The head of the site operating drilling rigs "Robbins", and in his absence - the person replacing him, is the responsible manager of the work to eliminate accidents.

3.8.2.7 Transportation of drilling rigs, auxiliary equipment, technological cargoes for drilling rigs of the Robbins type

Transportation on a rigid hitch, loading into the LDM bucket, unloading from the LDM bucket, transportation of drilling rigs, auxiliary equipment and technological cargo in the LHD bucket is carried out according to the project for organizing work on the delivery of drilling rigs, auxiliary equipment and technological cargo using LHD. Loading, delivery and unloading of drilling equipment for sinking vertical mine workings to the work site is carried out by the machinists of the Robbins type drilling rig using LHD. Moving the equipment over a short distance is carried out using a caterpillar conveyor, which is included in the drilling rig kit.

The order of delivery of drilling equipment such as "Robbins" in the buckets of diesel load-hauling machines in underground workings.

Transportation of drilling equipment of the "Robbins" type is allowed for LHD drivers who have at least one year of practical driving experience in underground workings and who have passed the appropriate briefing.

LHDs intended for transportation of Robbins type drilling equipment must be in full technical serviceability and meet the following requirements:

    have proper lighting;

    have serviceable hydraulic equipment that excludes spontaneous movement of the LHD bucket;

    the bucket of the machine must be cleaned of rock mass and other foreign objects;

    the LHD bucket must be fixed in the transport position, excluding its overturning;

    have fire extinguishing equipment (autonomous fire extinguishing system, OP-10 fire extinguishers in the amount of at least 2 pieces).

All loading and unloading operations are performed only after the full stop of the LHD and the receipt of an enabling command from the driver of the LHD.

When performing loading and unloading operations, the LHD must be set to the parking brake on the horizontal section of the mine working.

All equipment moved in the LHD is secured with a safety cable. When moving a drilling rig on a rigid hitch using a LHD, the rig is also fixed with a safety cable, while it is necessary to ensure that during movement the equipment being moved does not touch the sides and roof of the working, lining elements, pipelines and cable routes.

Transportation of the drilling equipment of the Robbins rigs is carried out accompanied by a mining foreman (senior operator of the drilling rig), who, together with the driver of the LHD, is responsible for the delivery and safety of the drilling equipment. The speed of the LHD must not exceed 5.0 km/h.

Sets it to the parking brake and shuts off the engine;

Places wheel chocks under the wheels of the LHD;

Mining foreman (senior operator of the drilling rig) protects the LHD with drilling equipment with a full house from the side of possible approaches.

Loading of equipment is carried out by machinists of the Robbins type drilling rig under the guidance of a mining foreman (chief rig operator).

On all sides of the possible passage of self-propelled vehicles, as well as to warn people, the workplace is fenced with notices that prohibit the passage of cars and the passage of people. Full houses are set up personally by the mining foreman (chief driver of the drilling rig) at least 25 m from the place of work, and at haulage workings with rail transport - at least 60 m.

If necessary, the passage of vehicles or the passage of people, the order of passage or passage is determined by the mining foreman (senior operator of the drilling rig), who personally removes the notices and makes the pass of equipment and people.

In the case of a large weight of equipment, loading and unloading is carried out using lifting mechanisms by specially trained machinists of the Robbins type drilling rig, who have the appropriate certificates.

The bucket or loading platform is loaded in such a way that the equipment and tools being transported do not protrude beyond the dimensions of the machine.

Transportation of drilling rigs and auxiliary equipment in workings of haulage horizons is carried out according to separate measures developed by the head of the site operating the Robbins drilling rigs, the head of the site of the VSHT mine and the approved chief engineer of the Severny mine.

3.8.2.8 Maintenance and repair of Robbins drilling rigs

Maintenance and repair of Robbins drilling rigs is carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

3.9. Mining and preparation works and fixing of workings during mining by the POCC system

Mining and preparatory work is carried out immediately before the development of the chambers, and consists in driving drilling and delivery workings within the boundaries of the mining block. The sections of workings in the treatment blocks and the technology for their implementation must comply with the type passports adopted at the mine.

