    Belarusian doors: advantageous features in technological production

    On an industrial scale, in the manufacture of Belarusian doors, only environmentally friendly materials and modern technologies are used. So the end result of the fabricated product is in no way inferior in terms of aesthetic features and quality characteristics of the product of European manufacturing companies. Of particular note is the production technology of veneered interior structures.
    Technologically, Belarusian blocks are veneered in two types:

  • The veneer is ordinary;
  • Ecoveneer.
  • Veneer, as a thin cut of valuable species of natural wood, is known to many. The raw material has all the characteristics of a natural material, combining the magnificence of the wood structure and its beauty, environmental friendliness, as well as sound and heat insulation properties.
    Technologically, veneering is performed by pressing natural veneer on a chipboard or MDF base.
    The technology of exterior decoration of door panels with eco-veneer is based on the use of a slightly different kind of material. The frame is made of furniture boards, where tempered glass and Belarusian MDF canvases are used as inserts. The eco-veneer material itself is a heavy-duty raw material, the resistance of which to mechanical damage is comparable to hard plastic. At the same time, the surface of the texture is indistinguishable from natural wood, completely imitating the texture of wood. So the eco-veneer is quite pleasant and realistic to the touch.
    Veneered structures for interior purposes of Belarusian production are unique in their kind due to the peculiarities of technological manufacturing. Thus, the aesthetic naturalness of the product is preserved with the ergonomic use of raw materials with a pleasant quality, which is reflected in the retail value of the products presented at trade construction sites. The advantages of door products created by veneering on a frame made of MDF or chipboard, as well as the technology of veneering canvases with raw materials of valuable species made from solid wood, include the following indicators:

  • Lightness in weight compared to door panels made of solid wood. This indicator is positive, because it gives advantages in the transportation movement, and also during operation, the web will not sag under its own weight.
  • Veneered products retain all the characteristic properties of natural raw materials;
  • Veneer-finished products retain their external attractiveness for a long time: they are not affected by humidity, do not fade when exposed to direct sunlight, do not dry out at high temperatures and low humidity;
  • The price category of products varies in the average low cost of products presented in the range in the construction door market.
  • Wenge doors in the interior

    Belarusian production is simultaneously developing in various directions: design, technology, assortment. Marketing approaches are constantly evolving. In addition to high quality indicators and low prices, Belarusian manufacturers offer the consumer an individual approach and attentive attitude of specialists.
    Having picked up any of the options and design of the door, it is permissible to adjust the finish of the canvas, color, glazing, which ultimately makes the product exclusive. Such an attentive attitude of production specialists makes the products most in demand. It is worth paying attention to the leading Belarusian companies that produce demanded products:

  • The Postavy Furniture Center produces two of the most popular branded products: "Italian legend", created from solid alder, and "Arsenal", a door structure made from pine wood. It is worth noting that the range of the price range reaches only $230.
  • The Doka company produces Belarusian oak door coverings for interior and entrance purposes. Regardless of the prestige of this brand and the valuable material of solid wood used, the cost of production is kept within a very democratic framework.
  • The commercial and industrial company "Vist" in Belarus is engaged in the production of various door structures in terms of style and price category, but the entire list of products is united in the reliability of fabrications. Doors made of solid pine, finished with precious oak veneer, are the most luxurious models presented in the range. The company also takes into account the availability of products that are in demand for cottages and other private buildings. These doors are finished with PVC film. Door prices start at $70.
  • Many large companies in Belarus use the latest materials processing technologies in their production, with the help of which the designs of fabricated products are prefabricated. This kind of approach to the manufacturability of processing is in the power of Belarusian manufacturers to ensure the quality of products with a long period of effective operation.

