In case of equipment downtime on the territory of the service center for more than 7 days through no fault of VodoKonstruktsii LLC, the Customer will be charged a fee of 200 rubles per day from the moment the customer is notified via the e-mail specified in the application about the completion of the repair.
The Contractor carries out diagnostics of the equipment within 2 (two) business days from the date of its receipt.
