As part of the implementation of the project for the development of dairy cattle breeding, with the active support of the Department of Agriculture of the Oryol Region, on the basis of the Oryol State Agrarian University, a Reference Analytical Center for monitoring and controlling the quality of milk and dairy products in the region was created and is effectively functioning.