    The elegance of Belarusian products in pastel colors

    At present, the most popular are white interior ceilings of Belarusian production or a model range made in pastel colors of light shades. The attractiveness of interior door panels, created in pastel colors, is provided by decorative golden elements in the form of overlays on canvases, glazing, paneling and other decorative decors. The artistic design of the door panels in pastel colors completes the sophistication of the interior of any room and gives a certain elegance to the design.
    Belarusian typical doors look especially advantageous in the openings of bedrooms, living rooms, which are furnished in a classic style in ivory or white colors of the furniture solution. The pastel-colored door leafs complete the style and give harmony to the room, the design solution of which is reduced to a modern or semi-antique style. Quite popular are interior light doors, created from a type-setting array or solid, finished with natural light wood veneer with decorative glazing and other artistic elements. Among the assortment range of Belarusian production, there are such models in pastel colors as:

  • "Laguna" - color bleached oak;
  • "Standard" - gray oak color;
  • "Versailles" - patina. Door made of glued solid softwood and veneered with oak veneer. The surface is treated with a technology that imparts artificial aging to the cladding.
  • "Prestige" is a product with glazing, decorative overlays, fittings and golden edging.
  • Door products of Belarusian production have, in addition to all the advantages, an additional characteristic such as electrostaticity. This quality, inherent in the surface of products, does not allow dust to collect on the panels, which facilitates the care of fabricated products and external presentability.

    Often there are problems with a place to store household chemicals. All sorts of powders, cleaners, rinses ... There are more and more of them, and usually there is nowhere to store them. The bathroom is too humid, the kitchen is not too pleasant, as they can spread extraneous aromas, which are poorly combined with cooking, or rather, they do not fit well. However, there is a way out - a closet in the toilet. Although the toilet is usually a small room, you can also find free space in it - above or behind the toilet. This is where you can hang / install a toilet cabinet.

    What material to make

    When they decide to make a closet in the toilet, the question immediately arises of what material to make it from. If we talk about furniture, there are such options:

    • (LDSP);
    • laminated;
    • wood.

    The cheapest material in this category is chipboard. MDF is four times more expensive and wood is even more expensive. If you assemble doors from a cut board or lining with your own hands, this may not be more expensive than MDF. But such work requires at least a minimum carpentry skill. If not, you will have to pay for the work of a specialist, which can significantly increase the final cost of the product.

    If the locker is going to be tiled, covered with wallpaper, vinyl, plastic, you can use materials other than those listed above:

    • plywood;
    • GVL (gypsum fiber sheet);
    • sheet MDF.

    All of the materials listed are quite suitable for building a locker in the toilet. The only doubt may be about GVL: will it crumble at the place where the loops are attached? If large loads are not expected, it is quite possible to use this material.

    Frosted glass and a mirror are also possible facade options for a closet in the toilet

    Now the question is whether to use moisture resistant materials. The closet in the toilet can be made of ordinary material, provided that it is only a toilet, and not a combined bathroom, i.e. there will be no high humidity in the room. An exception is the situation when it is done with the help of an overflow window through the toilet. Such schemes still exist in houses with the old layout. In all other situations, the use of moisture resistant materials is optional.

    False wall and niche

    In most apartments, the toilet is a narrow and long room. Its width is about a meter, its length is two meters or more. Such a long room is inconvenient to use - the area up to the door is still not used in any way. You can improve the situation by installing a false wall. At the same time, the toilet bowl can be moved forward, and 50-60 cm can be fenced off with a partition. The remaining space is more than enough for comfort, and the one that turns out to be “outside the wall” can be used as a closet.

    Sewer and water risers will hide behind this false wall, which otherwise will have to be closed with a special one. The space behind the toilet does not have to be sewn up tightly. Here you can make a very spacious closet. It can store powders, stocks of other chemicals, which are usually hard to find a place.

    For the device, you will have to move the toilet forward, nail the strips to the walls and ceiling (40 * 40 mm will be quite normal), fill the horizontal strips that will hold the shelves. Doors for such a cabinet in the toilet are attached directly to the walls. Or rather, to the slats that are fixed on the wall.

    The plank is needed 8 cm wide. Since it will be visible when the doors are open, it is desirable that it be finished with the same material as the doors. It is fastened with nails / screws / dowels to the wall, and loops to it.

    Closet in the toilet from floor to ceiling (or almost)

    A closet for a toilet room can be a separate piece of furniture. It has a characteristic design that cannot be confused with anything. At the bottom, the closet in the toilet has two narrow and high cabinets, which stand at a distance of 50-60 cm from each other. Above them there is one or two sections with or without doors. These are already solid sections with hinged doors.

