Using an awl or a sharp knife, dig holes inside the traced outlines. And then loosen them to cut even holes. You can press the bearing and the coin into the workpiece (but carefully so that the glued layers do not separate).
Cut out a triangle from the workpiece. Now we make two-centimeter serifs in the center of each of its sides. Like this:

Step 3: Polishing
We take sandpaper and sand the surface of the future spinner. We walk around the edges. We paint the workpiece on both sides and leave to dry.

I did not foresee the moment in advance, so I had to draw the borders manually. In the new version of the drawing, the defect has already been fixed. If someone wants to make his “spinner” even lighter, then you can cut the workpiece exactly along this contour.
Having completely finished with grinding, we proceed to puttying the toy. It is necessary to cover the part with putty in order to completely hide all the irregularities, and also so that after painting it is not clear what the spinner is made of. While the putty dries, prepare the top coins for painting.
Gently, so as not to tear off the skin from the fingers, we grind the top layer from six coins. The easiest way is from the side of denominations. With the same success, you can half-clamp the coins in a vise and go through them with a file, and turn them over and go through again. In two layers, paint the coins with a yellow spray, between the layers we let the paint dry a little. When the putty dries, we grind the unnecessary layer with fine-grained sandpaper. Also, it is necessary to remove all the putty from the surface of the holes, otherwise, when pressing the bearings and coins, it will fall off and an unpainted layer is visible.
