  • temperature - from 0 to 105ºС (depending on the shaft seal used);
  • pH - from 6 to 9;
  • concentration of solid inclusions - no more than 0.1% of the total volume of the transported liquid;

Design features and principle of operation

The K100-65-200 pump is a cantilever monoblock centrifugal type unit driven by a general industrial asynchronous electric motor. It has a horizontal design. The pump part and the engine are fixed on a common foundation plate and connected to each other by an elastic coupling. Model K100-65-200 is equipped with a closed impeller made of cast iron. A spiral chamber is located in the body of the device. A pressure pipe is provided, located in the same plane with the inlet and the axis of rotation of the rotor. The supply of the transported liquid to the impeller of the device is axial one-sided.

The wheel of the K100-65-200 cantilever monoblock pump rests on ball bearings fixed in the bracket. For their correct and reliable operation grease brand Litol 24 is used, corresponding to GOST 21150-87. The impeller, when viewed from the drive side, rotates clockwise.

For sealing the shaft, depending on the version of the device, a single or double stuffing box seal is used. The first is indicated by the letter "C", the second is indicated by the abbreviation "SD" in the marking of the pump K100-65-200 of the cantilever monoblock type. The double stuffing box allows pumping liquids with more high temperature than single.

An air outlet is provided in the upper part of the device case. To drain the liquid after stopping the unit, use the hole in the bottom of the housing. The holes are closed with plugs. Fluid leaks through the stuffing box during pump operation. A hole in the bracket is intended for its removal.

Pumps K100-65-200 and K100-65-250 are centrifugal pumps console type. The essence of their work is to create a pressure of water. To do this, the design has a wheel that runs on an electric motor.