    Different execution the idea is the same - the maximum use of all available space

    The parameters of these cabinets depend on the dimensions of the room. You will not see such products in stores, only an individual order. From the same laminated chipboard it will not be too expensive, and there is a lot of space for storing chemicals.

    There are models that are more economical in terms of using space: in the lower part there are only supports-racks, open and closed shelves are located above the toilet bowl.

    The above option is good when the load-bearing capacity of the walls is not sufficient to support conventional wall shelves. If you have a partition made of drywall, porous or lightweight concrete, you can look in this direction.

    Wall cabinets

    Above the toilet, you can hang a regular wall cabinet of suitable width and height. It can be part of the kitchen or part of the hallway. In any modular collection you can find a suitable sample. You only have to cut holes in the back wall for sewer and water risers, but this alteration is not difficult.

    Wall cabinet over the toilet: height and facades are different ...

    If you're worried that the open cut might be damaged by moisture, you can take a self-adhesive melamine sheet and rub it over the cuts. A simpler option is painting or coating with a water-repellent sealant.

    The height of the cabinet above the toilet can be different. As you can see in the photo above, you can hang different models - on two or three shelves (total height of about 70 cm) or on five to seven shelves (total height is obtained from a meter or more). The most important condition is the cabinet must not block the ventilation opening. The second point: it should not interfere. That is, there should be access to the flush button, and while sitting on the toilet, you should not beat your head against the door. Based on these considerations, they select the dimensions of the wall cabinet in the toilet. Since the parameters of the toilet bowl, cistern and installation of the entire structure are different, the depth of the cabinet can be from 35 to 60 cm.

    What to make doors

    If you decide to make a closet for the toilet yourself, it’s usually not a problem to make shelves: two parallel planks are stuffed on the walls, shelves are laid on them. Instead of planks, you can install furniture shelf holders - they are of different sizes and shapes, they are installed elementarily. A hole is drilled in the wall, into which the extended part of the holder is inserted. This is one type. The second is the brackets that are attached to the wall. In general, there are usually no problems in this part.

    But with what and how to make doors, there may be questions. The easiest way is to order a facade of the right size in a furniture shop. It is better to order together with the strips to which these doors will be attached. And you can also ask to embed loops. Then it will be easy to install them in general: screw them to the wall and that's it. Possible facade materials: chipboard, LMDF, plastic, aluminum + glass or aluminum + plastic.

    There is an option - to make doors from sheet material and paste over them with the same tiles that were laid on the walls. This is in case you do not want the cabinet to stand out. You can also stick a mosaic of a suitable shade, use flexible tiles (plastic sheet for tiles), stick washable wallpaper, glass wallpaper for painting, etc. There are actually a lot of options.

    How to close the pipes in the toilet so that it is both beautiful and practical - this task has to be solved by everyone who makes repairs to the bathroom. We will talk about the main options for building a closet in the toilet with our own hands.

    By erecting a sanitary cabinet in the toilet behind, we solve several conflicting tasks:

    1. Close the pipes in the toilet. The view of common house risers is rarely aesthetic. Often they are ugly welded, ugly, perpetually sweating pipes.
    2. Arrange in the free space behind the toilet a few shelves for storing stocks of toilet paper and the like.
    3. At the same time, maintain access to pipes for possible repairs, for installation and maintenance of water meters. And in general: you never know! ..

    The fundamental technical solution of such a cabinet is obvious: a wall is erected behind the toilet bowl, in which an opening of a larger or smaller size is left. The wall is most often trimmed with the same material as the entire toilet, and the opening is closed with some kind of door.

    Let's take a closer look at the most common options ...

    Louvre doors for cabinets

    A frame is assembled from standard drywall profiles and sheathed in one layer with moisture-resistant drywall. The surface is tiled with ceramic tiles along with the rest of the walls. In the middle of this partition, a rectangular opening is left 2-3 cm smaller than the wooden louvered door purchased in advance. The door is mounted on suitable hinges over the hole.

