After all, applicants for a position may have a suitable education and even decent experience, but not at all understand what they will have to face specifically at this enterprise. Although often the management wants to hire a new employee so that he can take a fresh look at the production and really change his work for the better. Reviews also agree that it is quite difficult to find a truly reliable professional with a set of necessary skills.
