2.21. Representation of preschool educational institutions in state, municipal, public and other bodies, institutions, other organizations.

2.22. Assistance in the activities of pedagogical, psychological organizations and methodological associations, public organizations.

2.23. Ensuring state registration, licensing of educational activities, state certification and accreditation of the kindergarten.

2.24. Compliance with the requirement of non-disclosure of personal data of employees of a preschool educational institution in accordance with the Regulation on the protection of personal data of employees.

2.25. Ensuring the safe operation of engineering communications and equipment; timely organization of inspections and repairs of buildings and premises of a preschool educational institution.

2.26. Ensuring the accounting, preservation and replenishment of the educational and material base, accounting and storage of documentation, attracting additional sources of financial and material resources for the implementation of activities provided for by the Charter of the kindergarten.

2.27. Submission to the founder of an annual report on the receipt, expenditure of financial and material resources and a public report on the activities of the preschool educational institution as a whole.

2.28. Implementation of the implementation of anti-corruption legislation in a preschool educational institution.

2.29. Ensuring compliance with the rules of the sanitary and hygienic regime, labor protection and fire safety in kindergarten, compliance with the requirements of the job description of the head of the preschool educational institution.

2.31. Providing appropriate conditions for the implementation of corrective work with children with developmental disabilities.

2.33. Emergency informing the bodies of the Department of Education about all emergencies in a preschool educational institution related to the life and health of pupils and employees.

3. Employee rights

The head of the kindergarten has the right, within its competence:

3.1. Represent the interests of a preschool educational institution in relations with individuals and legal entities, with state and municipal authorities and management.

3.2. Issue orders, mandatory orders and other local acts of a preschool educational institution.

3.3. Encourage, as well as bring to disciplinary responsibility of employees in the manner prescribed by the Charter of the school and the Rules on Incentives and Penalties in agreement with the trade union committee of the preschool educational institution.

3.4. Together with the Council of the Labor Collective, determine the amount of additional payments and allowances, bonuses and other incentive payments.

3.5. Represent kindergarten employees for awarding and conferring honorary titles upon approval of their submissions by the pedagogical council.

3.6. Open and close accounts in treasury institutions and banks.

3.7. Determine the staffing of the preschool educational institution and make changes to it in accordance with the needs of the preschool educational institution.

3.8. Conclude:

  • employment contracts with employees of the kindergarten;
  • agreements with the labor collective on labor protection and safety, protection of life and health of kindergarten students;
  • agreements with parents (legal representatives) of pupils for the provision of paid educational services in a preschool educational institution on the basis of a license.

3.9. For the protection of professional honor and dignity, for social guarantees and benefits established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, for annual paid leave.

3.10. Determine the scope and procedure for protecting information constituting confidential information within the limits established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

3.11. Be present at any classes and events that are held with children (without the right to make comments to the teacher during classes).

3.12. Require kindergarten employees to comply with the technologies of educational, educational and economic activities, the norms and requirements of professional ethics, the implementation of adopted plans and programs that are mandatory.

3.13. Timely improve the level of their qualifications, pass certification on a voluntary basis.

3.15. Implement a ban on the educational process in the presence of dangerous conditions for the life and health of pupils and employees of a preschool educational institution.

4. Responsibility

4.1. The head of the kindergarten is responsible in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation:

  • for the level of qualification of a preschool educational institution;
  • for the implementation of educational programs in preschool educational institutions, compliance with GEF DO;
  • for life and health, observance of the rights of the child and employees of the preschool educational institution during the educational process;
  • for violation or unlawful restriction of the right to education.

4.2. The head of a preschool educational institution bears disciplinary responsibility in the manner prescribed by the labor legislation of the Russian Federation for failure to perform or improper performance without good reason:

  • Charter, internal labor regulations and other local regulations of a preschool educational institution;
  • legal orders of educational authorities;
  • for failure to perform or improper performance of their official duties established by this job description of the head of the kindergarten, including for non-use of the rights granted to him.

For gross violation of labor duties, dismissal may be applied as a disciplinary punishment.

4.3. For the use (including one-time) of such methods of education that are associated with physical and (or) mental violence against the personality of a child or a kindergarten employee, as well as for committing any other immoral offense, the head of the preschool educational institution may be dismissed from his position in accordance with the labor legislation and federal law About education in the Russian Federation».

4.4. For misuse of budgetary funds, violations of the budgetary legislation of the Russian Federation, the head of the preschool educational institution bears administrative or criminal liability in accordance with the article in the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses dated December 30, 2001 No. 195-FZ or in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation dated June 13, 1996 No. 63-FZ - " misappropriation of public funds".

4.5. For violation of the rules of fire safety, labor protection, sanitary and hygienic rules for organizing the educational process, the head of the preschool educational institution bears administrative responsibility in the manner and in the cases established by the administrative legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.6. For causing damage to a kindergarten or participants in the educational process in connection with the performance (non-performance) of the duties specified in the job description of the head of the preschool educational institution, he is liable in the manner and within the limits determined by the labor and (or) civil legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. Relationships. Relations by position

Head of Kindergarten:

5.1. Carries out its activities in the irregular working day according to the schedule, which is based on a forty-hour working week.

5.2. Independently plans his work in a preschool educational institution for each year, taking into account the work plan of a higher educational authority.

5.3. Timely submits the necessary reporting documentation to the education authorities.

5.4. Coordinates the issues of disposing of the property of a preschool educational institution with the founder.

5.5. Receives information of a regulatory, legal, organizational and methodological nature from educational authorities, familiarizes with the relevant documents.

5.6. Systematically exchanges information on issues within his competence with deputies, teachers and educators of a preschool educational institution.

6. The procedure for approving and changing the job description

6.1. Amendments and additions to the current job description are made in the same manner in which the job description is adopted.

6.2. The job description comes into force from the moment of its approval and is valid until it is replaced by a new job description.