    Pros:

    • Low cost shutter doors.
    • The cabinet door is installed over the opening, so it easily hides dimensional inaccuracies and other flaws.
    • Such work will be performed by a master of even the most low-skilled.

    Minuses:

    • The louvered door on the tile looks out of place and inharmonious. Especially if it does not match the color of the surrounding tiles.
    • For good access to the equipment inside the cabinet and to the shelves, such an opening is too small.

    Plastic plumbing hatch

    Plumbing hatches come in a variety of sizes. Any manufacturer produces a whole line of hatches with a pitch of 5 cm. Thanks to this, you have the opportunity not only to make access to the interior of the plumbing cabinet more spacious, but also to choose the size of the plumbing hatch so that it matches the seams in the ceramic cladding.

    The sanitary hatch represents a frame from a metal corner with a door. Usually they are sold in white, but today there are more and more offers on the market to paint the hatch in the desired color for an additional fee.

    Making a wall for installing a sanitary hatch into it is no different from the option with a louvered door: the same frame made of profiles and drywall. Once the ceramic tiling is complete, the manhole frame is glued into place with sealant or any other suitable adhesive.

    Pros:

    • Large selection of all sizes.
    • Easy cabinet making.
    • "Universal" white color, in harmony with the color of sanitary faience.

    Minuses:

    • Some "fragility", which is not to everyone's taste.
    • Simplicity of appearance.

    Custom cabinet doors

    In this case, the toilet is finished without regard to the dimensions of the commercially available ready-made doors for the sanitary cabinet.

    The master makes the wall behind the toilet, guided by the design intent. For example, as in the photo: the closet in the bathroom is made from wall to wall, and from seam to seam.

    After the completion of the tiling work, the exact dimensions of the left opening are taken and the necessary details of the future cabinet are ordered in a suitable workshop strictly according to the measure.

    Pros:

    • Dimensions do not limit the design intent.
    • Wardrobe "furniture" quality.
    • The widest possible access to risers and wiring.

    Minuses:

    • Really expensive.
    • It takes a long time to produce parts (sometimes up to several weeks).
    • You will have to look for a workshop in which custom-made cabinet doors will be made.

    Sanitary hatch under the tile

    Such hatches are also called "hidden tile-mounted hatches".

    This option is technically the most difficult. And costly. You will have to pay both for the plumbing hatch itself and for its installation.

    The hatch for tiles is a rigid aluminum or steel frame, in which a door made of a material suitable for tiling is built on special hinges. The hinges must not sag under the weight of the glued tiles, so special requirements are placed on their design.

    The hatch is built into the frame of the back wall of the toilet so that after facing the partition with drywall, a single plane is obtained. The entire surface is tiled.

    The dimensions of the hatch are selected based on the size of the tiles. In our photo, the hatch is finished with patterned tiles: it is clearly seen that the borders of the plumbing hatch exactly coincide with the tile seams on the rest of the wall surface.

    To open the hatch, you must first pull it out of the plane of the wall (pay attention to the convenient handle), and then take it to the side on the hinges. We talk in more detail about the design of such hatches and their installation in other articles on our website.

    Pros:

    • Stealth.
    • Spacious access to the inside of the sanitary cabinet.
    • All kinds of sizes.

    Minuses:

    • The high price of the hatch itself and expensive installation.
    • You need a high quality craftsman.
    • Opening the hatch requires caution. Don't open often.
    • The design of the hatch is relatively bulky "in depth". In some cases, this may interfere with its installation.

    Full height wooden cabinet

    In conclusion of this review, we propose to consider the design of the closet in the toilet, which, if necessary, can be quickly and completely disassembled.

    Look carefully at the photo.

    The walls of the toilet are lined with amber-yellow tiles. For the manufacture of the rear wall behind the toilet and the doors of the sanitary cabinet, spruce furniture panels 18 mm thick were used.

    The edges of the doors are rounded with the help of figured milling, decorative grooves are also selected on the front surface with the help of milling cutters. All wooden parts are covered with several layers of waterproof parquet varnish.

