2. Job responsibilities of the manager of the trading floor

2.1. Provides work on high-quality and cultural customer service, creating comfortable conditions for them to make purchases on the trading floor of the hypermarket. Takes measures to identify deficiencies in customer service and eliminate them.
2.2. Organizes training for employees of the trading floor (, senior cashiers, handbags, section managers,) on the working processes of the trading floor (customer service, rules for laying out goods, product range, settlement and cash operations, etc.).
2.3. Carries out control over the safety of material assets placed on the trading floor (equipment, inventory, goods, engineering communications, etc.)

2.10. Controls the cleanliness and order in the trading floor and in the territory adjacent to the hypermarket (porch).
2.11. Controls the correctness of the presentation of discounts for discount cards for which discounts are provided in the hypermarket.
2.12. Manages the employees of the trading floor, redistributes work to ensure maximum employment of employees and maximum productivity of their labor.
2.13. Draws up and approves work schedules for the trading floor personnel, taking into account the best use of labor resources, depending on the intensity of the trading floor.
2.14. Monitors the correct implementation by employees of technological processes, rules, regulations, instructions and orders of managers.
2.15. Manages the recruitment, relocation, induction and dismissal of sales floor staff.
2.16. Conducts personnel assessment, incl. certification. Makes proposals to the management of the hypermarket on bonuses for employees and the imposition of disciplinary sanctions.
2.17. Interacts with managers and employees of other departments of the hypermarket on issues within the competence of the manager for the operation of the trading floor and the hypermarket as a whole.
2.19.Develops and implements measures to improve the organization of trade operations, reduce trade costs and improve the quality of customer service.

3. Rights of the manager of the trading floor

The manager has the right:
3.1. Request and receive from the head of the hypermarket the documents and information necessary to perform their functions.
3.2. Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the head of the hypermarket related to his professional activities.
3.3. To carry out interaction with the heads of all structural divisions of the hypermarket.
3.5. Approval and approval of documents within their competence.
3.6. Require the head of the hypermarket to assist in the performance of official duties.
3.7. Take measures upon detection of violations of the law, violations of internal rules and instructions in the hypermarket and report these violations to the director in order to bring the perpetrators to justice.

4. Responsibility of the manager of the trading floor

The manager is personally responsible for:
4.1. Failure to comply with current legislation in the process of managing the trading floor of a hypermarket.
4.2. Providing false information about the activities of the trading floor of the hypermarket.
4.3. Untimely and poor-quality performance of their official duties and instructions of the head.
4.4. Failure to comply with the regime of access to information that is a commercial and official secret, as well as the use of this information by employees of the trading floor for official purposes.
4.5. Non-compliance with the legislation of the visa and signed documents.
4.6. Failure to provide or improperly provide the head of the hypermarket with information on the operation of the trading floor.
4.7. Inattentive and poor-quality customer service by the staff of the trading floor.
