4. You need to thread a string or ribbon through the hole. At the top edge, it is worth making a small reliable knot. The length of the cord after tying the knot should be equal to the length of the paper piece. Attach clips to the lower end and cut off the excess.

5. Glue double-sided tape to the upper edge of the paper piece (at the same time fixing the rope knot). The protective film on the other side of the adhesive tape does not need to be removed yet.
6. If you want to make a decorative version with a fan at the bottom, you will need a piece of double-sided tape up to 20 cm long, the width should be less than the width of the accordion folds. 7. In the final, it is necessary to tear off the second protective film from the adhesive tape at the upper edge of the structure and attach the curtains to the window sash.

During operation, the lower fold of the curtain (unless it is made in the form of a fan) will deform and deteriorate the fastest. To extend its life, you can glue a strip of cardboard to the bottom harmonica (before making holes). This will make the entire structure heavier, therefore, when raising the blinds, they will need to be additionally fixed with clothespins.