    The color scheme of the resulting doors blends perfectly with the color of the tiles on the walls.

    The doors hang on standard furniture hinges. If necessary, they can be removed in a couple of minutes. After that, the shield behind the toilet is pulled up. A small wall under the ceiling does not hurt to make even a complete replacement of the risers.

    Pros:

    • The ability to quickly disassemble and assemble the cabinet if necessary.
    • Maximum access to risers.
    • Savings on materials: no need to make a wall of drywall and tile it.

    Minuses:

    • Wooden construction is not for everyone.
    • A carpenter is needed to make parts.

    We analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of five options for arranging a bathroom cabinet. Of course, there are other solutions as well.

    Weigh the advantages and disadvantages of each and make an informed choice of the best cabinet for your toilet. Or come up with your own.

    In the toilet, behind the toilet, there are water pipes, valves, meters, filters, a boiler or instantaneous water heater. To hide them and protect them from accidental mechanical damage, a plumbing cabinet is installed. Sometimes inside it there is a place for storing household chemicals, hygiene products. It is difficult to choose a ready-made version of the required size and configuration. Most likely, the cabinet will have to be ordered or made independently.

    Important! When choosing between a plumbing hatch and a cabinet, it is wiser to give preference to the latter. If the pipe breaks, then the wall with the hatch will have to be dismantled, which is easy to avoid by installing a cabinet.

    Kinds of door configurations for sanitary cabinet

    The main purpose of a plumbing cabinet is to hide pipes. Its doors should open easily without touching the toilet or heated towel rail on the wall, provide quick and unhindered access to pipes and valves. There are several options for achieving these goals. The most common:

    • a wardrobe with an ordinary hinged door;
    • crate door;
    • hidden door (invisible);
    • plumbing shutters.

    Swing Door Materials

    Materials for finishing a bathroom, including the manufacture of a sanitary cabinet door, must, first of all, be resistant to moisture and household chemicals. These characteristics correspond to:

    1. Hard polyvinyl chloride (plastic). The structure of the material provides it with low weight, strength, rigidity, and a smooth surface. It does not contain harmful components. PVC plastic can be cut, including curved, sawn, drilled, glued, screwed using common tools for wood and metal. Another advantage is a high degree of sound and heat insulation, which is important, given the proximity of pipes.
    2. Glass in aluminum profile. Such doors are lightweight, durable, environmentally friendly, easy to use, not subject to corrosion. Using an aluminum frame, you can create a glass product of any configuration and complexity. Glass structures with aluminum profiles have high rates of sound and heat insulation, they are airtight, fireproof.
    1. Waterproof plywood. It is a rigid board consisting of sheets of wood veneer fastened together. Plywood is lightweight, durable, easy to process and install. For finishing residential premises, it is recommended to choose a plate of the FK brand with a thickness of 15 mm. Other brands contain harmful substances. Moisture-resistant plywood is resistant to weak acids, alkalis and alcohol. Since its surface is not perfectly smooth, varnish must be applied for finishing after grinding.

    Less suitable for the manufacture of doors in the toilet behind the toilet options:

    • wood.

    These materials are used when the appearance of the product, rather than durability, is of paramount importance for the owners of the premises. On sale there are chipboard and MDF boards with impregnation that increases their moisture resistance. Products from such a plate will last longer. For the manufacture of a wooden door in the toilet, maple, larch, alder or other wood that tolerates constant exposure to moisture is suitable. Wood must be treated with a composition from moisture and decay, and then varnished. This also improves the durability of the product. The installed door can be decorated with an insert made of plastic, natural stone, drawing, carving, etc.

    To prevent mold, you need to maintain good ventilation inside the piping cabinet. To do this, you can install a crate door made of wood or other material.

    Furniture blinds

    Another option to achieve the same result is a sanitary cabinet in the toilet with furniture roller shutters. Blinds are relatively expensive, but they are one of the most convenient and visually appealing ways to hide water pipes. Plumbing shutters can be made of aluminium, plastic or wood. They can be painted in any color, apply a picture or photo print. Plastic better than other materials tolerates high humidity and contact with aggressive household chemicals. Another advantage of the blinds is the ability to control from the remote control, which ensures hygiene. Horizontal and vertical plumbing blinds can be ordered to your size.

