1. General Provisions

1.1. In accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (CC RF), this document is a public offer, and if the conditions set out below are accepted, the individual accepting this offer pays for the Seller's Goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. 1.3. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement unilaterally.

2. Subject of the Agreement

3. Registration and terms of the Order

3.4. The expected date of shipment is communicated to the Buyer by phone or email. The deadlines for receipt of the Order by the Buyer depend on the address and region

3.5. All information materials presented on the Site are for reference only and cannot fully convey reliable information about the properties and characteristics of the Goods, including colors, sizes and shapes. 3.6. 3.7. In the event of cancellation of a fully or partially prepaid Order, the cost of the canceled Goods is returned by the Seller to the Buyer in the manner in which the Goods were originally prepaid.

3.9. In case of cancellation of the Order by the Buyer, he has 1 day from the date of the prepayment to inform the Seller about this in any available way: by e-mail, phone or via instant messengers. Otherwise, the Order may already be put into production, and, therefore, the Seller is not obliged to return the prepayment to the Buyer.

4. Delivery of the Goods

4.1. The delivery area is limited to the Russian Federation.

4.2. The risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the Order is transferred directly to the Buyer or the person specified by him, or the Goods are delivered to the carrier chosen by the Buyer. The Seller is not responsible for the activities of the Delivery Service in case of damage, loss or theft of the Goods during transportation, except for the case when the delivery of the Goods was paid by the Buyer to the Seller's bank account.

4.7. When transferring the Order, the Buyer must check the appearance and packaging of the Order, the quantity of the Goods in the Order, completeness and assortment and sign a document confirming receipt of the Order. The employee of the Delivery Service who issues the Goods is not a technical specialist, does not give qualified advice on the principles of operation and operation of the product. 5. Payment for the Goods

5.3. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the Goods in full.

5.5. If the Buyer chooses to pay in cash when transferring the Goods, the Buyer transfers the money to the courier or at the Seller's office. Payment is accepted in Russian rubles strictly in accordance with the price indicated in the electronic receipt.

5.6. If the Buyer chooses to pay by bank transfer, the Buyer has the right to pay for the Goods through Sberbank or any other bank that provides such a service. When transferring the Goods, the Seller may ask the Buyer to present a passport and a payment receipt.

5.7. Payment by the Buyer of the Goods by bank cards or using electronic money (Yandex.Money, WebMoney, etc.) is made by redirecting to the website of the electronic payment system. To transfer confidential information from the Buyer to the server, the SSL 3.0 protocol is used, which ensures maximum protection of the transmitted information. 5.8. Features of payment for the Goods using bank cards:

5.9. When prepaid for the Goods, the Order is accepted for processing only after the Buyer's funds are credited to the Seller's settlement account. 5.11. 6. Return of Goods