Development workings ensure the safe movement of people and self-propelled equipment in the mining block, the minimum distance of ore delivery, the supply of the required amount of air to each working development, and the required intensity of mining. The number and location of development workings in the block was chosen taking into account the conditions of occurrence of ore bodies and the accepted version of the development system.

To drill the chamber stocks of the YuZRT-1 from the field drifts of the lying side, drilling orts are passed along the roof and soil of the chambers.

For shipment of the ore beaten in the chamber, delivery orts are passed in the soil of the MCC, from which loading races are passed through 20 m (along the axes of the workings) along the length of the chamber. To ensure transport communication, the transport races passed along the hanging side are merged with each other. To ensure better penetration of the LDM ladle into broken ore, it is recommended to design the outlet bottom with a displacement of the haulage orifice by 2 m from the central axis of the pillar.

During the development of the ZRT, the main preparatory workings are the drilling drifts and loading bays that are passable on each sublevel. To unload the ore from the chambers, the sublevel field drifts are connected with the drilling drifts by loading runs every 12.5 m (along the axes). With a width of the races of 4 m, the width of the pillar between them will be 8.5 m. To save the races from destruction during blasting in the chamber, they are passed after blowing up the opposite fans.

A complex of self-propelled equipment is used in the sinking of horizontal workings: drilling of holes - drilling carriages of the "Boomer" type, loading of the face - chargers of the "Charmek" type; load capacity 7-12 tons of the Toro type, transportation of rock mass - dump trucks with a capacity of 30 tons of the Toro type. Roofing is erected with the help of "Utilift" installations, shotcrete - with the help of "Spreimek" self-propelled installation.

The fixing of workings is carried out in accordance with the fixing passport approved by the Chief Engineer of the mine. Types, parameters and technology of fastening preparatory - threaded workings are defined in TI 48200234-2-44-02, compiled taking into account the experience accumulated by the mines of the plant and the requirements of Gosgortekhnadzor.

3.10. Mining and preparation works and fixing of workings during mining by the POT system

The horizon preparation scheme determined by the local project should, as a rule, ensure the independent operation of each sublevel in terms of ore shipment, ventilation of tunneling and clearing operations, and collapse of overlying rocks.

Mining and development workings include sublevel field drifts, auto-slopes, ore passes and ventilation risers, and rifled workings include haulage orts (DO) and boring haulage drifts (BDSH).

Field sublevel drifts should be located 15-20 m from the ore body.

Ore passes and ventilation-running rising, connecting sublevel and floor workings, are passed as necessary during the development of mining operations on the sublevel.

The subfloor is divided into blocks by delivery vectors. The length of the block (the distance between the haulage drifts) at the initial stage of mining is assumed to be 50 m; with the development of work, it can be increased to 100 m.

The cutting work in the block includes the driving of haulage ores at each sublevel every 50 meters, drilling haulage drifts every 12 meters (their number is determined by the horizontal thickness of the ore body and substandard ores being blasted, at least 20 m and cut risers, by the method of sectional blasting of wells).

The cross section of the rock part of haulage orts and boring haul drifts, drilling drifts is accepted by the project 15.9 m 2 , field sublevel drifts - 19.5 m 2 and ore passes of about 6.5 m 2 . The gaps in the BDSh are chosen to be minimal, since the presence of miners in them, except for the LHD driver, is not provided for during shipment.

The preparation of the flank reserves of the Central area during the development of underpit and edge reserves is carried out according to the results of the refined morphology of the deposit and differs somewhat from the design scheme for the preparation of reserves.

Types and parameters of fastening of field mining and preparation floor and sublevel workings are accepted in accordance with TI 48200234-2-44-02, compiled taking into account the experience accumulated by the mines of the plant and the requirements of Gosgortekhnadzor. Mining and preparation workings are fixed mainly with reinforced concrete rods and in some areas with combined support (shotcrete, rods). The maximum period of existence of threaded workings is about 6 months.