    The best option for finishing the door of a plumbing cabinet and masking pipes is to install a canvas for painting. Such a sash can be painted to match the color of the walls or tiled. If you use hidden hinges, then the door located in the toilet behind the toilet will become almost invisible. This is a special type of hinges mounted in special grooves on the sash and door frame. When closed, they are not visible from the outside.

    To open the sash, install hidden handles recessed into the canvas. You can also use the Push-to-open mechanism to open the stealth door. The sash swings open when you press it, without any handle.

    Installing a hidden door will require the skills to perform such work, so it is better to entrust the installation to professionals.

    Tools and additional materials

    For self-manufacturing of the door to the toilet, you will need the following tools and materials:

    • roulette;
    • perforator;
    • drill;
    • screwdriver or screwdriver;
    • jigsaw or circular saw;
    • level;
    • bars for the box;
    • self-tapping screws;
    • loops;
    • pens.

    Important! When choosing hinges, keep in mind that such a door opens often, so you should not save on quality.

    Operating procedure

    The procedure for self-manufacturing the door behind the toilet:

    1. Think over the dimensions of the door, the design option and draw up a sketch. If the toilet is at some distance from the pipes, then you can make the sash almost to the floor. If it stands close to communications, then the cabinet should begin directly above the tank so that when the door is opened, it does not touch it.
    2. In the niche behind the toilet, install a frame made of a metal profile, leaving a gap for a cabinet of the calculated size. Sheathe the frame with drywall. To finish a niche, it is better with the same material as the walls in the toilet.
    3. Make a box out of polished and mold-treated wooden bars. Its size should be such that it can be freely inserted into the opening without leaving visible gaps. If there is space and desire, you can install shelves made of chipboard behind the doors by cutting holes for pipes in them. The option for manufacturing shelves is a base made of a profile, sheathed with plasterboard. Drywall can be painted, wallpapered or tiled.
    1. Insert the box into the gap left under it. Attach it to the walls with screws. Check the horizontal level of the structure.
    2. Cut blanks for doors from plywood, PVC plastic, wood, chipboard or MDF. It is more convenient if there are two of them. But if the cabinet turns out to be narrow due to the size of the pipe niche, then one door will be the best option. For trimming, it is better to use a circular saw, not a jigsaw, otherwise it is difficult to get products with smooth edges. The ends of the chipboard door need to be glued with an edge (for this you need a building hair dryer or a regular iron). The ends of the MDF sash can be painted or also closed with an edge. Wooden ends - sanded with sandpaper. The size of the door should be such that there are 3 mm gaps between it and the box on all sides. If there are two wings, then you need to take into account the same gap between them.
    3. Screw the hinges and the handle to the door.
    4. Attach the sash to the box. Attach loops to it. Sand the wooden door again, treat it with a composition from moisture and fungi, varnish it.

    A plumbing cabinet is a convenient way to beautifully and intelligently decorate a niche with pipes in the toilet. The best option is to order a ready-made built-in wardrobe or plumbing blinds. But if financial possibilities are limited, you can make and install such a structure yourself.

    Many apartment owners are concerned about the issue of additional space for accommodating various household items. Numerous containers with detergents and cleaning products, a supply of soap and toilet paper, napkins, hygiene products - all this requires placement. There is usually no space for these things in the kitchen cabinets, putting a cabinet in the bathroom is a good idea, but there is usually not enough space in this room. An excellent option for placing these things can be a toilet with a do-it-yourself sanitary cabinet.

    closet in the toilet alone easy to mount, because such work does not require the presence of professional skills. A little bit of imagination, exact centimeters of space allocated for the locker, plus a sketch made with dimensions entered on it - and you can go for materials.

    Materials and tools

    First you need to decide on the exact place for the sanitary cabinet in the toilet. As a rule, they use the space behind the toilet, since you can’t find a more suitable place, see the photo. A properly installed sanitary cabinet in the toilet will not only cope with the task of storing various items, but will also become shelter of all pipes and water meters, while providing free access.

