is necessary to include certification documents confirming the right of admission of these employees to construction work. In the appropriate columns, it is necessary to note the start and end dates of construction work on the entrusted site by one or another specialist. The section is filled out either by the head of the contracting organization or his authorized representative.
Section 2 of the KS-6 form contains a complete list of intermediate acts recording all stages of construction work. As a rule, this list is included in the contract between the customer and the contractor.
This section is the main one - it includes detailed information about all work performed in all areas of the construction site with a mandatory indication of the period of their implementation. The more carefully all information is recorded, the better. Sometimes they even indicate the number of the floor and room in which construction work is being carried out, the quantity and brand of material used, etc. Information must be entered into this section daily until the object is handed over to the customer. If suddenly a failure occurs during the work, its reasons must be entered here, and each entry made must be signed by the site manager or foreman monitoring the progress of work.
This includes the entire list of logs and other documents maintained at the construction site with a detailed indication of the organization that issued this or that log, as well as the official responsible for filling it out.
Here you must indicate information about the contractor’s control over the construction process with brief description accompanying conditions. It is imperative to indicate the dates of all work, as well as the signature of the employee responsible for maintaining the journal.
The sixth section is intended for regulatory structures, whose representatives can enter their comments into the journal and, on their basis, demand the elimination of various identified violations.
In conclusion, you should indicate the number of completed pages of the journal, and it is also mandatory to sign general director development company.
After all construction work at the site is completed, the log must be submitted to the supervisory authority. After checking it, as well as establishing that the identified violations have been eliminated, the controlling authority will return the document to the contractor, who will have to carefully store it in accordance with the procedure established by law.
The general work log is a summary document filled out in relation to ongoing construction and installation work on a specific object or group of similar objects. For registration, you should use the standard unified form KS-6. In the article we will tell you about KS-6 General Work Log and give recommendations for filling it out.
The document is endowed with legal grounds, therefore all information contained in it should be certified using signatures.
Filling out the sections of the journal is carried out directly by the manager (boss, foreman, etc.) from the contracting organization who is responsible for the performance of work in the field of construction of the facility. This person maintains the document from the beginning of construction and installation work, and information about his identity is located on the title page of the general work log KS-6.
In addition to the above employee, other managers may take part in filling out sections of the document:
Upon reaching agreement with supervisory structures, maintaining a general work log can be carried out in an electronic version. The only requirement is the fact of ensuring appropriate security for the information resource contained in this type of document.
The document (if completed correctly) requires signature by the following persons:
The form is presented with a title page and six sections, which consistently reflect:
Filling out the title page is carried out before the start of a complex of construction or installation work, where representatives of the management staff of the organizations participate:
The filling process begins with indicating in the journal a list of basic information located on the title page.
The journal is filled out in the following order:
Section number and name | Recommendations for design |
First section “List of engineering and technical personnel engaged in the construction of the facility” | The section form, consisting of four columns, requires the following information:
This section is completed by a person from the contractor who supervises the work at the site. |
Second section “List of acts of intermediate acceptance and examination of hidden work” | The section form includes three columns where you need to reflect:
|
Third section “Statement of results of monitoring and assessment of the quality of emergency medical services” | This section contains the most important information, relating to the entire list of construction and installation work performed at certain construction sites, indicating the time frame for completion. The section columns record the following data:
|
Fourth section “List of special work journals” | The section requires designation of a list of journals or other documentation accompanying the implementation of a set of works. The section column includes information about:
|
Fifth section “Information on the production of work” | This section provides data on contract control over the implementation of processes associated with construction work, as well as a description of the relevant conditions. Section items include:
|
Sixth section “Remarks from regulatory authorities and services” | The provisions of this section are addressed to employees of regulatory authorities who have the right to carry out supervisory activities at facilities and enter into the journal all information relating to the list of identified violations of regulatory and technical documentation. They have the right to demand from the heads of departments performing a range of construction works at the site to promptly eliminate identified deviations from the regulatory framework. |
After properly filling out all the sections of the KS-6 magazine regulated by the form, it is stitched using a white nylon thread with a mark on back side about firmware, numbering, certification with a seal and signature of management.
Upon completion of the entire list of construction work scheduled for implementation within a specific facility, the log is subject to transfer to the supervisory authority.
Errors in filling out the KS-6 form
It is important to correctly indicate the time parameters regarding the start date, completion date of work, and inspections. Mistakes made can be corrected if adjustments are made in accordance with the rules established for primary documents
