The purpose of the journal “Vector of Science of Togliatti State University” is to provide domestic and foreign scientists with the opportunity to publish the results of their research, as well as exchange experience, theoretical and practical knowledge.

The main objectives of the journal:
- publication of articles reflecting the results of original open research works, theoretical and experimental studies;
- publication of articles representing the current state of science and technology in specific areas;
- publication of materials of scientific conferences, symposiums, meetings and information about Russian and foreign scientific schools.

The journal is included in the List of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which the main scientific results for the scientific degree of Candidate of Sciences and for the scientific degree of Doctor of Science should be published ( No. 199 inList of Higher Attestation Commission)

Joint editorial office of scientific journals "Bulletin of Tyumen State University" continues the traditions of the journal "Bulletin of Tyumen State University", which was published since March 20, 1998 and represented the main directions of scientific work at the University with a publication frequency of 12 episodes per year.

The journal was included in the list of peer-reviewed scientific journals of the Higher Attestation Commission.

In 2014, “Bulletin of Tyumen State University” took 65th place among 409 multidisciplinary journals in the SCIENCE INDEX ranking.

In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia dated July 25, 2014 No. 793, a reorganization of scientific and publishing activities was carried out at the Tyumen State University. Four journals began to represent the scientific interests of Tyumen State University.

Currently "Bulletin of Tyumen State University" unites four periodicals for publishing the results of scientific research of employees, scientific schools of Tyumen State University, as well as other universities and scientific organizations in our country and abroad, of a theoretical and applied nature, as well as articles covering scientific problems in various areas of the natural, humanities and social sciences (more details about each magazine can be found by clicking on the corresponding link):

The journals were registered by the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technologies and Mass Communications (Roskomnadzor) on December 29, 2014.

Journals are peer-reviewed publications. They publish original research in the natural sciences, social sciences and humanities. The magazines are published 4 times a year, distributed by subscription, and have an index in the Russian Post catalogue.

The purpose of the journals is to assist in the presentation of research materials from the University’s scientific schools, Russian and foreign scientists in the international scientific information space, and to increase the efficiency of scientific activities.

The electronic version is publicly available on the journals’ own website, as well as on the website of the Russian Scientific Electronic Library – eLIBRARY.RU. All articles are assigned a unique digital identifier DOI.

Publications are free for all categories of authors. Obtaining an author's copy is possible subject to a six-month subscription to the magazine (2 issues). Please note: a completed subscription does not constitute a positive review status for publication in the current issue.

It is unacceptable to submit to the editor articles published or sent to other publications.