    The choice of material for the cabinet and shelves that will be located in it should be taken seriously. The fastening of the shelves must be reliable, as the weight of the items may not be light. If you do not plan to place various weights in it, then shelves made of plywood 8-10 mm thick are quite suitable. But still, shelves made of chipboard will become more practical, because they will withstand any load, see the photo.

    To give the sanitary cabinet in the toilet a beautiful look, sheets of chipboard are taken for its facade. A more economical version of the cabinet in the toilet will be using inexpensive polished chipboard, after which it can be lined with decorative tiles that match the color of the walls of the room. The sanitary cabinet in the toilet should take up all the free space of the back wall, look at the photo.

    So, except chipboard or plywood to install a sanitary cabinet in the toilet you will need:

    1. Corner profile made of aluminum, its dimensions are 25 by 25 mm. It is useful for the convenience of placing shelves.
    2. Furniture hinges. Their number depends on the size of the doors and their number.
    3. Furniture magnets.
    4. Door handles.
    5. U-shaped aluminum profile (if there are holes for a fan pipe on the shelves).
    6. Furniture corners.
    7. To create a cabinet frame, a beam with a size of 30 by 30.

    Installation order

    Initially, you need to prepare all the necessary details. Dimensions must exactly match the specified dimensions of the drawing. If the home master is having difficulty cutting the material correctly, then you can ask the craftsmen of the company where it was purchased. Almost every company that sells laminated chipboard provides such assistance.

    To make a toilet cabinet you can't do without the following tools:

    1. Electric jigsaw and wood saw,
    2. Roulettes,
    3. level,
    4. pencil,
    5. screwdriver,
    6. Electric drill or perforator.

    Having prepared all the necessary details, you can start installation toilet cabinet.

    • Installation begins with the fastening of the bars, which are designed for the frame. Using self-tapping screws, pre-marked holes are drilled, then dowels are inserted into them. Preliminary marking is carried out according to the level, since the frame may be skewed, which, in turn, will cause the door to skew. When marking the wall, keep in mind that the toilet bowl should not enter the sanitary cabinet area.
    • The next stage of installation will be the marking of places for shelves. We choose one wall and mark out the places for the shelves in random order, the main thing here is that the shelves are conveniently located. The second wall is marked by level, you need to ensure that the shelves are installed strictly horizontally. After that, in the places marked with a pencil, we fix the aluminum profile, which is needed to install the shelves. Fastening is carried out using self-tapping screws and dowels.

    Nuances when installing a shelf

    If you have enclosed water pipes in a locker, then shelves should not touch them see photo. Usually the pipes are not arranged strictly vertically, so each shelf will have to be "processed" individually. If the pipes have a small diameter, then the holes in the shelves are made using a pen drill, then you need to take a jigsaw and cut the shelf so that it is in close contact with the wall.

    A hole for the fan pipe is cut with a jigsaw, but before that you need to drill a shelf, this is necessary in order to pass a jigsaw file through it. It is important to determine the size of the hole as accurately as possible so that the files are in place.

    It is not necessary to fasten the shelves tightly to the profile, because you may need a place to store tall items. Loose bottom shelf is often used for unhindered access to counters and pipe valves. Loose shelves are the easiest way to gain access and do not require the installation of additional hatches and doors.

    Doors and fittings

    It is better to hang the doors on the locker in the toilet together. First, you need to attach the hinges to the door, then, having tried on, the place for fastening on the frame is determined. You can use piano hinges, as the weight of the doors is small. Their installation will not cause problems, with the help of self-tapping screws they are attached to the door and frame.

    After that, the doors are supplied with handles, after that comes series of furniture magnets. The work is done in this sequence, because if you first attach the magnets, it turns out that the door cannot be opened.

    The toilet is a room with high humidity, so take care of the safety of the wooden elements that are included in the design. They need a protective layer of special impregnation. An additional closet, which appeared in the home interior, can become a container for items that did not find a place in the house. A hand-made masterpiece will be an excellent incentive for the implementation of new useful ideas.
